- the access history acquisition unit 841 selects the access history based on a user agent (a character string indicating a communication carrier) included in the access history or a transmission source IP address.
- the mobile terminal 1 accesses the server device via the mobile communication network MN by the mobile router, since the user agent may not be included in the header of the request, the selection by the user agent may be difficult. is there. Or even if the user agent is included in the header of the request, it is transmitted via the mobile communication network MN with the mobile terminal 1 as the transmission source because the communication carrier cannot be identified from the information in the user agent. It is also assumed that it is difficult to select post data. Therefore, in such a case, for example, it is more preferable to select the access history based on the source IP address included in the access history.
- the communication carrier can be specified from the network part of the transmission source IP address (indicating the network to which the host belongs), the posted data can be selected by the transmission source IP address.
- the posted data is selected by this. be able to.

- step S9 the terminal presence accuracy determining unit 845 determines the accuracy (hereinafter referred to as “terminal”) of the mobile terminal existing at the location specified in step S7 based on the presence accuracy determination data acquired in step S8.
- Accuracy determination processing for determining (existence accuracy) is performed. A specific example of this determination process will be described below. (A) Accuracy determination processing based on time data
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 indicates that the access time indicated in the access history specified in step S4 is the start time indicated by the time data. It is determined whether it is included between end time and end time. If the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the access time is included between the start time and the end time, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as, for example, “1”. This is because, when the access time when the mobile device 1 accesses the server device via the mobile communication network MN is included, for example, between the start time and the end time of the front, the user of the mobile device 1 is included in the facility. This is because there was a possibility that it was.
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as, for example, “0”. In this case, there is a possibility that the user of the portable terminal 1 was outside the facility. This also applies to the case where time data indicating the business hours of the store is acquired. When the time data indicating the departure time of the transportation means is acquired, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the access time indicated in the access history specified in step S4 is the predetermined time of the departure time indicated by the time data. It is determined whether it is later (for example, several minutes).
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as “1”, for example. On the other hand, when it is determined that the access time is a predetermined time after the departure time, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as, for example, “0”. (B) Accuracy determination processing based on post data
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 uses the post data acquired through the mobile communication network MN with the mobile terminal 1 as a transmission source. It is determined whether or not there is. For example, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 uses the user agent (character string indicating the communication carrier) or the transmission source IP address associated with the posting data registered in the posting management database 824 to obtain the acquired posting data. It is determined whether or not the posted data is transmitted via the mobile communication network MN with the mobile terminal 1 as a transmission source.
- the user agent may not be included in the header of the request, so that selection by the user agent may be difficult.
- the user agent is included in the header of the request, it is transmitted via the mobile communication network MN with the mobile terminal 1 as the transmission source because the communication carrier cannot be identified from the information in the user agent. It is also assumed that it is difficult to select post data. Therefore, in such a case, for example, it is more preferable to select the posted data based on the transmission source IP address associated with the posted data.
- the communication carrier can be specified from the network part of the transmission source IP address (indicating the network to which the host belongs)
- the posted data can be selected by the transmission source IP address.
- the mobile communication network MN is shown as the network to which the gateway server 2 that relays the posted data belongs in the network part of the transmission source IP address, the posted data is selected by this.
- the transmission source IP address is, for example, the IP address of the gateway server 2. Therefore, if the IP address list of the gateway server 2 is stored in the storage unit 82 in advance, the terminal presence accuracy determining unit 845 can select the posted data based on the transmission source IP address by referring to the list. it can.
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the acquired post data is post data transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 via the mobile communication network MN, for example, keyword association From the database 823, position information corresponding to the keyword included in the acquired post data is acquired. For example, it is assumed that “AA hotel” and “lobby” are included in the specified posting data, and the keyword association database 823 shown in FIG. In this case, the keywords “AA hotel” and “lobby” are extracted from the specified posted data by, for example, morphological analysis, and match the extracted keywords “AA hotel” and “lobby” (a set of keywords).
- the location information location information corresponding to the location of the spot
- “Nagoya City XX Ward 1-2, AA Hotel, 1st floor” associated with the keyword is obtained from the keyword association database 823 shown in FIG. To be acquired.
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 has a position specified by the user position specifying information included in the service use history specified in step S6 and a position indicated by the position information associated with the keyword in the vicinity. It is determined whether or not a predetermined condition for determining is satisfied.
- the predetermined condition includes, for example, a position specified by the user position specifying information (for example, an address or a plane position specified by latitude and longitude) and a position indicated by the position information associated with the keyword (for example, an address, Or the condition that the distance between the plane position specified by latitude and longitude) is within a predetermined distance.
- the predetermined condition corresponds to a condition that the position specified by the user position specifying information and the position indicated by the position information associated with the keyword are both within the predetermined area. If the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the predetermined condition is satisfied, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as “1”, for example. On the other hand, when the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the acquired post data is post data transmitted from the mobile terminal 1 via the mobile communication network MN, or the predetermined condition is satisfied. If it is determined that the condition is not satisfied, the terminal presence accuracy is determined as, for example, “0”. (B-1) Accuracy determination processing based on related data of post data
- terminal presence accuracy is determined to be “1”
- image data is added to the posted data.
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 acquires the image shooting date and time from the image data added to the posted data, and acquires the transmission date and time of the posted data. Then, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines a time difference between the time when the image data is captured and the time when the posted data is transmitted based on the acquired image capturing date and time and the transmission date and time. It is determined whether it is less than several tens of seconds).
- the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the time difference between when the image data is captured and when the post data is transmitted is equal to or less than a predetermined value, the terminal presence accuracy is set to “2”, for example. Determination (that is, the terminal presence accuracy is updated from “1” to “2”). On the other hand, if the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the time difference between when the image data is captured and when the post data is transmitted is not less than or equal to a predetermined value, the terminal presence accuracy is determined as, for example, “1”. (That is, the terminal presence accuracy is maintained at “1”). (B-1-1) Accuracy determination process based on related data of post data

- the predetermined condition includes, for example, a position indicated by position information associated with the keyword (for example, an address or a plane position specified by latitude and longitude) and a position indicated by position information of the image data (latitude and longitude).
- the plane position specified by (1) is within the predetermined distance.
- the predetermined condition corresponds to a condition that the position indicated by the position information associated with the keyword and the position indicated by the position information of the image data are both within the predetermined area. If the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines that the predetermined condition is satisfied, the terminal presence accuracy is determined to be, for example, “3” (that is, the terminal presence accuracy is updated from “2” to “3”). On the other hand, when it is determined that the predetermined condition is not satisfied, the terminal presence accuracy determination unit 845 determines the terminal presence accuracy as, for example, “2” (that is, maintains the terminal presence accuracy as “2”). (B-1-2) Accuracy determination process based on related data of post data
- terminal presence accuracy determination The unit 845 determines whether or not the posting data includes a word or a phrase indicating that the image of the image data added to the posting data is taken at a spot corresponding to the keyword included in the posting data. Determine.
