再如美国申请号: 12/729,016 ,公告号: US 2011/0230808 专利案中,虽有利于一些伸展和拉伸动作,但将脚绑住及令使用者身体倒吊的方式,并未考虑发明的实用性和安全性。此外,使用者必须用更多的力量握住把手,而无法使肩膀放松,且使用者头部向后倾斜的的位置,与需要充分伸展背部和颈部的位置相反,而用户的脚部位置无法被充份弯曲,来伸展小腿和腿筋,造成低效及不完整的拉伸治疗效果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,系在于提供一种治疗用的拉伸装置,包括一踏座,其具有一位于后端位置及向后倾斜的倾斜踏板,该倾斜踏板向前端的直线方向延伸抵接或连接一直立件,而该直立件上具有在腰部位置的二握环,当使用者以二握环供双手的手腕悬吊后,站立在该倾斜踏板上,并令其上半身被放松的双手悬空,头部朝下,以及保持脚部的直立,同时藉由倾斜踏板的作用可自然将身体的重心向后,藉此,可提供使用者从小腿,大腿,下背部,上背部,肩膀及颈部的筋肉完全伸展开来,特别可加强使用者在脊椎拉筋上的治疗功能,经使用数分钟后,可明显增加使用者的体内循环,并藉以达到人体舒筋活血的有效目的者。
有关本发明所采用的技术、手段及其功效,兹举些实施例并配合图式详细说明于后,相信本发明上述的目的、构造及特征,当可由之得一深入而具体的了解。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及实施例对本发明的治疗用的拉伸装置作进一步的详细说明。
请参阅图 1 ,系本发明的第一实施例,该治疗用的拉伸装置包括一踏座 1 ,其系放置于地面且具有一位于后端位置及向后倾斜的倾斜踏板 113 ,该倾斜踏板 113 向前端的直线方向延伸抵接或连接一直立件 2( 如一在门口的紧闭门体 ) ,而该直立件 2 具有二握环 3 。藉此,使用者可选择一合适的紧闭门体,利用本发明进行拉伸动作。
请参阅图 2 ,该踏座 1 进一步包括一第一框箱 11 、一第二框箱 12 及一第三框箱 13 ,其中该第一框箱 11 具有一框架 111 、二可调整支架 112 及一倾斜踏板 113 ,该倾斜踏板 113 可藉由数个铰链 114 枢接于该第一框箱 11 后端,该可调整支架 112 被固定于斜板 113 与框架 111 之间。藉此,使该倾斜踏板 113 与框架 111 可相对平迭或倾斜。
有利的是,该二可调整支架 112 具有多点定位功能。藉此,使该倾斜踏板 113 的倾斜度可被调整。
该第二框箱 12 藉由数个铰链 116 被连接至该第一框箱 11 的前方。因此,该第二框箱 12 可被伸展而与该第一框箱 11 位于同一平面或被折迭重迭。
该第三框箱 13 可伸缩连接至该第二框箱 12 ,该第二框箱 12 具有两平行穿槽 121a , 121b ,该第三框箱 13 为 U 型状,其两支脚 131a , 131b 恰插接于该两平行穿槽 121a , 121b 内,一定位机构,系设于该第二框箱 12 及第三框箱 13 之间。如图 2 所示,该定位机构可为数个位于每一穿槽 121a , 121b 一侧的开孔 122a , 122b 及在每一支脚 131a , 131b 上的可收缩珠体 132a , 132b 。当该 U 型状的第三框箱 13 向内或向外滑动时,该其中一开孔 122a , 122b 可与该可收缩珠体 132a 或 132b 相卡掣,以便使该第三框箱 13 被固定。换句话说,该第二框箱 12 及第三框箱 13 组合的总长度可在该开孔 122a , 122b 及可收缩珠体 132a , 132b 之间,藉此即可调整该第二框箱 12 及第三框箱 13 。
请参阅图 3 ,该二握环 3 系设于一可调式束带 31 上,该可调式束带 31 的一端设有一扣具 32(cam buckle) ,又该可调式束带 31 的二握环 3 间设有一调节扣 33 ,藉以将该可调式束带 31 圈束于一直立件 2 上 ( 如图 1 所示 ) 。因此,使用者可将双手由内而外穿过二握环 3 后再利用手指反握住握环 3 外侧,防止双手滑出。又该二握环 3 外可套置一硬质环圈 34 ,可藉该环圈 34 将二握环 3 的环口缩小,令使用者更可无需出力握住握环 3 ,达到双手更轻易吊置的目的。又为使手腕放松后承受过多的压力而疼痛,可在握环 3 外包覆有一泡绵缓冲垫 35 ,如此即可舒缓手腕的不适及稳定性。较佳的是,该具二握环 3 可调式束带 31 可与具倾斜踏板 113 的踏座 1 一起使用,亦可被单独使用。例如,当外出旅游时,该具倾斜踏板 113 的踏座 1 不方便携带,但该具二握环 3 可调式束带 31 却易于携带并可圈束于任何门体或直立件上,以便利用类似的方式拉伸使用者的背部及肩膀。因此,该具二握环 3 可调式束带 31 可在不需具倾斜踏板 113 的踏座 1 下被单独使用。
请参阅图 4 ,当使用本发明时,系将该踏座 1 置放于地面上,并使该倾斜踏板 113 与地面相对倾斜约 30 ° ~40 °,再藉第三框箱 13 紧靠门体状的直立件 2 ,并将其调整至符合使用者的身体尺寸及灵活度,而该固定于直立件 2 的二握环 3 高度位置约与腰部等高,宽度则约与肩膀宽度同宽,当使用者站在该倾斜踏板 113 上后,双手穿伸并握住握环 3 ,并使双脚保持笔直状态,身体向下弯并向后倾,以便拉伸身体,藉此,以提供使用者从小腿,大腿,下背部,上背部,肩膀及颈部的筋肉可完全被伸展开来,特别是可加强使用者在脊椎拉筋上的治疗功能,经使用数分钟后,可明显增加使用者的体内循环,并藉以达到人体舒筋活血的有效目的者。
请参阅图 5 ,当本发明不使用时,该踏座 1 的第一框箱 11 与第二框箱 12 可相互折迭,以方便收纳。
请参阅图 6 ,为本发明的第二实施例,该踏座 1 可配合一健身装置 4 的直立件使用,该健身装置 4 靠踏座 1 的一侧设有一横支架 41 ,该横支架 41 上设有二握环 5 ,该二握环 5 可固定于一套座 51 上,使该套座 51 可套接于该横支架 41 ,并该套座 51 上设有定位件 52 ,以便将该套座 51 固定于该横支架 41 上。又为配合该定位件 52 的固定,该横支架 41 上设有若干定位孔 411 可供定位件 52 穿设固定,并调节二握环 5 的适当宽度使用。
请参阅图 7 ,为本发明的第三实施例,承前述的健身装置 4 直立件,该健身装置 4 系与一踏座 6 结合为一体,该踏座 6 包括一伸缩支架 61 及一倾斜踏板 62 ,该倾斜踏板 62 可藉由数个铰链 63 枢接于该伸缩支架 61 后端,该倾斜踏板 62 及伸缩支架 61 之间设有可调整支架 64 。藉此,使该倾斜踏板 62 可相对平迭或倾斜于该伸缩支架 61 上。也就是说,该倾斜踏板 62 可被升起作为一倾斜平台。
请参阅图 8 ,为本发明的第四实施例,其中该踏座 7 包括一框架 71 及一倾斜踏板 72 ,该倾斜踏板 72 的后方被连接固定至该框架 71 的后端,该倾斜踏板 72 及框架 71 之间可藉由一竖架 73 支撑形成一倾斜角,该框架 71 于该倾斜踏板 72 前端向外延伸出适当的距离长度,用以抵接一直立件 2 、 4 。
请参阅图 9 ,为本发明的第五实施例,该踏座 8 包括一框架 81 、一倾斜踏板 82 、二可调整支架 83 及一固定脚架 84 。该倾斜踏板 82 可藉由数个铰链 85 枢接于该框架 81 后端,该框架 81 连结于固定脚架 84 上,该二可调整支架 83 被固定于倾斜踏板 82 与框架 81 之间,且该二可调整支架 83 具有多点定位功能。藉此,该倾斜踏板 82 可被升起作为一倾斜平台。该固定脚架 84 前端连结一直立件 9 ,该直立件 9 为一竖杆支架 91 ,该竖杆支架 91 上具有一可上下位移的横杆支架 92 ,该横杆支架 92 两侧各具有一握环 93 。
请参阅图 10 ,该框架 81 具有一穿槽 811 ,以便套接在该固定脚架 84 的脚架连杆 841 ,藉此,该固定脚架 8 可被移动并固定在该框架 81 上,又该穿槽 811 可形成于框架 81 间的一套接管 812 中,而该套接管 812 的两端凸出框架 81 外;其中位于前端的套接管 812 上设有一定位件 86 ,而该脚座连杆 841 上设有若干相对于该定位件 86 的定位孔 842 。
请参阅图 11 、图 12 , 该直立件 9 的横杆支架 92 中央具一套座 921 ,以便套接该竖杆支架 91 ,该套座 921 上设有一定位件 922 ,以便将该横杆支架 92 固定于该竖杆支架 91 上。该竖杆支架 91 上设有若干定位孔 911 ,以便供定位件 922 穿设固定。
该二握环 93 可固定于一套座 94 上,且该套座 94 可套接于该横杆支架 92 上,并具有一定位件 95 ,以便将该套座 94 固定于该横杆支架 92 上,该横杆支架 92 上设有若干定位孔 921 ,以供定位件 95 穿设固定。
藉此,使该踏座 8 可于该固定脚架 84 的脚架连杆 841 上前后位移及定位,而竖杆支架 91 上的若干定位孔 911 则可供横杆支架 92 调节至适当的高度固定,另,二握环 93 可藉由套座 94 于该横杆支架 92 上活动位移,并藉该定位件 95 固定于该横杆支架 92 的定位孔 923 中,以调节二握环 93 的适当宽度使用。
综上所述,本发明在同类产品中实有其极佳的进步实用性,同时遍查国内外关于此类结构的技术数据,文献中亦未发现有相同的构造存在在先,是以,本发明实已具备发明专利要件, 因此, 依法提出申请。
惟,以上所述者,仅系本发明的数较佳可行实施例而已,故举凡应用本发明说明书及申请专利范围所为的等效结构变化,理应包含在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (1)

1. 一种治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于,包括:
一踏座,其具有一与其连接且向后倾斜的倾斜踏板,该踏座向前端延伸并抵接一位于其前端向上的直立件,而该直立件上具有二固定在其上且供使用者握持的二握环或握把。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该踏座进一步包括一第一框箱、一第二框箱及一第三框箱,其中该第一框箱具有一框架、二可调整支架及一倾斜踏板,该倾斜踏板枢接于该第一框架,该二可调整支架被固定于倾斜踏板与框架之间,该第二框箱与第一框箱前端枢接,该第三框箱与第二框箱连接。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该可调整支架具有多点定位功能,以便调整该倾斜踏板的倾斜度。
4. 如权利要求 2 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该倾斜踏板可藉由数个铰链枢接于该第一框箱的后端,该第二框箱可被伸展而与该第一框箱位于同一平面或被折迭重迭。
5. 如权利要求 2 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该第二框箱具有两平行穿槽,该第三框箱具有两支脚恰插接于该两平行穿槽内并藉由一定位机构被固定在适当位置。
6. 如权利要求 2 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该两握环被固定至一束带上,且该束带可被紧固至一直立件上。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该束带的一端设有一扣具,又该束带的二握环间设有一调节扣,藉以将该束带圈束于一直立件上。
8. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该二握环外可套置一硬质环圈,而该二握环外分别包覆有一泡绵缓冲垫。
9. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该踏座可配合一健身装置的直立件使用。
10. 如权利要求 9 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该健身装置靠踏座的一侧设有一横支架,该横支架上设有二握环,该二握环可固定于一套座上,使该套座可套接于该横支架,并该套座上设有定位件,又该横支架上设有若干定位孔可供定位件穿设固定,而该健身装置系与一踏座结合为一体,该踏座包括一伸缩支架及一倾斜踏板,该倾斜踏板及伸缩支架之间设有二可调整支架。
11. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该踏座包括一框架,一倾斜踏板,该倾斜踏板的后方被连接固定至该框架的后端,该倾斜踏板及框架之间可藉由一竖架支撑形成一倾斜角,该框架于该倾斜踏板前端则延伸出适当的距离长度以抵接直立件。
12. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该踏座包括一框架、一倾斜踏板、及一固定脚架,该倾斜踏板被连接于该框架后端,该框架连结于固定脚架上。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:更包括二可调整支架被固定于倾斜踏板与框架之间,且该二可调整支架具有多点定位功能,藉此,该倾斜踏板可被升起作为一倾斜平台,该框架具有一穿槽,以便套接该固定脚架的脚架连杆。
14. 如权利要求 12 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:固定脚架前端连结一直立件,该直立件为一竖杆支架,该竖杆支架上具有一可上下位移的横杆支架,且该横杆支架两侧各具有一握环。
15. 如权利要求 14 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该横杆支架的高度可藉由一定位机构被调整并固定。
16. 如权利要求 14 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该二握环可固定于一套座上,且该套座可被套接于该横杆支架上,并具有一定位件,以便将该套座固定于该横杆支架上,该横杆支架上设有若干定位孔,以供定位件穿设固定。
17. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该倾斜踏板相对于地面的倾斜角度约 30 ° ~40 °。
18. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该二握环之间的宽度可被调整至相同于使用者的肩膀宽度。
19. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该二握环或握把的高度可相对高地面作调整。
20. 如权利要求 1 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该倾斜踏板至该直立件之间的距离可被调整。
21. 如权利要求 6 所述的治疗用的拉伸装置,其特征在于:该具握环的束带可在不需踏座及倾斜踏板下被单独使用。
