Abstract
L'invention porte sur un appareil de fabrication par accroissement de matériau grâce à un dépôt par pulvérisation de plusieurs métaux liquides, comprenant une chambre de dépôt (5), un dispositif de chauffage (1) disposé au-dessus de la chambre de dépôt (5), des buses (8) raccordées au dispositif de chauffage (1), une base (6) située dans la chambre de dépôt (5), une plateforme de travail (4) raccordée en coulissement à la base (6) et un système de commande intégré dédié (10) qui raccorde et commande les buses (8) et la plateforme de travail (4). Le dispositif de chauffage (1) peut être unique ou multiple et le dispositif de chauffage (1) peut faire fondre un ou plusieurs types de matériaux métalliques par chauffage. La plateforme de travail (4) peut se déplacer en va-et-vient le long des directions de l'axe X et de l'axe Y. Le système de commande intégré dédié (10) peut commander de multiples buses (8) pour pulvériser simultanément, ou commander le dépôt par pulvérisation d'une seule buse, pour obtenir des pièces à plusieurs métaux de haute densité.
