Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de faire tourner des articles plats (10) déplacés dans une direction de transport (x), en particulier des feuilles ou des piles de feuilles, d'une première orientation (a) dans une deuxième orientation (b) suivant un angle de rotation total (α) prédéfini. Ce dispositif est pourvu d'un premier moyen de rotation (1), dans lequel l'article (10) commence par être amené en rotation suivant un premier angle de rotation (α1), et d'au moins un deuxième moyen de rotation (2), dans lequel l'article (10) est ensuite amené en rotation suivant un deuxième angle de rotation (α2), le premier moyen de rotation (1) et le deuxième moyen de rotation (2) étant disposés l'un derrière l'autre dans la direction de transport (x). Afin de pouvoir traiter des articles de différents formats à un débit aussi élevé que possible et avec un minimum d'interruptions, et de garantir un traitement aussi respectueux que possible des articles, un dispositif de transport (3) est disposé entre le premier moyen de rotation (1) et le deuxième moyen de rotation (2), et continue de déplacer linéairement l'article amené en rotation dans la première direction de rotation (1) selon le premier angle de rotation (α1) dans la direction de transport (x) et le transfère sur le deuxième moyen de rotation (2) pour continuer de le faire tourner.
