Description

车钩支撑座及车钩緩沖装置 本申请要求于 2012 年 12 月 19 日提交中国专利局、 申请号为 201210555922.X, 发明名称为 "车钩支撑座及车钩緩沖装置" 的中国专 利申请的优先权, 其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。 技术领域
本发明涉及铁路货车技术, 尤其涉及一种车钩支撑座及车钩緩沖装 置。 背景技术 铁路货车一般包括车体、 转向架、 制动装置和车钩緩沖装置等部分 组成。 其中, 车钩緩沖装置是车辆之间的连接装置, 并能承受车辆间的 纵向载荷同时起到緩沖作用。 70吨级及以下的铁路货车的车钩緩沖装置 包括车钩 1 ( 16或 17型车钩)和车钩支撑座 2等部件组成, 具体结构 如图 1所示。 其中车钩支撑座 2位于车钩 1的下方, 用于支撑车钩 1。
所述车钩支撑座 2包括磨耗板 3、 支座 4和固定在支座上用于支撑 车钩 1的支撑面 5 , 如图 2和图 3所示。 所述磨耗板 3为钢板制成的磨 耗板, 焊接在车钩支撑座 2的支撑面 5上。 在铁路货车车辆运行时, 当 车钩 1受到纵向载荷作用产生拉伸和压缩时, 车钩 1和支撑面 5产生磨 耗, 当支撑面 5磨耗到一定限度, 就需要更换车钩支撑座 2, 造成人力、 物力的浪费。 通过在车钩支撑座 2支撑面 5上焊接磨耗板 3 , 可防止车 钩支撑座 2支撑面 5的磨耗, 当车钩支撑座 2磨耗板 3磨耗超限时, 需 及时更换磨耗板 3。 另外, 磨耗板 3还可以起到垫块的作用, 可通过更 换不同厚度的磨耗板 3来调整车钩 1的高度, 以保证车辆对车钩 1高度 的要求。
现有车钩支撑座 2存在以下缺点, 磨耗板 3易磨损, 现有磨耗板 3 采用钢板制成, 抗磨性能差, 检修更换频繁, 浪费了大量人力、 物力。 现有磨耗板 3因制作材质为钢板, 也易对与其接触的车钩 1钩身造成磨 耗, 为了防止车钩 1的磨耗, 与车钩支撑座 2支撑面接触的车钩 1上也 需要设置磨耗板。 现有磨耗板维修、 拆卸复杂, 更换磨耗板 3时首先需 要将车钩緩沖装置分解, 将磨耗板 3 自支撑面 5上切除, 然后将车钩支 撑座支撑面 5上平面打磨平整, 重新加焊磨耗板 3。 发明内容
针对上述现有车钩支撑座的缺点, 本发明的目的在于提出一种车钩 支撑座, 其具有耐磨, 磨耗板组装和拆卸方便的优点。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种车钩支撑座, 包 括磨耗板、 支座和固定在支座上用于支撑车钩的支撑面, 所述支撑面边 缘突出于支座, 所述支撑面边缘靠近支座的一侧设置有凹槽; 所述磨耗 板为槽型磨耗板, 所述槽型磨耗板侧壁向内侧弯折形成与 槽配合的凸 起, 所述磨耗板通过凸起与凹槽的配合固定在支撑面上, 所述磨耗板采 用弹性纤维材料制成。
进一步地, 所述凹槽为两个以上。
进一步地, 所述弹性纤维材料为尼龙。
进一步地, 所述磨耗板厚度为 8-14cm。
进一步地, 所述磨耗板背离支撑面一侧的边缘设置有倒角。
本发明的另一个目的还公开了一种车钩緩沖装置, 具有使用寿命长 的优点, 适用于 70吨级铁路货车。
为实现上述目的, 本发明采用的技术方案是: 一种车钩緩沖装置, 包括上述车钩支撑座,所述车钩支撑座设置在车钩下方,用于支撑车钩。
本发明车钩支撑座结构筒单、 合理, 与现有车钩支撑座相比较具有 以下优点:
1、 耐磨性能佳, 该车钩支撑座的磨耗板采用弹性纤维材料制成,提 高了耐磨性能, 延长了车钩支撑座使用寿命; 2、 采用弹性纤维材料制备的磨耗板, 减小了其对车钩的磨耗, 可以 取消车钩钩身上的磨耗板;
3、 车钩支撑座的磨耗板通过凸起与凹槽的配合固定在支撑面上, 与 支撑面连接紧密, 组装和拆卸方便。 附图说明

实施例 1
本实施例公开一种车钩支撑座, 如图 4、 5、 6所示, 包括磨耗板 3、 支座 4和固定在支座 4上用于支撑车钩的支撑面 5 , 该支撑面 5边缘突 出于支座 4,该支撑面 5边缘靠近支座 4的一侧设置有四个均布的凹槽, 本实施例中支座 4和支撑面 5—体成型。 本实施例中磨耗板 3为槽型磨耗板, 如图 7、 8、 9所示, 该槽型磨 耗板侧壁向内侧弯折形成与凹槽配合的四个凸起, 该磨耗板 3通过凸起 与凹槽的配合固定在支撑面 5上, 凸起与凹槽的配合固定可有效防止磨 耗板 3在货车运行中自支撑面 5脱落或横向串动。 该磨耗板 3可以采用 尼龙制成, 可以理解地, 磨耗板 3还可以采用其他弹性纤维材料制备而 成。 尼龙或其他弹性纤维材料与钢质车钩 1之间摩擦力较小, 因此可以 减少磨损。
该磨耗板 3厚度可以为 10cm。 磨耗板 3还可以采用不同厚度, 以 调整车钩高度, 以满足车辆运行的需要。
磨耗板上设置有磨耗限位标记, 具体地, 该磨耗限位标记为设置在 磨耗板边缘处的倒角。 当车辆在运行一段时间后, 磨耗板 3的磨损厚度 接近或达到倒角的下端, 即需要及时更换磨耗板 3 , 以保证车辆的运行 安全。
本实施例中车钩支撑座的磨耗板 3 的更换筒单、 便捷, 只需将磨耗 超限的磨耗板 3的凸起自支撑面上的凹槽内脱出, 将新的磨耗板 3的凸 起插入支撑面的凹槽中, 即可实现新磨耗板的固定。 实施例 2
本实施例公开了一种车钩緩沖装置, 如图 9所示, 包括实施例 1所 述车钩支撑座 2, 该车钩支撑座 2设置在车钩 1下方, 用于支撑车钩 1。 该车钩支撑座 2与车钩 1之间的抗磨耗能力强, 延长了该车钩緩沖装置 的寿命, 适用于 70吨级铁路货车。
本发明不局限于上述实施例描述的车钩支撑座及车钩緩沖装置, 磨 耗板形状的改变也在本发明的保护范围之内。
以上所述仅是本发明的示例性的实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以做出 若干改进和润饰。 本发明的保护范围以后附的权利要求为准。

1、 一种车钩支撑座, 包括磨耗板、 支座和固定在支座上用于支撑 车钩的支撑面, 其特征在于, 所述支撑面边缘突出于支座, 所述支撑面 边缘靠近支座的一侧设置有凹槽; 所述磨耗板为槽型磨耗板, 所述槽型 磨耗板侧壁向内侧弯折形成与凹槽配合的凸起, 所述磨耗板通过凸起与 凹槽的配合固定在支撑面上, 所述磨耗板采用弹性纤维材料制成。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述车钩支撑座, 其特征在于, 所述 槽为两 个以上。
3、 根据权利要求 1 所述车钩支撑座, 其特征在于, 所述弹性纤维 材料为尼龙。
4、 根据权利要求 1 所述车钩支撑座, 其特征在于, 所述磨耗板厚 度为 8-14cm。
5、 根据权利要求 1 所述车钩支撑座, 其特征在于, 所述磨耗板背 离支撑面一侧的边缘设置有倒角。
6、 一种车钩緩沖装置, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1-5任意一项所 述车钩支撑座, 所述车钩支撑座设置在车钩下方, 用于支撑车钩。
