仍以步骤 102的例子说明, 物流公司 M管理器、 物流公司 N管理器及物流公司 P管理 器接收第二运输请求后, 会分别确认在预设区域内所属公司的空载物流车辆能够装载的货物 量是否满足第二运输请求的要求。 例如, 第二运输请求中的货物种类为钢材, 且货物量为 1 吨。若物流公司 M管理器确认其在预设区域内的空载物流车辆 A1满足第二运输请求的要求, 且物流公司 N管理器确认其在预设区域内的空载物流车辆 A2满足第二运输请求的要求,贝 lj, 物流公司 M管理器及物流公司 N管理器分别将确定的运输价格发送至比较器。若物流公司 P 管理器确认其在预设区域内的空载物流车辆 A3 无法满足第二运输请求的要求, 此时, 物流 公司 P管理器向中央处理器发送重新搜索请求, 中央处理器接收重新搜索请求后, 根据预设 的搜索策略重新搜索物流公司 P的空载物流车辆。 例如, 根据搜索策略可确定扩大的预设区 域为以货物当前所在地为中心周边 10公里范围的区域。此时, 若中央处理器重新搜索到物流 公司 P的空载车辆 A4, 物流公司 P管理器重新确认空载车辆 A3及 A4能够装载的货物量是 否满足第二运输请求的要求。若物流公司 P管理器确认空载车辆 A3及 A4能够装载的货物量 满足第二运输请求的要求, 则物流公司 P管理器将确定的运输价格发送至比较器。 于此, 若 物流公司 P管理器确认空载车辆 A3及 A4能够装载的货物量仍无法满足第二运输请求的要 求, 则物流公司 P管理器再向中央处理器发送重新搜索请求, 中央处理器再根据搜索策略调 整预设区域进行搜索。
于步骤 105, 所述比较器根据预设策略确定目标物流公司。 其中, 预设策略为: 根据接 收的运输价格及对应的物流公司的信用等级确定比较参数, 根据所述比较参数的大小确定初 选物流公司, 比较所述初选物流公司的运输价格及所述第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送 价格信息, 若两者相差的绝对值在预设范围内, 则确定所述初选物流公司为目标物流公司。 此外, 比较器确定目标物流公司后, 将目标物流公司的信息发送至中央处理器, 中央处理器 向目标物流公司的空载物流车辆发送运输指令, 且向客户端反馈目标物流公司的空载物流车 辆的信息。 其中, 运输指令例如包括通过客户端发送第一运输请求的客户名称、 联系方式信 息、 货物当前所在地及货物运送目的地信息。 空载物流车辆的信息例如包括车牌号、 联系方 式等信息。
具体而言, 比较器首先根据接收的运输价格及对应的物流公司的信用等级的乘积大小得 到比较参数, 从而确定初选物流公司。 其中, 物流公司的信用等级可根据物流公司的成功运 输次数及客户对物流公司的评价综合确定, 例如下表。

当然, 物流公司的信用等级根据需要, 还可以其它的方式确定, 例如: 根据其银行信用 记录或者规模大小等, 本实施例不予限定其范围。
于此, 以信用等级由 10级至 1级表示信用由低至高为例, 仍以前述步骤中的三个物流公 司^1、 N、 P为例。 若物流公司 M的信用等级为 5级, 物流公司 N的信用等级为 6级, 物流 公司 P的信用等级为 6级, 且物流公司 M提供的运输价格例如为 2万, 物流公司 N提供的 运输价格例如为 2.3万, 物流公司 P提供的运输价格例如为 3万, 则物流公司 M的比较参数 =5*2=10, 物流公司 N的比较参数 =6*2.3=13.8, 物流公司 P的比较参数 =6*3=18。 于此, 比 较器选择比较参数最小的物流公司, 因此, 比较器会确定物流公司 M为初选物流公司。之后, 比较器再比较物流公司 M的运输价格及第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送价格的差值的绝 对值是否在预设范围内。 于此, 若第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送价格例如为 1.7万, 且预设范围例如为不大于客户可接受运送价格的百分之三十, 此时, 物流公司 M的运输价格 (即, 2万)与第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送价格(δΡ, 1.7万)的差值的绝对值为 0.3, 其小于客户可接受运送价格的百分之三十 (即, 1.7*30%=0.51 )。 于此, 比较器确定物流公司 M为目标物流公司。之后, 比较器将物流公司 M的信息发送至中央处理器, 中央处理器向物 流公司 M的空载物流车辆 (于此, 例如为空载物流车辆 A1 ) 发送运输指令, 且向客户端反 馈物流公司 M的空载物流车辆的信息。此外, 若比较器通过比较得到初选物流公司的运输价 格及第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送价格信息的差值的绝对值不在预设范围内, 则比较 器通知客户端需要调整客户可接受运送价格。
图 2所示为根据本发明的较佳实施例提供的物流信息交互的系统的示意图。如图 2所示, 本发明的较佳实施例提供的物流信息交互的系统包括中央处理器 20、 客户端 10、 比较器 30 及物流公司管理器 40a~40c。 于此, 以三个物流公司管理器 40a~40c为例。然而, 本发明对此 并不限定。 于本实施例中, 中央处理器 20 连接比较器 30、 客户端 10 及物流公司管理器 40a~40c, 客户端 10连接比较器 30, 比较器 30连接物流公司管理器 40a~40c。
于本实施例中, 客户端 10发送第一运输请求至中央处理器 20及比较器 30。 中央处理器 20接收第一运输请求后, 搜索预设区域内空载物流车辆的信息, 并确定空载物流车辆所属的 物流公司, 中央处理器 20根据第一运输请求向相应的物流公司管理器(例如, 物流公司管理 器 40a~40c) 发送第二运输请求。 相应的物流公司管理器 (例如, 物流公司管理器 40a~40c) 接收第二运输请求, 若物流公司管理器 (例如, 物流公司管理器 40a) 确认预设区域内所属 公司的空载物流车辆能够装载的货物量无法满足第二运输请求的要求,则物流公司管理器 40a 向中央处理器 20发送重新搜索请求, 中央处理器 20接收重新搜索请求后, 根据预设的搜索 策略重新搜索物流公司的空载物流车辆。 满足第二运输请求的要求的物流公司对应的物流公 司管理器(例如, 物流公司管理器 40a~40c)将运输价格发送至比较器 30。 比较器 30根据预 设策略确定目标物流公司。关于所述系统的具体操作过程同上述方法所述, 故于此不再赘述。
综上所述, 根据本发明较佳实施例提供的物流信息交互的方法及系统, 中央处理器接收 客户端发送的第一运输请求后, 搜索预设区域内空载物流车辆的信息, 并确定空载物流车辆 所属的物流公司, 中央处理器向相应的物流公司管理器发送第二运输请求。 此外, 相应的物 流公司管理器接收第二运输请求, 若物流公司管理器确认预设区域内所属公司的空载物流车 辆能够装载的货物量无法满足第二运输请求的要求, 则物流公司管理器向中央处理器发送重 新搜索请求, 中央处理器接收重新搜索请求后, 根据预设的搜索策略重新搜索物流公司的空 载物流车辆。 如此, 不仅为物流服务交易双方提供了简单且便利的撮合交易系统, 而且为物 流公司竞争物流服务提供了更多机会。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技术人员 来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等 同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1、 一种物流信息交互的方法, 其特征在于, 包括以下步骤:
客户端发送第一运输请求至中央处理器及比较器;
所述中央处理器接收所述第一运输请求后, 搜索预设区域内空载物流车辆的信息, 并确 定所述空载物流车辆所属的物流公司, 所述中央处理器根据所述第一运输请求向相应的物流 公司管理器发送第二运输请求;
相应的物流公司管理器接收所述第二运输请求, 若所述物流公司管理器确认所述预设区 域内所属公司的空载物流车辆能够装载的货物量无法满足所述第二运输请求的要求, 则所述 物流公司管理器向所述中央处理器发送重新搜索请求, 所述中央处理器接收所述重新搜索请 求后, 根据预设的搜索策略重新搜索所述物流公司的空载物流车辆;
满足第二运输请求的要求的物流公司对应的物流公司管理器将运输价格发送至所述比较 器;
所述比较器根据预设策略确定目标物流公司。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 若所述物流公司管理器确认所述预设区域 内所属公司的空载物流车辆能够装载的货物量满足所述第二运输请求的要求, 则所述物流公 司管理器将运输价格发送至所述比较器。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一运输请求包括货物当前所在地、 货物运送目的地、 货物种类、 货物量、 客户名称、 客户联系方式及客户可接受运送价格信息。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第二运输请求包括货物当前所在地、 货物运送目的地、 货物种类及货物量。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述搜索策略为: 增加所述预设区域的范 围。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述预设策略为: 根据接收的运输价格及 对应的物流公司的信用等级确定比较参数, 根据所述比较参数的大小确定初选物流公司, 比 较所述初选物流公司的运输价格及所述第一运输请求携带的客户可接受运送价格信息, 若两 者相差的绝对值在预设范围内, 则确定所述初选物流公司为目标物流公司。
7、根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述比较器将目标物流公司的信息发送至 所述中央处理器, 所述中央处理器向所述目标物流公司的空载物流车辆发送运输指令, 且向 所述客户端反馈所述目标物流公司的空载物流车辆的信息。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述运输指令包括通过所述客户端发送第 一运输请求的客户名称、 联系方式信息、 货物当前所在地及货物运送目的地信息。
9、 一种物流信息交互的系统, 其特征在于, 包括中央处理器、 客户端、 比较器及物流公 权 利 要 求 书

所述比较器根据预设策略确定目标物流公司。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的系统, 其特征在于, 若所述物流公司管理器确认所述预设区 域内所属公司的空载物流车辆能够装载的货物量满足所述第二运输请求的要求, 则所述物流 公司管理器将运输价格发送至所述比较器。
