Description

全自动泡茶器 技术领域
本发明涉及一种泡茶用具,更具体地说,涉及一种全自动泡茶器。
背景技术
饮茶是中国人的一大生活习惯。目前市场上已经出现自动泡茶器,以更方便地泡茶。这些自动泡茶器通常带有加热组件,用于煮沸或者加热水。泡茶时,用热水冲入带有茶篮子的容器内,或者将茶篮子通过上下运动浸泡于热水内,茶浸泡一段时间后,茶水与茶叶自动分离。
这种现有的自动泡茶器的缺点在于,泡茶时用热水冲入带有茶篮子的容器内,或者使茶篮子上下运动浸泡于热水中,茶叶不能在热水中快速运动起来,不能得到充分泡制。
此外,茶叶一般都会带有灰尘、杂质、或者农药、有害细菌等,在泡茶时需要先用热水清洗茶叶,没有已知的自动泡茶器可以自动洗茶。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中自动泡茶器不能自动洗茶的缺陷,提供一种全自动泡茶器,可以自动洗茶。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种全自动泡茶器,包括底座组件、以及设置在所述底座组件上的泡茶组件;
所述底座组件上设置有:
水泵,用于将水抽取到所述泡茶组件;以及
马达;
所述泡茶组件包括:
泡茶腔,顶部开口、且底部和周壁封闭;
茶篮子,受所述马达驱动;以及
排水阀,设置在所述泡茶腔底部并与所述泡茶腔相通。
根据本发明所述的全自动泡茶器,所述全自动泡茶器还包括废水箱组件,设置在所述排水阀下方。
根据本发明所述的全自动泡茶器,所述茶篮子包括两个位置:朝第一方向旋转且压住所述排水阀使其关闭的第一位置、以及朝第二方向旋转且与所述排水阀脱离的第二位置。
根据本发明所述的全自动泡茶器,所述全自动泡茶器还包括相互配合、用于在所述马达与所述茶篮子之间传递动力的第一离合器和第二离合器,所述第一离合器受所述马达驱动,所述第二离合器用于将动力传递到所述茶篮子。

图1是本发明中全自动泡茶器10的立体图;图2是本发明中全动泡茶器的分解示意图。如图1和图2所示,本发明的全自动泡茶器10包括:底座组件100、泡茶组件200、以及设置在底座组件100上的废水箱组件300。
图3是本发明中全自动泡茶器10的剖视图。结合图1至图3,在图示的实施例中,底座组件100的顶部形成凹进的泡茶组件容纳部101,该泡茶组件容纳部101顶部开口,形成圆筒状的容纳腔,以容纳泡茶组件200。底座组件100的侧部形成废水箱组件容纳凹位102,其形状和尺寸与废水箱组件300对应,可以供废水箱组件200设置在其中。

传动轴容纳筒114的上端开放,下部设有进水孔118,该进水孔118与第二输水管110相连。在传动轴115与传动轴容纳筒114的下端之间,设置有密封圈117,密封圈117设置在进水孔118下方。但是本发明不限于此,第二输水管110也可以通过其他的结构向泡茶组件200内送水。
泡茶组件200包括泡茶腔201、茶篮子202、以及泡茶腔盖204。其中泡茶腔201呈顶部开口的圆筒状,且底部和周壁封闭,在底部中心设有供传动轴容纳筒114通过的孔。茶篮子202设置在泡茶腔201内,且套设在传动轴容纳筒114外。茶篮子202具有顶部、底部和侧壁,其顶部208具有多个小孔,其侧壁由多孔材料制成,例如纱网,以便于水进入并泡茶。具体而言,茶篮子202的底部封闭,且底部中心固定设置有垂直向上延伸的固定筒205,固定筒205套设在传动轴容纳筒114外,且固定筒205的顶部封闭。在固定筒205的上端,设有与茶篮子202相通的进水孔206。进水孔206位于传动轴容纳筒114的上端上方,在固定筒205与传动轴容纳筒114之间设置有密封件。
在固定筒205的内部,设置有上端连接头207,茶篮子202通过上端连接头207与传动轴115固定连接。
在泡茶腔201内,还设置有排水阀213。该排水阀213位于泡茶腔201底部,并与泡茶腔201内部相通。在图示的实施例中,废水箱组件300可以直接放置在排水阀213下方接水。在本发明的其他实施例中,废水箱组件300设置在排水阀213下方,可通过排水管道与排水阀213相连。
在排水阀213内设置有排水塞214,排水塞214的上端延伸到泡茶腔201内。在排水阀213内,还设置有使排水塞214打开的弹性元件215,该弹性元件215衡对排水塞214施加弹力,使其处于打开位置。
在底座组件100上,还设置有虹吸管119,虹吸管119包括虹吸出水管120以及虹吸进水管121。虹吸进水管121的下端与泡茶腔201内部相通,且虹吸进水管121的上端与虹吸出水管120的上端相通。虹吸出水管120的下端一直延伸突出于泡茶腔201底部。废水箱组件300上设置有对应的凹位301、以及延伸突出于凹位301的放置板302,该凹位301位于虹吸管119的正下方,可以在放置板302上放置杯子等容器接水。当泡茶腔201内的水较多,并通过虹吸管119的虹吸进水管121进入,超过虹吸进水管121的顶端后,会进入虹吸出水管120,并通过虹吸出水管120流入杯子等容器。
图6是下端连接头116的结构示意图;图7是第一离合器113的结构示意图。如图6所示,第二离合器116带有中心孔116a,用于与传动轴115的下端过盈配合。第二离合器116的外周面上设有多个螺旋面116b、以及分别位于螺旋面116b两端的止档面116c,每个螺旋面116具有与止档面116c相邻的最低点A和最高点B。再结合图7,在第一离合器113上,设有供第二离合器116插入的连接环113a,在连接环113a的内表面设有多个抵柱113b。当第二离合器116插入第一离合器113的连接环113a时,抵柱113b会抵在对应的螺旋面116b上。
在底座组件100上,还设置有控制器,用于控制加热装置107的启闭、以及马达111朝不同的第一、第二方向运转的时间。
以下说明本发明的全自动泡茶器10的工作原理:泡茶时,向净水腔103内加水,并打开泡茶腔盖204,向茶篮子202内加入茶叶,启动全自动泡茶器10,净水腔103底部的进水阀105打开,水泵106开始运转、加热装置107通电工作,水通过进水管108、第一输水管109后,到达加热装置107且被加热到预设温度,之后通过第二输水管110进入泡茶组件200。
同时,马达111通电,并朝第一方向旋转,其扭力通过减速箱112传递到第一离合器113,此时第一离合器113的多个抵柱113b顶端抵置在第二离合器116的对应螺旋面116的最高点B。第一离合器113的抵柱113b侧部同时抵在止档面116c上,带动传动轴115旋转。传动轴115通过上端连接头207带动茶篮子202旋转,使其中的茶叶被搅拌而得到充分清洗,实现洗茶。在朝第一方向的旋转过程中,茶篮子202处于第一位置,压在排水塞214上,其重力作用使排水阀213关闭。
当马达111朝第一方向旋转预定的时间后,茶篮子210中的茶叶已经被清洗干净。控制器控制马达111朝与第一方向相反的第二方向旋转,第一离合器113的多个抵柱113b顶端抵置在第二离合器116的对应螺旋面116的最低点A。由于第一离合器113的位置固定,第二离合器116会被顶起,向上运动,同时带动传动轴115向上运动,并通过传动轴115带动茶篮子202向上运动。茶篮子202被抬起,处于与排水阀213脱离的第二位置,排水阀213打开,清洗茶叶的水通过排水阀213进入废水箱组件300中。
当马达111朝第二方向旋转预定的时间后,清洗茶叶的水都已经被排完。控制器控制马达111朝第一方向旋转,重复上述过程进行泡茶。当泡茶组件200中的水超过虹吸管119的虹吸进水管121的顶端后,会进入虹吸进水管121,并通过虹吸出水管120流到杯子等容器中。
以上实施例描述了第二离合器116的外周面上设有多个螺旋面116b的情况,但是本发明不限于此。在另一个实施例中,可以将螺旋面设置在第一离合器上,而将抵柱设置在第二离合器上。朝第一方向旋转时,第一、第二离合器在螺旋面的最低点配合;朝第二方向旋转时,第一、第二离合器在螺旋面的最高点配合。
与现有技术相比,本发明的全自动泡茶器可以自动洗茶、泡茶,使用非常便利。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,包括底座组件、以及设置在所述底座组件上的泡茶组件;
    所述底座组件上设置有:
    水泵,用于将水抽取到所述泡茶组件;以及
    马达;
    所述泡茶组件包括:
    泡茶腔,顶部开口、且底部和周壁封闭;
    茶篮子,受所述马达驱动;以及
    排水阀,设置在所述泡茶腔底部并与所述泡茶腔相通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述全自动泡茶器还包括废水箱组件,设置在所述排水阀下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述茶篮子包括两个位置:朝第一方向旋转且压住所述排水阀使其关闭的第一位置、以及朝第二方向旋转且与所述排水阀脱离的第二位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述全自动泡茶器还包括相互配合、用于在所述马达与所述茶篮子之间传递动力的第一离合器和第二离合器,所述第一离合器受所述马达驱动,所述第二离合器用于将动力传递到所述茶篮子。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,在所述第一离合器上设置有螺旋面,朝第一方向旋转时,所述第一、第二离合器在所述螺旋面的最低点配合;朝第二方向旋转时,所述第一、第二离合器在所述螺旋面的最高点配合。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,在所述第二离合器上设置有螺旋面,朝第一方向旋转时,所述第一、第二离合器在所述螺旋面的最高点配合;朝第二方向旋转时,所述第一、第二离合器在所述螺旋面的最低点配合。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述泡茶组件还包括设置在所述底座组件上的虹吸管,所述虹吸管包括与所述泡茶腔的内部相通的虹吸进水管、以及虹吸出水管,所述虹吸进水管的上端与所述虹吸出水管的上端相连。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述底座组件的顶部形成凹进的泡茶组件容纳部,所述泡茶组件容纳在所述泡茶组件容纳部中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述泡茶组件容纳部内,固定设置有传动轴容纳筒,所述传动轴设置在所述传动轴容纳筒内,且上端延伸通过所述传动轴容纳筒后、与所述茶篮子连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的全自动泡茶器,其特征在于,所述全自动泡茶器还包括设置在所述底座组件上的净水腔、以及加热装置,所述水泵通过进水管与所述净水腔相连,且通过第一输水管与所述加热装置相连;所述加热装置通过第二输水管与所述泡茶组件相连。
