该杯体1的底部上设有搅拌器3和定位套筒16;底座2上设有发热体5、导热板18和固定套筒21,定位套筒16套入底座2上的固定套筒21中,发热体5下方设有驱动搅拌器3旋转的驱动装置7,驱动装置7连有驱动电机8。所述的驱动装置7是由驱动电机8的输出轴81带动,输出轴81与驱动装置7的接头71相连接,驱动电机8安装在底座2上。为了便于搅拌器3在一定范围内进行旋转,搅拌器3的下端设有旋转柱4,旋转柱4为圆柱体,上下方向为轴向方向,从动磁铁10安装在旋转柱4内,从动磁铁10沿着旋转柱4的轴线对称分布,极向水平放置,一端为N极,另外一端为S极。驱动装置7上设有驱动磁铁9,驱动磁铁9为二块,极向同样为水平设置,每对驱动磁铁9以驱动电机8的输出轴为中心对称布置,驱动磁铁9与从动磁铁10在同一水平线上。该搅拌器3还包括弹簧安装架12,弹簧安装架12上设有便于取放时用的提手13,提手13可以将整个搅拌器3从杯体1取出,进行清洗。
为了达到加热的功能,底座2上装有发热体5、导热板18和固定套筒21,导热板18位于发热体5的上方,导热板18与发热体5焊接组合,导热板18将发热体5所产生的热量传递到杯体1上;导热板18周边套装有大密封圈19,导热板18中心位置套装有小密封圈20。固定套筒21设置在底座2的中心位置且紧密卡入小密封圈20中,与导热板18牢固紧密配合,驱动装置7设置在固定套筒21外,杯体1的旋转体4深入到定位套筒16内,定位套筒16深入到固定套筒21内,固定套筒21深入到驱动装置7内。大小密封圈的目的是为了防止液体(如水)从导热板18的周边进入底座2。
本发明通过磁力转动方式来达到让搅拌器3旋转的目的,将搅拌器3的旋转柱4伸入到定位套筒16内,搅拌器3只能在定位套筒16内进行旋转,在底座2上设有一个向下凹的固定套筒21,将定位套筒16伸入到固定套筒21内,固定套筒21的轴线方向与旋转柱4的轴线方向相同,在旋转柱4上设置驱动磁铁9,驱动磁铁9为二块,沿着旋转柱4的轴线对称分布,极向也是水平设置,并且与从动磁铁10在同一水平线上。旋转柱4的旋转带动从动磁铁10的旋转,由于从动磁铁10的两极与驱动装置中极向设置相反的驱动磁铁9之间的吸引作用,驱动磁铁9带动从动磁铁10的旋转,从动磁铁10的旋转带动搅拌器3的旋转。驱动装置7是由驱动电机8的输出轴81带动旋转,输出轴81与驱动装置7的接头71相连接,驱动电机8安装在底座2上。
工作时,接通电源,驱动电机8转动,从而驱动电机8的输出轴81带动驱动装置7的转动,驱动装置7内的驱动磁铁9带动从动磁铁10的旋转,从动磁铁10的旋转带动搅拌器3的旋转,从而达到搅拌发泡液体的目的。
使用完毕后,关闭电源,为使搅拌器3贮存更加方便卫生,可将搅拌器3固定在杯盖11上。在杯体上设有可以随意开合的杯盖11,杯盖11边缘设置有与杯体配合的密封圈14,杯盖11上设有搅拌器放置套30,该搅拌器放置套的功能之一为,当搅拌器清洗之后可以放置在搅拌器放置套内,或者放置备用搅拌器,搅拌器3放置套外缘设置有一块杯盖磁铁17,搅拌器3放入时,搅拌器3内的从动磁铁10与杯盖11上极性设置相反的杯盖磁铁17吸合,并处在同一水平线上,从而固定搅拌器3,使搅拌器3贮存更加方便、卫生,最后拔掉插头并归置好电源线,将奶泡器放在安全的一角。
总之,以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化与修饰,皆应属本发明专利的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种奶泡壶,包括杯体(1)和底座(2),其特征在于:所述的杯体(1)上设有搅拌器(3)和定位套筒(16);底座(2)上设有发热体(5)、导热板(18)和固定套筒(21),定位套筒(16)套入底座(2)上的固定套筒(21)中,发热体(5)下方设有驱动搅拌器(3)旋转的驱动装置(7),驱动装置(7)连有驱动电机(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:所述杯体(1)和底座(2)为各自独立的部件,两者可分离;杯体(1)可360度任意放置在底座(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:驱动装置(7)上设有驱动磁铁(9) ,搅拌器(3)上设有从动磁铁(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:从动磁铁(10)为一块或两块,极向水平放置,驱动磁铁(9)为二块,极向同样为水平设置,驱动磁铁(9)与从动磁铁(10)在同一水平线上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:每对驱动磁铁(9)以驱动电机(8)的输出轴为中心对称布置。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:所述的搅拌器(3)包括弹簧安装架(12),弹簧安装架(12)上设有便于取放搅拌器(3)时用的提手(13),弹簧安装架(12)的两端有用于搅拌的弹簧圈(15),弹簧安装架(12)的下端设有旋转体(4),旋转体(4)为圆柱体,从动磁铁(10)安装在旋转体(4)内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:所述的底座(2)上装有导 热板(18),导热板(18)位于发热体(5)的上方,导热板(18)与发热体(5)焊接组合,导热板(18)将发热体(5)所产生的热量传递到杯体(1)上;导热板(18)周边套装有大密封圈(19),导热板(18)中心位置套装有小密封圈(20)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:所述的固定套筒(21)设置在底座(2)的中心位置且紧密卡入小密封圈(20)中,固定套筒(21)与导热板(18)牢固紧密配合,驱动装置(7)设置在固定套筒(21)外,杯体(1)的旋转体(4)深入到定位套筒(16)内,定位套筒(16)深入到固定套筒(21)内,固定套筒(21)深入到驱动装置(7)内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:所述的驱动装置(7)是由驱动电机(8)的输出轴(81)带动,输出轴(81)与驱动装置(7)的接头(71)相连接,驱动电机(8)安装在底座(2)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种奶泡壶,其特征在于:在杯体(1)的上方还设有杯盖(11),杯盖(11)边缘设有密封圈(14),杯盖(11)上设有搅拌器放置套(30),杯盖(11)上设有一块杯盖磁铁(17)。
