本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种榫接式防盗锁芯,它不仅可以 增加技术性盗窃的难度, 同时它还提高了锁芯锁紧装置的牢固度, 大 大提高了防盗门的安全性能。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的一种榫接式防盗锁芯包括一个锁 芯壳体和一个锁芯内胆,锁芯壳体上成型有通孔以及与通孔相连的竖 直孔,锁芯内胆上成型有一钥匙口以及与该钥匙口相连通的竖直阶梯 孔, 锁芯内胆装配在通孔中且能绕中心轴转动, 所述通孔的下端和竖 直阶梯孔的上端对接使上述两孔相通连组成一连通孔,连通孔从上到 下依次放置有弹珠、 弹簧、 上榫接柱以及下榫接柱, 上榫接柱的下端 成型有 τ型凸块,下榫接柱的上端与下端分别成型有 T型槽和两个对 称的切口, τ型凸块与 T型槽相配合使得上榫接柱和下榫接柱连接成 一榫接锁柱, 榫接锁柱上成型有两头小中间大的中心孔, 弹簧、 销轴 和顶柱从上到下依次放置在中心孔中,所述下榫接柱和顶柱都为阶梯 轴状结构, 所述顶柱的下端穿出竖直阶梯孔置于钥匙口中, 所述锁芯 内胆的外表面上成型有与竖直阶梯孔相贯通的环形槽。

见图 1至 6所示:本实用新型的一种榫接式防盗锁芯包括一个锁 芯壳体 1和一个锁芯内胆 2, 锁芯壳体 1上成型有通孔 11 以及与通 孔 11相连的竖直孔 12, 锁芯内胆 2上成型有一钥匙口 21 以及与该 钥匙口相连通的竖直阶梯孔 22, 锁芯内胆 2装配在通孔 11中且能绕 中心轴转动,所述通孔 11的下端和竖直阶梯孔 22的上端对接使上述 两孔相通连组成一连通孔, 连通孔从上到下依次放置有弹珠 14、 弹 簧 5、 上榫接柱 10以及下榫接柱 7, 上榫接柱 10的下端成型有 T型 凸块 101, 下榫接柱 7的上端与下端分别成型有 T型槽 71和两个对 称的切口 72, T型凸块 101与 T型槽 71相配合使得上榫接柱 10和下 榫接柱 7连接成一榫接锁柱 16, 榫接锁柱 16上成型有两头小中间大 的中心孔 161, 弹簧 5、 销轴 9和顶柱 8从上到下依次放置在中心孔 161中, 所述下榫接柱 7和顶柱 8都为阶梯轴状结构, 所述顶柱 8的 下端穿出竖直阶梯孔 22置于钥匙口 21中,所述锁芯内胆 2的外表面 上成型有与竖直阶梯孔 22相贯通的环形槽 23。
锁芯壳体 1的中部开设有一缺口 13, 锁头 3置于缺口 13中, 所 述锁头 3通过连接件 4与锁芯内胆 2相连,所述锁芯内胆 2上开设有 卡环槽 24, 卡环 6置于卡环槽 24中, 所述卡环 6卡制在锁头 3与缺 口 13端面之间, 锁芯内胆 2通过卡环 6进行安装定位, 同时锁芯内 胆 2带动锁头 3进行防盗门的关闭和开启。
锁芯内胆 2在于轴线垂直方向上开设有直槽 25, 所述直槽 25与 钥匙口 21相连通, 钥匙顶块 19安装在直槽 25中, 所述钥匙顶块 19 的一端固定有弹簧 5, 该弹簧 5的一段作用力于钥匙顶块 19上, 另 一端作用力于通孔 11的侧壁上,所述钥匙顶块 19的上表面上成型有 与钥匙槽相配合的凸起部 191, 在钥匙插进钥匙口 21 的过程当中, 凸起部 191在钥匙背面的槽中移动, 固定在钥匙顶块 19上的弹簧 5 则做伸缩运动, 起到导向的作用方便钥匙插进钥匙口 21, 同时整个 过程中拥有更好的手感, 在钥匙到位之后则能起到定位的作用。
本实用新型在开启的时候, 由于下榫接柱 7上的对称切口 72与 钥匙正面的锥形孔是相配合的,因此在钥匙插入钥匙口 21的过程中, 下榫接柱 7会发生转动,下榫接柱 7转动使得 T型凸块 101长度方向 所在的平面与钥匙的长度方向相垂直, 同时由于钥匙的厚度, 钥匙在 插入钥匙口 21之后, 它使得顶柱 8向上运动, 顶柱 8推动销轴 9向 上运动直至顶柱 8和销轴 9的接触面与 T型凸块 101的下表面位于同 一平面上, 此时转动钥匙, 钥匙可以带动锁芯内胆 2转动, 而 T型凸 块 101与 T型槽 71脱离, 随着锁芯内胆 2的转动, T型凸块 101将 进入环形槽 23中, 锁芯内胆 2则带动锁头 3开启防盗门, 本实用新 型的对称切口 72的设置增加了防盗门技术性盗窃开启的难度, 可以 提高防盗门的安全性能。
本实用新型在关闭的状态下, 销轴 9位于中心孔 161中且销轴 9 的上部和下部分别位于上榫接柱 10和下榫接柱 Ί中, 在撬动或是重 力撞击的情况下销轴 9可以承受剪切力防止榫接锁柱 16打开, 同时 T型凸块 101和 T型槽 71相配合的榫接方式进一步加强了榫接锁柱 16的牢固度, 增加了防盗门破坏性盗窃开启的难度。
