使用时,将钥匙 3的钥匙头 7插入锁孔 4内, 钥匙头依次顶动锁芯内的圆柱 形弹子 8下端的拨齿 9逆时针转动 90度, 当钥匙头插到锁孔的限位处后, 钥匙 头上的牙花 16对拨齿 9形成空槽, 这时, 弹子 8受到回复弹簧 17的回弹力驱动 弹子 8顺时针回弹, 直至弹子上的拨齿被牙花左侧面限位时停止, 此时, 每个弹 子上的第一凹槽均对准锁定柱 12的突齿 14, 如图 7所示, 锁定柱收到伸縮弹簧 15向下的压力下移, 顶端脱出锁体 1上的锁槽 13, 下端的突齿置入到弹子上的 第一凹槽内,从而使锁芯和锁体解锁,旋转钥匙,转到锁芯,带动拨叉即可开锁。
需要锁定时, 将钥匙回转到插入时状态, 拨出钥匙, 若干个弹子受到回复弹 簧的弹力作用, 回转到初始状态, 此时, 若干个弹子上的第一凹槽打乱角度, 将 锁定柱下端的突齿顶出第一凹槽,锁定柱进入锁体内侧面上的锁槽内, 锁芯被锁 定柱锁定卡死锁定。
本发明颠覆了传统锁具两段弹子分布在锁芯和锁体中的概念,彻底摒弃了传 统的利用钥匙的牙花下压弹子开锁的方法,特制圆柱型弹子组与锁定柱结合, 使 弹子在弹簧的作用下圆周转动, 当弹子中部分布的 "V"型凹槽全部与锁定柱下 端的突齿对齐时, 锁定柱才能向下运动并脱离锁体, 从而解锁。 这种原理杜绝了 技术开启的手感, 弹子组(以六颗弹子为例) 中, 即便在无手感的状态下将五颗
弹子的 "v"型槽全部对准设定位置, 锁定柱也无法运动脱出锁体。
本发明还独创了一种阻挡任何技术开启工具进入锁孔的方法,锁孔最外面的 一颗弹子的拨齿长于其它弹子的拨齿, 并对其起到了保护作用, 锁孔最外一颗弹 子的拨齿与锁孔的凸牙形成独特的门扇结构,任何技术开启工具进入锁孔后, 无 法从凸牙的两侧触碰到旋转弹子组, 必然先要拨动第一颗弹子的拨齿, 当第一颗 弹子的拨齿一旦做动, 弹子上方的 "V"型凹槽立即错位, 即便是开锁工具在无 手感的情况下将里面的五颗弹子全部旋转到位,锁柱受到第一颗弹子的阻挡无法 下落, 依然无法开锁。
本发明的锁孔处在锁芯下方, 而锁芯带动的拨齿设定在锁芯的中心部位, 暴力工具即使将锁芯冲透,亦无法冲落拨齿, 对方暴力开启锁具也起到了很好的 保护作用。
Claims
1、 一种防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 包括锁体 (1 )、 设于所述锁体内的 圆柱形锁芯 (2) 以及钥匙 (3), 所述锁芯置于所述锁体内, 且锁芯的一端面向 内沿其轴线延伸形成有锁孔(4), 另一端面上设有拨叉(5); 所述钥匙包括钥匙 柄 (6 ) 和钥匙头 (7), 该钥匙头的形状与所述锁孔相匹配, 所述钥匙头能够置 入所述锁孔带动所述锁芯和拨叉绕所述锁芯轴线相对所述锁体转动以解锁,其特 征在于: 在所述锁芯内垂直其轴线平行间隔设有若干个弹子孔 (19), 该每个弹 子孔内设一圆柱形弹子(8), 该每个弹子能够绕其轴线相对所述锁芯转动, 且每 个弹子具有绕其轴线回复到其平衡位置的回复力,所述每个弹子的一侧面上设有 一拨齿 (9), 另一侧面设有一第一凹槽 (10), 且每个弹子平衡时其上的拨齿伸 入所述锁孔一侧面内且正对所述锁孔的另一侧面;在所述锁芯的外侧面上沿其轴 线设有一第二凹槽(11 )延伸至所述若干个弹子的上侧面上,另设一锁定柱(12) 置入该第二凹槽内,所述锁体内侧面且对应所述锁定柱处设有供该锁定柱伸入和 脱出的锁槽 (13 ) ; 所述锁定柱朝向所述锁芯轴线的一侧面上设有若干个突齿 ( 14), 该若干个突齿能够置入所述若干个弹子上的第一凹槽内使所述锁定柱脱 出所述锁槽, 另在所述锁定柱上设有伸縮弹簧(15)使所述锁定柱具有朝向所述 锁芯轴心方向的回复力; 所述钥匙的钥匙头的一侧面上设有若干个牙花 (16), 该若干个牙花能够使所述若干个弹子的拨齿置入并使所述若干个弹子的第一凹 槽正对所述锁定柱的若干个突齿。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 其特征在于: 所述 每个弹子具有绕其轴线回复到其平衡位置的回复力的结构为:在所述每个弹子的 两端面分别设一回复弹簧 (17), 该回复弹簧的一端与所述弹子固连, 另一端与 所述锁芯固连。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 其特征在于: 所述锁定柱上设有伸縮弹簧使所述锁定柱具有朝向所述锁芯轴心方向的回复力 的结构为: 所述锁定柱的两端面朝向所述锁芯轴线一端各设一延伸部, 另设两伸 縮弹簧, 该每一伸縮弹簧一端固连于所述一延伸部, 另一端固连于所述锁芯。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 其特征在于: 所述若干个牙花靠近所述钥匙柄的一侧面的倾斜角度不全相同,且靠近所述钥匙 柄的第一牙花靠近所述钥匙柄的一侧面与该钥匙头的表面垂直;所述每个弹子上 的第一凹槽和拨齿位于该弹子的同一垂直该弹子轴线的截面上,且每个弹子上的 第一凹槽和拨齿的夹角不全相同,靠近所述锁孔一端的弹子的第一凹槽和拨齿夹 角为 180度。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 其特征在于: 所述第一凹槽为 "V"型凹槽。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗旋转弹子锁锁体及钥匙, 其特征在于: 在所述锁孔的另一侧面上设有两条沿所述锁芯轴线方向的凸牙 (18), 所述钥匙 的钥匙头的另一侧上对应该两凸牙处设有两第三凹槽。
