一种微孔雾化梳子
技术领域
本发明涉及一种头发护理用具,特别是涉及一种微孔雾化梳子。
背景技术
随着人们对生活质量的要求不断提高以及对生活健康的重视,人们对头发的护理也越来越重视,各种护发产品和头发护理工具也得到了迅速的发展。
梳子作为一种常用的头发护理工具已使用经有了数千年的历史,梳子的样式和品种也越来越多,但其作用一直比较单一,主要用于头发的梳理,在养发护发方面只能作为辅助工具使用。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种具有润发、护发功能的微孔雾化梳子。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种微孔雾化梳子,包括梳子本体及安装于梳子本体前端的梳齿模块和位于梳子本体后端的梳柄,梳子本体上设有一出雾口,梳子本体内在出雾口的内侧设有一雾化模块,梳子本体内还设有与雾化模块相连的触发装置。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,触发装置包括安装于梳柄内侧的电池及与电池相连的电路板,电路板上安装有霍尔开关,雾化模块与电路板间设有与雾化模块电连接的连动开关,连动开关上设有伸出梳柄外侧的推动凸起及位于连动开关尾端的磁片。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,连动开关的前端连接有一挡板装置,所述挡板装置包括位于出雾口和雾化模块间的挡板以及与挡板相连的挡板支架,挡板支架上设有一滑槽,连动开关的一端设有嵌入滑槽内的滑钉。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,出雾口设置于梳齿模块和梳柄之间,出雾口倾斜安装,出雾口的倾斜面朝向梳齿模块所在侧。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,梳子本体内还设有水箱及连接水箱和雾化模块的进水水管。
进一步作为本发明技术方案的改进,梳子本体内设有独立的水箱,雾化模块安装于水箱的底部,雾化口位于梳齿模块所在部位。
本发明的有益效果:此微孔雾化梳子通过安装于梳子本体内与雾化模块相连的触发装置触发雾化模块动作进行喷雾,在使用梳子本体进行头发梳理的过程中,通过喷雾对头发进行滋润,可起到润发及护发的功效。

具体实施方式
参照图1~图4,本发明为一种微孔雾化梳子,包括梳子本体1及安装于梳子本体1前端的梳齿模块2和位于梳子本体1后端的梳柄3,梳子本体1上设有一出雾口4,梳子本体1内在出雾口4的内侧设有一雾化模块5,梳子本体1内还设有与雾化模块5相连的触发装置。
此微孔雾化梳子通过安装于梳子本体1内与雾化模块5相连的触发装置触发雾化模块5动作进行喷雾,在使用梳子本体1进行头发梳理的过程中,通过喷雾对头发进行滋润,可起到润发及护发的功效。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,触发装置包括安装于梳柄3内侧的电池31及与电池31相连的电路板32,电路板32上安装有霍尔开关,雾化模块5与电路板32间设有与雾化模块5电连接的连动开关6,连动开关6上设有伸出梳柄3外侧的推动凸起61及位于连动开关6尾端的磁片62。
在梳子本体1上设置于了开关滑动槽,连动开关6上设置的推动凸起61位于开关滑动槽内,此连动开关6可通过推动凸起61在开关滑动槽内滑动,来带动磁片62滑动,使得磁片62与霍尔开关感应导通电路,以使得雾化模块5被触发,进行喷雾动作。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,连动开关6的前端连接有一挡板装置,所述挡板装置包括位于出雾口4和雾化模块5间的挡板63以及与挡板63相连的挡板支架64,挡板支架64上设有一滑槽65,连动开关6的一端设有嵌入滑槽65内的滑钉66。
在连动开关6上的推动凸起61沿开关滑动槽滑动的过程中,可通过挡板支架64带动挡板63在出雾口4和雾化模块5间滑动,以遮挡或者开启出雾口4。
在连动开关6滑动过程中,可使得通过磁片62感应霍尔开关导通电流的同时打开出雾口4,并使得磁片62在断开电流的同时关闭出雾口4,在简化其内部结构的同时可更好的保护雾化模块5。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,出雾口4设置于梳齿模块2和梳柄3之间,出雾口4倾斜安装,出雾口4的倾斜面朝向梳齿模块2所在侧。
此微孔雾化梳子通过安装于梳子本体1内与雾化模块5相连的触发装置触发雾化模块5动作进行喷雾,其出雾口4安装在梳齿模块2和梳柄3之间,在梳理头发的过程中能喷雾对头发进行护理的同时,且不易堵塞出雾口4。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,梳子本体1内还设有水箱11及连接水箱11和雾化模块5的进水水管12。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,梳子本体1内设有独立的水箱11,雾化模块5安装于水箱11的底部,雾化口4位于梳齿模块2所在部位。
雾化模块5在工作过程中会消耗大量的雾化液,水箱11内存储必须的雾化液,以便对雾化模块5进行补给。
水箱11的设置可与梳子本体1混为一体,也可作为单独的水源补给,方便拆卸来补给水。
当然,本发明创造并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本发明精神的前提下还可作出等同变形或替换,这些等同的变型或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

  1. 一种微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于:包括梳子本体(1)及安装于所述梳子本体(1)前端的梳齿模块(2)和位于所述梳子本体(1)后端的梳柄(3),所述梳子本体(1)上设有一出雾口(4),所述梳子本体(1)内在出雾口(4)的内侧设有一雾化模块(5),所述梳子本体(1)内还设有与雾化模块(5)相连的触发装置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于:所述触发装置包括安装于梳柄(3)内侧的电池(31)及与电池(31)相连的电路板(32),所述电路板(32)上安装有霍尔开关,所述雾化模块(5)与电路板(32)间设有与雾化模块(5)电连接的连动开关(6),所述连动开关(6)上设有伸出梳柄(3)外侧的推动凸起(61)及位于连动开关(6)尾端的磁片(62)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于: 所述连动开关(6)的前端连接有一挡板装置,所述挡板装置包括位于出雾口(4)和雾化模块(5)间的挡板(63)以及与所述挡板(63)相连的挡板支架(64),所述挡板支架(64)上设有一滑槽(65),所述连动开关(6)的一端设有嵌入滑槽(65)内的滑钉(66)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于:所述出雾口(4)设置于梳齿模块(2)和梳柄(3)之间,所述出雾口(4)倾斜安装,所述出雾口(4)的倾斜面朝向梳齿模块(2)所在侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于:所述所述梳子本体(1)内还设有水箱(11)及连接所述水箱(11)和雾化模块(5)的进水水管(12)。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的微孔雾化梳子,其特征在于:所述梳子本体(1)内设有独立的水箱(11),所述雾化模块(5)安装于水箱(11)的底部,所述雾化口(4)位于梳齿模块(2)所在部位。
