Description

带按摩器花洒结构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种花洒，尤其涉及带按摩器的花洒。
背景技术
现有传统花洒结构中，多是显现出水功能，只做到淋浴作用。若客户在淋浴后作面部护理时,多使用按摩器。本发明实现了花洒与按摩器的结合，在淋浴后，不用另外寻找按摩器，可以直接使用花洒按摩器，方便省时，满足客户要求，是一款结构合理带按摩器功能的花洒。
ZL200610033712，周华松设计的带按摩器功能的花洒，是完全利用水的能量，产生震动。震动频率与强度受水压影响。
ZL201320268702，山东润达的按摩器加热功能花洒与周华松的不同点是靠外接电源和电机驱动。无减速装置，无换向装置。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中问题，本发明提供了一种带按摩器花洒结构，包括前壳、花洒前盖组、按摩头、按摩器本体、花洒手柄外壳、电池盒盖、开关按钮盖、马达箱盖、止水塞、插管、连接管、分水管；所述花洒手柄外壳的外侧设有电池仓，所述电池仓配有所述电池盒盖，按摩器开关按钮室设置在所述花洒手柄外壳内，开关按钮设置在所述花洒手柄外壳的外部，且位于花洒头部与手柄之间，所述插管与所述连接管连接，所述止水塞设置在所述连接管内，所述连接管一端与所述分水管连接，另一端与所述插管连接，插管、连接管及分水管整体插入花洒前盖组，按摩器本体安放马达，同时是所述按摩头的固定支架，马达设有马达箱盖，花洒前盖组设置在前壳和花洒手柄外壳之间，花洒前盖组扣入前壳，前壳中间露出花洒前盖组，按摩头设置在花洒前盖组中间，按摩头外露。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述电池盒盖由螺钉固定在所述花洒手柄外壳上。
作为本发明的进一步改进，还包括螺钉盖，所述螺钉盖扣合在所述螺钉外部。
作为本发明的进一步改进，所述电池盒盖带有防水圈。
作为本发明的进一步改进，还包括开关按钮盖，所述开关按钮盖设置在所述花洒手柄外壳的内部，所述开关按钮盖使用超声焊接密封。
作为本发明的进一步改进，按摩器本体与花洒前盖组用螺钉固定。
本发明的有益效果是：本设计是内置两粒电池，无外接电源，内部有齿轮减速机构，电机转动方向可切换。按摩功能与花洒淋浴功能可分别独立工作，也可同时工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
本发明需要解决以下几个技术问题：
按摩器的防水问题，包括供电系统的防水，按摩器工作系统(开关)的防水。
按摩器开关按钮设置，花洒功能旋钮设置，要做到单手操作。
花洒水道与按摩器电路的结合问题。
本发明包含以下部件：前壳1、花洒前盖组2、按摩头3、按摩器本体4、花洒手柄外壳5、电池6、电池盒盖7、螺钉8、螺钉盖9、开关按钮盖10、马达箱盖11、止水塞12、插管13、连接管14、分水管15。
将电池6装入到花洒手柄外壳5的电池仓后，电池盒盖7扣合在电池仓上，用螺钉8将电池盒盖7固定，将螺钉盖9扣合在螺钉8外部，防止螺钉长期外露腐蚀。电池盒盖7带有防水圈。
按摩器开关按钮室设置在花洒手柄外壳5内，开关按钮设置在花洒手柄外壳5的外部，且位于花洒头部与手柄之间，开关按钮盖10设置在花洒手柄外壳5的内部，开关线路板安装在按摩器开关按钮室后，开关按钮盖10使用超声焊接密封。
插管13与连接管14连接。止水塞12装入连接管14内，连接管14一端与分水管15连接，另一端与插管13连接，装配后可完成花洒功能转换。插管13、连接管14及分水管15整体插入花洒前盖组2。
按摩器本体4既安放马达，同时又是按摩头3的固定支架，马达设有马达箱盖11。
花洒前盖组2设置在前壳1和花洒手柄外壳5之间，花洒前盖组2扣入前壳1。前壳1中间露出花洒前盖组2，按摩头3设置在花洒前盖组2中间，也外露。按摩器本体4与花洒前盖组2用螺钉固定。

  1. 一种带按摩器花洒结构，其特征在于：包括前壳(1)、花洒前盖组(2)、按摩头(3)、按摩器本体(4)、花洒手柄外壳(5)、电池盒盖(7)、开关按钮盖(10)、马达箱盖(11)、止水塞(12)、插管(13)、连接管(14)、分水管(15)；所述花洒手柄外壳(5)的外侧设有电池仓，所述电池仓配有所述电池盒盖(7)，按摩器开关按钮室设置在所述花洒手柄外壳(5)内，开关按钮设置在所述花洒手柄外壳(5)的外部，且位于花洒头部与手柄之间，所述插管(13)与所述连接管(14)连接，所述止水塞(12)设置在所述连接管(14)内，所述连接管(14)一端与所述分水管(15)连接，另一端与所述插管(13)连接，插管(13)、连接管(14)及分水管(15)整体插入花洒前盖组(2)，按摩器本体(4)安放马达，同时是所述按摩头(3)的固定支架，马达设有马达箱盖(11)，花洒前盖组(2)设置在前壳(1)和花洒手柄外壳(5)之间，花洒前盖组(2)扣入前壳(1)，前壳(1)中间露出花洒前盖组(2)，按摩头(3)设置在花洒前盖组(2)中间，按摩头(3)外露。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的带按摩器花洒结构，其特征在于：所述电池盒盖(7)由螺钉(8)固定在所述花洒手柄外壳(5)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的带按摩器花洒结构，其特征在于：还包括螺钉盖(9)，所述螺钉盖(9)扣合在所述螺钉(8)外部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的带按摩器花洒结构，其特征在于：所述电池盒盖(7)带有防水圈。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的带按摩器花洒结构，其特征在于：还包括开关按钮盖(10)，所述开关按钮盖(10)设置在所述花洒手柄外壳(5)的内部，所述开关按钮盖(10)使用超声焊接密封。
