Description

一种缓冲包装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及缓冲包装技术领域, 尤其是一种用于液晶模组或平板型器件的 包装结构。 背景技术
用于运输平板型器件 (如液晶模组) 的包装件一方面需要考虑包装结构足 够结实稳定, 能保护器件在搬运过程中不会损坏, 另一方面还要考虑包装方式 能让搬运工人省力快捷, 以及包装成本能尽可能降低等等。 现有的包装结构如 图 1 (a) 、 (b) 所示, 包括用于承载器件承载部 10以及套于所述承载部 10外围 包装部 20, 其包装部 20为无盖箱体。 但是, 这种包装部 20仅仅是用于容纳和固 定所述承载部 10, 采用这种无盖箱体进行的包装, 不仅增加包装的成本, 还会 增加包装结构的重量, 加重搬运工人的负担。 因此, 设计一种更佳的包装结构 是人们所期待的。 发明内容 为解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种新型的包装结构, 能大大节省包装材料, 同时减轻搬运负担。 这种包装结构, 包括承载部以及包装部, 包括若干个基体及与所述基体底 面连接的贴片, 相邻基体之间形成一个深至贴片处的纵向设置的凹槽; 每个基 体上设有若干个横向贯穿的卡槽, 所述承载部两端的基体厚度不大于与其相邻 凹槽的宽度; 所述包装部至少包括一对夹持板, 所述夹持板横向夹持于所述承 载部相对应的两侧部。 优选地, 所述夹持板的缘边往夹持板彼此朝向的一侧延伸。 延伸出的缘边 能卡扣在承载部上, 稳定承载部的结构。 优选地, 所述夹持板通过粘合、 铆接或扣接的方式与所述承载部侧部连接。 优选地, 所述夹持板均设有若干个通孔。 通孔的设置为了搬运的方便。 优选地, 所述承载部两最外端的基体厚度等于与其相邻凹槽的宽度。 所述贴片的材料为瓦楞纸、 PP中空板。 有益效果: 本发明的包装结构能减少制作的包装材料, 不但减少生产成本, 还可以减轻搬运工人的负担。 结构简单, 包装方便, 有良好的推广价值。 附图说明 图 1 (a) 和 (b) 为现有包装结构的示意图。 图 2为本发明实施例 1的包装结构示意图。 图 3为本发明实施例 1承载部的结构示意图。 图 4为本发明实施例 2的包装部示意图。 具体实施方式 下面, 将结合附图对本发明的实施例作详细介绍。 实施例 1 如图 2所示, 本实施例的包装结构, 包括用于承载平板型器件, 例如液晶 模组的承载部 10以及设于所述承载部 10外的包装部 20。所述承载部 10包括若 干个基体 16及与所述基体 16底面连接的贴片 30,相邻基体 16之间形成一个深 至贴片 30处的纵向设置的凹槽 15 ; 每个基体 16上设有若干个横向贯穿的卡槽 14, 所述包装部 20至少包括一对夹持板 21, 所述夹持板 21横向夹持于所述承 载部相对应的两侧部 12。 其中, 为了加工方便, 本实施例的承载部 10可以制作为可折叠型的。 即在 承载部 10基体 16底部包覆制作具有柔韧性的贴片 30, 贴片 30的材料可以是 PP中空板、 瓦楞纸等, 而基体 16材料为缓冲材料如海绵、 泡沬等; 基体 16与 基体 16之间仅通过贴片 30连接, 由于贴片 30的柔韧性使得基体 16与凹槽 15 之间可以任意角度翻折或折叠, 也便于承载部 10的制作加工、 且所需的制作材 料更为节省。 例如,结合图 3所示,在背面贴有贴片 30的缓冲材料,正面加工出卡槽 14、 凹槽 15和基体 16, 凹槽 15的加工深度达到贴片 30处。 其中, 为了实现折叠功 能, 承载部 10两最外端的基体 16厚度 n小于或等于与其相邻凹槽 15的开槽宽 度 m, 即 n m。 在本实施例中, 优选设置 n=m, 这样承载部最外端的两个基体 16便可以向上翻折 90° , 与底部 13的基体垂直, 且第一侧部 11正好嵌入至相 邻的凹槽中, 与底部 13相邻的基体 16相贴合, 折叠后承载部 10成"凹"字型, 能达到在左右两侧、 底部夹持液晶模组的技术效果。 这种加工的好处是, 可以 根据液晶模组的大小尺寸来方便定做承载部 10, 且用材较一体成型不可折叠的 制作方式更节约。 为了更便于放置液晶模组, 可以让卡槽 14 的棱边制作为弧 形。 结合图 2所示, 所述夹持板 21可以通过粘合、 铆接或扣接的方式与承载部 10的第二侧部 12连接。 目的在于使夹持板 21能稳定夹持在承载部 10上, 保证 承载部 10形状稳定以及其中器件不会滑出。 为了更易于安装和搬运, 在所述夹持板 21上开设若干个通孔 22, 例如为每 块板上左右平衡开设两个通孔 22。 实施例 2 本实施例与实施例 1相比所不同的是, 如图 4所示, 在夹持板 21的缘边 23 往夹持板 21彼此朝向的一侧延伸。每块夹持板 21的缘边 23可以是其中三条 (上 缘、 左右两侧) 缘边 23进行延伸, 也可以是四条缘边均进行延伸。 延伸后的缘 边 23能卡在承载部 1的第二侧部 12及顶部上, 便于固定承载部 10的形状以及 加强对其中器件的保护。 这样, 利用延伸出的夹持板 21缘边 23可以通过粘合、 铆接或扣接的方式 与承载部 10的第二侧部 12连接, 缘边 23能起到进一步压持、 稳定承载部的作 用, 使承载部 10不易变形而提高包装的稳定性。 其余结构请参阅实施例 1所示。

1、 一种包装结构,包括承载部以及包装部,所述承载部包括若干个基体及 与所述基体底面连接的贴片, 相邻基体之间形成一个深至贴片处的纵向设置的 凹槽; 每个基体上设有若干个横向贯穿的卡槽, 其中, 所述承载部两端的基体 厚度不大于与其相邻凹槽的宽度; 所述包装部至少包括一对夹持板, 所述夹持 板横向夹持于所述承载部相对应的两侧部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述包装结构,其中,所述夹持板的缘边往夹持板彼此 朝向的一侧延伸。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述包装结构, 其中, 所述夹持板通过粘合、铆接或扣 接的方式与所述承载部侧部连接。
4、 根据权利要求 2所述包装结构, 其中, 所述夹持板通过粘合、铆接或扣 接的方式与所述承载部侧部连接。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述包装结构, 其中, 所述夹持板均设有若干个通孔。
6、 根据权利要求 2所述包装结构, 其中, 所述夹持板均设有若干个通孔。
7、 根据权利要求 1所述包装结构,其中,所述承载部两最外端的基体厚度 等于与其相邻凹槽的宽度。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述包装结构, 其中, 所述贴片的材料为瓦楞纸、 PP 中空板。
