Abstract
L'invention porte sur un système et un procédé de moulage par injection, sur l'encapsulation de vitre de véhicule et sur une fenêtre de véhicule. Le système de moulage par injection peut comprendre : un dispositif d'alimentation en gaz relié à un dispositif de plastification et adapté à fournir au moins un gaz au dispositif de plastification; le dispositif de plastification adapté à plastifier une matière brute pour former une solution et à mélanger le gaz et la solution pour former une solution mixte comprenant des bulles; et un dispositif d'injection relié au dispositif de plastification et adapté à injecter la solution mixte dans une empreinte d'un moule d'encapsulation de vitre de véhicule. Le procédé de moulage par injection peut comprendre : la plastification d'une matière brute pour former une solution; la fourniture d'au moins un gaz pendant la plastification de la matière brute; le mélange de la solution et du gaz l'un avec l'autre pour former une solution mixte comprenant des bulles; et l'injection de la solution mixte dans une empreinte d'un moule d'encapsulation de vitre de véhicule pour former une encapsulation de vitre de véhicule. L'invention concerne une encapsulation de vitre de véhicule, formée par le procédé de moulage par injection, et une fenêtre de véhicule possédant l'encapsulation de vitre de véhicule. Le problème de retrait peut être réduit selon la présente invention.
