本发明涉及一种搅拌设备,具体涉及一种易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置 。
背景技术
现有的搅拌设备,一般采用 电机+变速器+磁力 耦合器的形式 。这种搅拌设备结构复杂,清洗灭菌困难,无法适用于具有严格无菌要求的生物培养、食品、制药等设备。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置 ,它可以用于具有严格无菌要求的生物培养、食品、制药设备。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本 发明 易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置 的技术解决方案为:
包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴固定连接转子;转子的外侧设置有定子;定子与转子之间设置有隔离套;隔离套与定子固定连接,隔离套与转子之间形成间隙;隔离套的底部连接轴承座,轴承座固定设置于法兰上;轴承座套设于搅拌轴上,轴承座通过轴承实现对搅拌轴的支撑;轴承座与搅拌轴之间形成空腔;隔离套的顶部空间通过间隙与所述空腔相连通,作为清洗灭菌通道。
所述隔离套的顶部设置有顶部接口。
所述转子为无刷电机转子,定子为无刷电机定子。
所述转子为磁钢转子,定子为定子线圈。
所述隔离套与轴承座的连接面之间设置有上密封圈。
所述轴承座与法兰的连接面之间设置有下密封圈。
所述转子通过螺栓实现与搅拌轴的固定连接。
有益效果
本发明通过隔离套和轴承座将设备内部的搅拌轴、转子、轴承与设备外部进行隔离,无需动态密封件就可以起到密闭作用。
本发明的 密闭隔离效果明显,无需动态密封件,静态密封件也减少到最低数量,仅用了二个密封圈。
本发明易清洗无死角,清洗和灭菌容易实现,结构简单,维修简便,成本低,非常适合具有严格无菌要求的细胞培养、微生物培养、食品生产、制药等设备。

本发明的实施方式
如图1所示,本发明易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置 ,包括搅拌轴1,搅拌轴1的一端固定连接叶轮2,搅拌轴1的另一端固定连接转子3;转子3通过螺栓实现与搅拌轴1的固定连接;
转子3的外侧设置有定子4;定子4与转子3之间设置有隔离套5;隔离套5与定子4固定连接,隔离套5的内侧壁与转子3之间形成间隙11;
隔离套5的底部连接轴承座6,轴承座6固定设置于法兰7上;轴承座6套设于搅拌轴1上,轴承座6通过轴承8实现对搅拌轴1的支撑;
隔离套5与轴承座6的连接面之间设置有上密封圈9;
轴承座6与法兰7的连接面之间设置有下密封圈10;
轴承座6与搅拌轴1之间形成空腔12;法兰7用于固定连接容器,搅拌轴1及叶轮2伸入容器的内腔;
隔离套5的顶部空间通过间隙11与空腔12相连通,作为清洗灭菌通道;隔离套5的顶部设置有顶部接口13;
转子3为无刷电机转子,定子4为无刷电机定子;
或者转子3为磁钢转子,定子4为定子线圈。
采用蒸汽灭菌时,将外部蒸汽接入 隔离套5的顶部接口13, 蒸汽从转子3顶部进入,通过转子3与隔 离 套5之间的间隙11,经轴承座6与搅拌轴1之间的 空腔12,最后到达容器 ;
也可以利用 容器 内部的蒸汽,蒸汽通过轴承座6与搅拌轴1之间的 空腔12 ,经转子3与隔 离 套5之间的间隙11到 达 转子3顶部,最后从 隔离套5的顶部接口13 引出。
清洗时,将清洗液接入隔离套5的顶部接口13,清洗液从转子3顶部进入,通过转子3与隔离套5之间的间隙11,经轴承座6与搅拌轴1之间的 空腔12 ,最后到达容器 。
如无需清洗或灭菌, 隔离套5的顶部可以不设顶部接口13。
工业实用性
本发明易清洗无死角,清洗和灭菌容易实现,结构简单,维修简便,成本低,非常 适合具有严格无菌要求的细胞培养、微生物培养、食品生产、制药等设备。

Claims (1)

  1. 1 .一种 易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:包括搅拌轴,搅拌轴固定连接转子;转子的外侧设置有定子;定子与转子之间设置有隔离套;隔离套与定子固定连接,隔离套与转子之间形成间隙;隔离套的底部连接轴承座,轴承座固定设置于法兰上;轴承座套设于搅拌轴上,轴承座通过轴承实现对搅拌轴的支撑;轴承座与搅拌轴之间形成空腔;隔离套的顶部空间通过间隙与所述空腔相连通,作为清洗灭菌通道。
    2 .根据权利要求1所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述隔离套的顶部设置有顶部接口。
    3 .根据权利要求1或2所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述转子为无刷电机转子,定子为无刷电机定子。
    4 .根据权利要求1或2所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置 ,其特征在于:所述转子为磁钢转子, 定子为定子线圈。
    5 .根据权利要求1所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述隔离套与轴承座的连接面之间设置有上密封圈。
    6 .根据权利要求1或5所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述轴承座与法兰的连接面之间设置有下密封圈。
    7 .根据权利要求1所述的易清洗无死角磁力搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述转子通过螺栓实现与搅拌轴的固定连接。
