说 明 书 一种电动清扫器
技术领域
本发明涉及轻便型清洁装置领域, 具体涉及一种电动清扫器。
背景技术
家庭清扫器是一种表面清洁装置,所述表面清洁装置通过旋转毛刷杆来 进行清洁, 诸如比较硬地面或者毛毯的表面。 当家庭清扫器在正常使用时, 毛刷杆旋转并与清洁表面接触。这样,清洁表面的灰尘或者碎屑便可被收集。 目前市面上的清扫器,多为尘盒设置在机壳上方,驱动机构设置在机壳底部, 虽然也方便尘盒的拆卸, 但是这样的结构却有如下缺点, 因为驱动机构一般 都采用蓄电池带动电机的方式, 蓄电池及电机对防水的要求是很高的, 由于 设置在底部的原因, 透气性能差, 湿气相对较大, 非常容易出现因潮湿的缘 故, 导致蓄电池及电机损坏的情况。 同时, 现有的清扫器在结构上设计不太 合理, 要么就是考虑太多因素而将结构设计得很复杂, 要么就是处于成本考 虑简化结构而达不到理想的清扫效果。 为此, 本发明就是在这样一种背景下 而研发的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决上述技术问题, 提供一种电动清扫器, 它具有结 构简单, 安装使用方便, 清洁效果好, 使用寿命长的优点。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种电动清扫器, 用于清扫并收集灰尘和碎屑微粒, 该电动清扫器包括 手柄、 机壳、 清扫装置、 尘盒以及用于行进的滚轮, 尘盒设有进尘口, 其特 征在于: 所述手柄与机壳相连接, 所述尘盒可拆卸式地设于机壳下方; 所述 清扫装置包括设置在机壳前端下部、 靠所述尘盒进尘口一侧的毛刷杆, 还包 括设置在所述尘盒内侧、 毛刷杆上方的可带动毛刷杆转动的动力装置; 所述 进尘口设有尘屑运输斜面,尘屑运输斜面在垂直方向的高度与所述毛刷杆上 的刷毛长度相当,尘屑运输斜面上端侧边与所述毛刷杆的水平向距离与所述 毛刷杆上的刷毛长度相当; 在所述尘盒上、 进尘口处还设有可防止已收集的 尘屑微粒漏出的活动门装置。
进一步设计, 所述的活动门装置包括其一侧铰接在所述尘盒上的挡板, 挡板另一侧加装有配重物, 当所述尘盒水平放置时, 挡板在重力作用下打开 所述进尘口, 当所述尘盒进尘口朝下放置时, 挡板在重力作用下关闭所述进 尘口。
进一步设计, 所述尘盒上设有可支撑所述挡板自由侧的支撑柱, 支撑柱 上安装有可被磁石吸附的金属块,所述机壳上相对应的地方设有可与金属块 匹配的磁石。
进一步设计,所述支撑柱为两个,对称设置在靠尘盒进尘口一侧的两边。 进一步设计, 所述的尘盒呈铲状, 在尘盒尾部外侧设有可被磁石吸附的 金属块, 所述机壳与尘盒相对应的尾部设有向下伸出支撑臂, 支撑臂上与尘 盒相对应的地方设有可与金属块匹配的磁石,所述用于行进的至少一个滚轮 设置在支撑臂下端。
进一步设计,所述的尘盒尾部外侧设有朝下按动时可分离尘盒与机壳的 手把。
本发明的有益效果是:
机壳与尘盒呈上下结构, 机壳在上方, 尘盒在下方, 将动力装置装置设 置在位于上方的机壳内, 避免直接与地面接触, 透气效果好, 可有效避免蓄 电池及电机受潮的情况, 延长产品的使用寿命; 通过在尘盒的进尘口处设置 活动门, 当尘盒方向改变时, 可有效的防止尘屑漏出; 设置磁力吸合结构, 使用方便, 相对单纯的机械连接结构来讲, 可避免重复使用而造成机械损坏 的情况。

为了使本发明的目的、 技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及 实施例, 对本发明作进一步详细说明。 应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例 仅仅用以解释本发明, 并不用于限定本发明。
如图 1至图 5所示,一种电动清扫器,用于清扫并收集灰尘和碎屑微粒, 该电动清扫器包括手柄 1、机壳 2、清扫装置 3、尘盒 4以及用于行进的滚轮 5, 尘盒 4设有进尘口 401, 手柄 1与机壳 2相连接, 尘盒 4可拆卸式地设于 机壳 2下方; 清扫装置 3包括设置在机壳 2前端下部、 靠尘盒进尘口 401— 侧的毛刷杆 301, 还包括设置在尘盒 4内侧、 毛刷杆 301上方的可带动毛刷 杆转动的动力装置 302; 进尘口 401设有尘屑运输斜面 402, 尘屑运输斜面 402在垂直方向的高度与毛刷杆 301上的刷毛长度相当, 尘屑运输斜面 402 上端侧边与毛刷杆 301的水平向距离与所述毛刷杆 301上的刷毛长度相当; 在尘盒 4上、进尘口 401处还设有可防止已收集的尘屑微粒漏出的活动门装 进一步设计, 活动门装置 5包括其一侧铰接在尘盒 4上的挡板 501, 挡 板 501另一侧加装有配重物 502, 配重物 502可以是包裹在挡板 501内的铁 块, 当然也可以是其它密度较大的物体, 当尘盒 4水平放置时, 挡板在重力 作用下绕铰接轴旋转,从而打开进尘口 401, 当尘盒进尘口 401朝下放置时, 挡板在重力作用下绕铰接轴旋转, 从而关闭进尘口 401。
进一步设计, 尘盒 4上设有可支撑挡板 501 自由侧的支撑柱 403, 支撑 柱 403上安装有可被磁石吸附的金属块 (未图示), 机壳上相对应的地方设 有可与金属块匹配的磁石, 这样, 机壳 2与尘盒 4便可很方便的吸合以及拆 卸。
进一步设计, 支撑柱 403为两个, 对称设置在靠尘盒进尘口 401—侧的 两边。
进一步设计, 尘盒 4呈铲状, 在尘盒 4尾部外侧设有可被磁石吸附的金 属块,机壳 2与尘盒 4相对应的尾部设有向下伸出的支撑臂 201,支撑臂 201 上与尘盒 4相对应的地方设有可与金属块匹配的磁石 (未图示), 用于行进 的至少一个滚轮 5设置在支撑臂 201下端。
进一步设计,尘盒 4尾部外侧设有朝下按动时可分离尘盒与机壳的手把

1.一种电动清扫器, 用于清扫并收集灰尘和碎屑微粒, 该电动清扫器包 括手柄、 机壳、 清扫装置、 尘盒以及用于行进的滚轮, 尘盒设有进尘口, 其 特征在于: 所述手柄与机壳相连接, 所述尘盒可拆卸式地设于机壳下方; 所 述清扫装置包括设置在机壳前端下部、 靠所述尘盒进尘口一侧的毛刷杆, 还 包括设置在所述尘盒内侧、 毛刷杆上方的可带动毛刷杆转动的动力装置; 所 述进尘口设有尘屑运输斜面,尘屑运输斜面在垂直方向的高度与所述毛刷杆 上的刷毛长度相当,尘屑运输斜面上端侧边与所述毛刷杆的水平向距离与所 述毛刷杆上的刷毛长度相当; 在所述尘盒上、 进尘口处还设有可防止已收集 的尘屑微粒漏出的活动门装置。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的一种电动清扫器, 其特征在于所述的活动门装 置包括其一侧铰接在所述尘盒上的挡板, 挡板另一侧加装有配重物, 当所述 尘盒水平放置时, 挡板在重力作用下打开所述进尘口, 当所述尘盒进尘口朝 下放置时, 挡板在重力作用下关闭所述进尘口。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的一种电动清扫器, 其特征在于所述尘盒上设有 可支撑所述挡板自由侧的支撑柱, 支撑柱上安装有可被磁石吸附的金属块, 所述机壳上相对应的地方设有可与金属块匹配的磁石。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的一种电动清扫器, 其特征在于所述支撑柱为两 个, 对称设置在靠尘盒进尘口一侧的两边。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的一种电动清扫器, 其特征在于所述的尘盒呈铲 状, 在尘盒尾部外侧设有可被磁石吸附的金属块, 所述机壳与尘盒相对应的 尾部设有向下伸出的支撑臂,支撑臂上与尘盒相对应的地方设有可与金属块 匹配的磁石, 所述用于行进的至少一个滚轮设置在支撑臂下端。
6.根据权利 3至 5任一项所述的一种电动清扫器, 其特征在于所述的 :尾部外侧设有朝下按动时可分离尘盒与机壳的手把。
