Abstract
本发明是一种动力产生装置,包括一座体、一转盘、至少一个杆体、一撞击器、至少一个卡榫及一集能装置,其中该转盘枢接于该座体上,该杆体设于转盘上,其一端与转盘间连接有一弹簧,该撞击器设于该座体靠近转盘下方处,用来撞击转动至转盘下方的杆体,使该杆体形成摆动,该卡榫设于转盘上,使当杆体受到撞击器撞击而摆动后,可卡掣固定该杆体,直到该杆体随转盘转动至转盘上方后,使松释对该杆体的卡掣,该集能装置与该转盘相接,以使该杆体摆动时可带动转盘转动,进而连动该集能装置运转而集能。
Description
动力产生装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种结构筒单、 操作方便且成本低的动力产生装置。 背景技术
近年来, 由于地球能源即将面临能源耗尽的危机, 故而世界各国都不断的 积极开发利用 r风力」 、 「太阳能」 、 「水力」 、 或 「地热」 等来产生电力能 量的方法, 以此来緩减传统能源被消耗的速度。
然而, 上述无论利用 r风力 j 、 r太阳能」 、 「水力」 、 或 r地热」 等方 式来产生能量, 都有受限于 「地区性」 的限制; 例如, 某部分地区常年风力不 强, 即无法使用 「风力」 来产生能量; 相同地, 某些地区气候为常年多雨, 则 r太阳能」 自然也无法运用; 而 「水力」 及「地热」 更是要部份得天独厚的地 区方有存在。 是以并无法有效地适用于全球各个地区。
本发明设计人有鉴于现有利用自然力生成能量, 受限于地区方能实施的缺 点, 乃不断的精进研发改良, 终研发出一机械式动力装置。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在提供一种结构简单、 操作方便且成本低的动力产生装 置。
为达上述的目的, 本发明所设的一种动力产生装置, 包括一座体、 一转盘、 至少一个杆体、 一撞击器、 至少一个卡榫及一集能装置, 其中该转盘枢接于该 座体上, 该杆体设于转盘上, 其一端与转盘间连接有一弹簧, 该撞击器设于该 座体靠近转盘下方处, 用来撞击转动至转盘下方的杆体, 使该杆体形成摆动, 该卡榫设于转盘上, 使当杆体受到撞击器撞击而摆动后, 可卡掣固定该杆体, 直到该杆体随转盘转动至转盘上方后, 使松释对该杆体的卡掣, 该集能装置与 该转盘相接, 以使该杆体摆动时可带动转盘转动, 进而连动该集能装置运转而 集能。
与现有技术相比较, 本发明具有的有益效果是: 结构简单、 操作方便且成 本低。

请参阅图 1〜图 4, 图式内容为本发明动力产生装置 1的一实施例, 其由一 座体 2、 一转盘 3、 复数个杆体 4、 一撞击器 5、 复数个卡榫 6及一集能装置 9 所组成。
该转盘 3枢接于该座体 2上, 该复数个杆体 4设于转盘 3周围, 每个杆体 4 一端与转盘 3间连接有一弹簧 8。 该撞击器 5设于该座体 2靠近转盘 3下方处, 该杆体 4随转盘 3转动至转盘 3下方时, 该撞击器 5可撞击该杆体 4 , 用来撞击 转动至转盘 3下方的杆体 4 , 使该杆体 4形成摆动, 该卡榫 6设于转盘 3上, 使 当杆体 4受到撞击器 5撞击而摆动后, 可卡掣固定该杆体 4, 直到该杆体 4随转 盘 3转动至转盘 3上方后, 使松释对该杆体 4的卡掣, 该集能装置 9与该转盘 3 相接, 以使该杆体 4摆动时可带动转盘 3转动, 进而连动该集能装置 9运转而 集能。 又, 本案的集能装置 9所收集的能源可用来提供撞击器 5、 卡榫 4等所需 电力的供给来源。
因此, 实施时, 如图 1〜图 4所示, 首先可通过启动装置 7 (如发电机)令 转盘 3转动, 当转盘 3转动时 (以逆时针方向为例) , 转盘 3上方的杵体 4随 转盘 3转动至转盘 3左方时, 转盘 3与杆体 4间的弹簧 8因此形成拉伸状态, 当该杆体 4随转盘 3转动至转盘 3下方时, 令该撞击器 5撞击该杆体 4, 使该杆 体 4受到撞击后形成摆动 (如第 1、 2图所示) , 使原本被拉伸的弹簧 8瞬间弹 性回复, 并令转盘 3上的卡榫 6卡掣固定该杆体 4。 而当杆体 4随着转盘 3转动 至转盘 3上方时, 即再令卡榫 6松释对该杆体 4的卡掣。
如此, 当杆体 4上的卡榫 6对于该杆体 4的卡掣或松脱时, 使造成转盘 3 的重心改变, 同时凭借转盘 3与杵体 4之间的弹簧 8弹性伸缩与回复力, 进而 带动该转盘 3转动, 进而连动该集能装置 9运转而集能。
当然, 本发明不可避免地存在摩擦等能力损耗, 因此, 需要该启动装置持 续或者断续地往整个装置内输入动力, 以维持本发明的不断运转。
以上说明对本发明而言只是说明性的, 而非限制性的, 本领域普通技术人 员理解, 在不脱离权利要求所限定的精神和范围的情况下, 可作出许多修改、 变化或等效, 但都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims
1.一种动力产生装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
一座体;
一转盘, 枢接于该座体上;
至少一个杆体, 其设于转盘上, 该杆体一端与转盘间连接有一弹簧; 一撞击器, 设于该座体靠近转盘下方处, 用来撞击转动至转盘下方的杆体, 使该杆体形成摆动;
一卡榫, 对应设于转盘的杆体一侧, 使当杆体受到撞击器撞击而摆动后, 能够卡掣固定该杆体, 直到该杆体随转盘转动至转盘上方后, 使松释对该杆体 的卡掣; 以及
一集能装置, 与该转盘相接, 以使该杆体摆动时能够带动转盘转动, 进而 连动该集能装置运转而集能。
