一种风扇
【技术领域】
本发明涉及风扇领域, 更具体的说, 涉及一种风扇。 【背景技术】
本人设计了一种风扇, 包括壳体、 用于挂起风扇的挂绳以及放置在壳体内 的电路板、 风扇装置和电池, 壳体包括前壳、 与前壳进行卡接固定的后壳以及 套接在前壳和后壳侧壁上的中壳, 前壳设有进风口, 中壳设有出风口, 电池为 电池并放置在中壳上, 中壳上设有用于放置电池的放置槽。 后壳和前壳之间进 行卡接配合, 后壳还需封闭中壳上的放置槽, 并且要对电池进行限位固定, 另 外, 风扇装置固定在后壳上, 电路板固定在前壳上, 风扇装置和电路板之间通 过导线连通, 从而一旦需要取放电池就需要将前壳、 后壳以及中壳打开, 这样 就比较麻烦, 而且还有可能使风扇装置和电路板连接的导线损坏。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种方便取放电池且对电池的封闭效果 好、 固定牢固的风扇。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种风扇, 包括电池、 后壳 和中壳, 所述中壳设有用于放置电池的放置槽, 所述后壳设有电池输出口, 所 述风扇还包括用于封闭所述输出口的电池盖。
优选的, 所述电池盖一端设有插骨, 对应的中壳设有用于放置插骨的插槽 以及后壳上设有与插骨配合的凹槽。 插骨放置到中壳上的插槽内, 然后与后壳 上的凹槽配合, 从而电池盖分别与中壳和后壳进行配合, 从而使固定更加牢固, 连接更加紧密。
优选的, 所述电池盖两侧分别设有卡扣, 对应的中壳设有用于放置卡扣的 卡槽。 卡扣和卡槽配合固定将电池盖固定在中壳上。 优选的, 所述卡扣为四个, 两侧各两个且分别位于电池盖的两端。 这样设 置固定效果好。
优选的, 所述电池盖设有插骨端还设有凹陷, 所述凹陷位于插骨的正下方。 凹陷用于使用者放手指方便将电池盖固定在中壳上以及方便打开电池盖。
优选的, 所述凹陷为圓形, 所述凹陷内设有沿风扇宽度方向设置的防滑条。 防滑条便于控制电池盖, 防止使用者手指滑动。
优选的, 所述防滑条为多个且均布设置。 多个防滑效果更佳。
优选的, 所述防滑条为三个, 且从下至上逐渐变短。 这样设置防滑效果更 好。
优选的, 所述电池盖内表面设有沿风扇宽度方向设置的加强筋。 增加电池 盖的强度。
优选的, 所述加强筋为三个且均布设置。
本发明由于在风扇的后壳上设置一个电池输出口, 从而就方便取放电池, 不需要再打开后壳进行取放电池; 风扇在后壳设置电池输出口位置设置一个封 闭所述输出口的电池盖, 从而电池盖就能够对电池起到限位固定作用, 防止电 池从中壳上的放置槽内掉出或松动。 电池盖方便固定和打开, 从而实现方便取 放电池的目的。

下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。 本发明公开一种风扇, 包括电池、 后壳和中壳, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述 中壳 2设有用于放置电池 4的放置槽, 所述后壳 3设有电池 4输出口, 所述风 扇还包括用于封闭所述输出口的电池盖 1。本发明由于在风扇的后壳 3上设置一 个电池 4输出口,从而就方便取放电池 4,不需要再打开后壳 3进行取放电池 4; 风扇在后壳 3设置电池 4输出口位置设置一个封闭所述输出口的电池盖 1 ,从而 电池盖 1就能够对电池 3起到限位固定作用, 防止电池 3从中壳 2上的放置槽 内掉出或松动。 电池盖 1方便固定和打开, 从而实现方便取放电池 4的目的。
在本实施例中, 所述放置槽设置在中壳 2的下部, 电池 4放置在放置槽内, 所述后壳 3固定在中壳 2的上部, 电池盖 1 固定在中壳 2的下部并封闭中壳 2 上的放置槽, 电池盖 1和后壳 3之间紧靠, 使连接紧密。
在本实施例中, 所述电池盖 1上设有插骨 11和卡扣 12, 对应的中壳 2上设 有用于放置插骨 11的插槽 21和用于与卡扣 12配合的卡槽 22, 具体的, 如图 1 和图 2所示, 风扇还包括和中壳 2配合的后壳 3, 插骨 11设置在电池盖 1的一 端端部, 并突出在外, 插骨 11放置在中壳 2的插槽 21 内, 且后壳 3对应位置 设有与插骨 11配合的凹槽, 插骨 11端部比根部厚, 或者插骨 11端部设有向上 的凸起或凸块, 凸起或凸块和凹槽配合, 从而使电池盖 1 与后壳和中壳之间紧 密连接, 且电池盖 1的边沿和后壳 3边沿配合, 使其具有表面的平整度。
在本实施例中, 所述电池盖 1两侧分别设有卡扣 12, 对应的中壳 2设有用 于放置卡扣 12的卡槽 22, 卡扣 12和卡槽 22配合固定将电池盖 1固定在中壳 2 上, 所述卡扣 12为四个, 两侧各两个且分别位于电池盖 1的两端, 这样设置固 定效果好。
在本实施例中, 所述电池盖 1设有插骨 11端还设有凹陷 13, 所述凹陷 13 位于插骨 11的正下方,凹陷 13用于使用者放手指方便将电池盖 1固定在中壳 2 上以及方便打开电池盖 1 , 所述凹陷 13为圓形, 这样方便生产且配合使用者手 指设置, 为了更加方便使用者打开电池盖 1或将电池盖 1 固定在中壳 2上, 就 在所述凹陷 13内设有沿风扇宽度方向设置的防滑条 14, 防滑条 14就便于控制 电池盖 1 , 防止使用者手指滑动, 所述防滑条 14为多个且均布设置, 具体的, 所述防滑条 14为三个, 且从下至上逐渐变短, 这样设置防滑效果更好。
在本实施例中, 所述电池盖内表面设有沿风扇宽度方向设置的加强筋 15 , 所述加强筋 15为三个且均布设置, 从而增加电池盖 1的强度。

1、 一种风扇, 包括电池、 后壳和中壳, 所述中壳设有用于放置电池的放置槽, 其特征在于, 所述后壳设有电池输出口, 所述风扇还包括用于封闭所述输出口 的电池盖。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖一端设有插骨, 对应的 中壳设有用于放置插骨的插槽以及后壳上设有与插骨配合的 W槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖两侧分别设有卡扣, 对 应的中壳设有用于放置卡扣的卡槽。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣为四个, 两侧各两个且分 别位于电池盖的两端。
5、如权利要求 4所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖设有插骨端还设有凹陷, 所述凹陷位于插骨的正下方。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述凹陷为圓形, 所述凹陷内设有 沿风扇宽度方向设置的防滑条。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述防滑条为多个且均布设置。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述防滑条为三个, 且从下至上逐 渐变短。
9、 如权利要求 1或 8所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述电池盖内表面设有沿风扇 宽度方向设置的加强筋。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的风扇, 其特征在于, 所述加强筋为三个且均布设置。
