本人设计了一种风扇, 包括壳体、 用于挂起风扇的挂绳以及放置在壳体内 的电路板、 风扇装置和电池等, 壳体设有进风口和出风口, 壳体包括前壳和与 前壳进行卡接固定的后壳, 其中进风口设置在前壳上, 出风口设置在壳体顶部 或底部或侧壁上。 由于前壳和后壳直接通过卡接固定, 在前壳和后壳连接处就 不易紧密配合, 从而影响壳体整个的固定效果。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种前壳和后壳固定更加紧密、 牢固的 风扇。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种风扇, 包括前壳和与前 壳通过卡接固定的后壳, 还包括一设置在前壳和后壳连接处的中壳。

本发明公开一种风扇, 包括前壳和与前壳通过卡接固定的后壳, 如图 1至 图 4所示,还包括一设置在前壳 2和后壳 3连接处的中壳 1。 本发明由于在前壳 2和后壳 3连接处设置一个中壳 1 , 从而中壳 1就封闭前壳 2和后壳 3的连接处 使其连接配合更加紧密、 固定更加牢固, 而且前壳 2、 后壳 3以及中壳 1紧密配 合后使整个壳体更加一体、 紧密。
在本实施例中, 所述前壳 2和后壳 3分别包括一端壁和设置在端壁周围的 侧壁, 为前壳端壁、 后壳端壁以及前壳侧壁 21、 后壳侧壁 31 , 所述卡扣 211和 与卡扣 211配合的卡槽 311都设置在侧壁 (前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )上, 如图 1和图 2所示, 所述卡扣 211设置在前壳侧壁 21上, 所述卡槽 311设置在 后壳侧壁 31上, 又如图 1所示, 所述卡扣 211和卡槽 311卡接后所述中壳 1套 接在侧壁(前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )上, 中壳 1分别套接在前壳 2和后壳 3的侧壁(前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )上,然后前壳 2和后壳 3通过卡扣 211 和卡槽 311进行卡接配合固定, 从而侧壁(前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )就被 完全封闭在中壳 1周围, 不会显露出来, 从而中壳 1使前壳 2和后壳 3之间的 配合更加紧密、 固定更加牢固, 而且使整个壳体更加一体、 紧密。
在本实施例中, 所述前壳 2或后壳 3侧壁和端壁边沿的距离等于或小于中 壳 1侧壁的厚度, 这样设置避免前壳 2或后壳 3边沿突出到中壳 1外, 所述前 壳 2和后壳 3的侧壁(前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )之和等于中壳 1侧壁的宽 度, 这样设置保证前壳 2和后壳 3的侧壁(前壳侧壁 211和后壳侧壁 311 )与中 壳 1的侧壁紧密配合, 使其配合效果达到最佳。

在本实施例中, 所述风扇 4还包括挂绳, 所述中壳 1顶端或底端设有用于 放置挂绳的挂位 16, 挂绳放置在挂位 16处即可悬挂风扇, 方便携带和放置, 如 图 1所示, 所述出风口 11设置在风扇 4的一端端部, 另一端设有两个通孔, 为 挂位孔 15, 挂位孔 15之间形成挂位 15, 挂绳从挂位孔 15处即可与挂位 16配 合。 本实施例也可直接把出风口 11处的保护件 12作为挂位, 将挂绳固定在保 护件上即可进行悬挂, 筒单、 方便。
在本实施例中, 所述中壳 1上设有螺丝孔 13, 对应的前壳 2上设有与中壳 螺丝孔 13配合的螺丝孔, 所述中壳 1和前壳 2通过螺丝固定, 这样设置对前壳 2起到进一步的固定作用, 使固定更加牢固, 所述出风口 11位于中壳 1一端端 部, 所述螺丝孔 13位于中壳 1另一端, 所述螺丝孔 13的个数为两个且分别位 于中壳 1两侧。 为了便于壳体之间的连接配合, 中壳螺丝孔 13设有向下凹陷的 槽(图中未示出), 所述螺丝孔和螺丝配合, 所述螺丝包括螺丝帽, 所述 槽 用于放置所述螺丝帽。
在本实施例中, 所述风扇 4还包括风扇装置, 所述风扇装置安装固定在后 壳 3上, 所述前壳 2对应部位设有进风口, 所述中壳 1对应部位设有通孔 14, 通孔 14便于风从进风口进入到达风扇装置处。
本发明所述的风扇将出风口设置在中壳的顶端, 而且在出风口处设有保护 件, 而保护件就是设置在出风口处的柱件, 从而风扇的挂绳也可直接挂在保护 件上, 这样人们就可通过挂绳将风扇悬挂在脖子上, 热了就可以打开风扇, 则 风扇的风就会向上吹出, 使人们凉爽, 非常方便使用。 另外, 这样设置还可以 减少生产工序, 节省制造挂位结构, 进而节省了时间和费用。
本发明所述的风扇的中壳上设置的挂位可以用挂钩、 挂孔或其它结构代替, 从而挂钩、 挂孔或其它和挂绳进行配合能够起到近似的效果。 而且设置挂钩和 挂绳配合, 方便取下挂绳, 进而方便将风扇放置在包内进行携带或放置在某处, 当然也可以在挂绳上设置挂钩, 在中壳上设置和挂钩配合的挂位, 同样方便取 下挂绳。 设置挂孔和挂绳配合, 就可以直接将挂绳放置到挂孔内, 然后将挂绳 放置到挂孔内的部分设置比挂孔的面积大, 可以直接在挂绳放置到挂孔内的部 分进行打结, 也可以在放置到挂孔内的部分设置挡件, 从而实现配合, 这样设 置就方便生产, 而且节省材料、 方便筒单。
