一种内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体 技术领域
本实用新型涉及电子产品, 尤其涉及一种内置不可拆卸电池的电子产 品的壳体。 背景技术
现有技术中, 对于内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的防拆设计通常只是 针对位于电子产品壳体内的主板, 具体做法是将易碎贴粘贴在隐藏于电子 产品壳体内的前后壳锁合螺钉上, 这样虽解决了防止用户拆开前后壳拿出 主板的现象发生, 但是, 却无法有效防止用户将电池盖拆卸并将其取下来 后, 进而拆卸电池, 从而人为造成电池及其与主板连接性方面的损害。 实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例为了克服上述现有技术存在的问题, 提供一种内置 不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体。 该壳体的防拆卸组件, 可以有效避免电 池盖被拆卸后进而拆卸电池的情况发生, 有效防止电池及其主板连接性的 损坏。
本实用新型实施例提供以下技术方案:
一种内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 包括: 位于所述壳体前面 的前壳; 位于所述壳体背面的电池盖; 位于所述前壳与所述电池盖之间的 后壳; 由所述后壳与电池盖连接形成的电池仓; 装入在所述电池仓内的电 池; 用于将所述电池盖连接所述后壳以防止所述电池被拆卸的防拆卸组件。
优选地, 所述防拆卸组件包括: 从所述电池盖的内壁向所述壳体内延 伸的电池盖连接板; 用于将所述电池盖连接板连接到所述后壳的螺钉; 其 中, 所述后壳上开设有连接所述电池盖连接板的螺钉孔。
优选地, 所述电池盖连接板上设置有与所述螺钉孔相对应的 BOSS柱。 优选地, 所述电池盖连接板的延伸方向和与其相连接的所述后壳的连 接面平行。
优选地, 所述电池盖连接板的位置紧邻与其相连接的后壳的连接面。 优选地, 所述防拆卸组件还包括: 贴在所述螺钉的钉帽上的易碎贴。 优选地, 所述防拆卸组件还包括: 装在所述螺钉孔内并位于所述螺钉 上方的侧壁塞子。
优选地, 所述螺钉孔为阶梯孔, 其孔径从外到内递减, 包括: 位于最 外层的用于安装侧壁塞子的第一孔; 位于中层的用于容置所述螺钉的钉帽 的第二孔; 位于最内层的用于旋入所述螺钉的钉身的第三孔。
本实用新型实施例的有益效果体现在以下方面:
1 )本实用新型在现有技术的基础上增加了防止电池盖被拆的拆卸卸组 件, 从而有效避免电池盖被拆卸后进而拆卸电池的情况发生, 有效防止电 池及其主板连接性的损坏。
2 )本实用新型的电池盖的拆卸卸组件设置的侧壁塞子, 用来封闭螺钉 孔, 不仅可以防止贴在螺钉上的易碎贴被损坏, 还可以保证产品外观的协 调。 附图说明

本实用新型实施例的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 如图 1 所 示, 包括: 位于所述壳体前面的前壳 6; 位于所述壳体背面的电池盖 1 ; 位 于所述前壳 6与所述电池盖 1之间的后壳 2;由后壳 2与电池盖 1连接形成 的电池仓; 装入在所述电池仓内的不可拆卸的电池 7; 用于将所述电池盖 1 连接后壳 2以防止电池盖 1被拆卸后电池 7被拆卸的防拆卸组件。
其中, 前壳 6、后壳 2以及电池盖 1相连接后形成容置和保护电子产品 的壳体内部结构的空间。
如图 1所示, 前壳 6的后壳 2连接形成的空间内设置有主板 8, 主板 8 可防止被拆, 具体做法是通过将易碎贴粘贴在隐藏于电子产品壳体内的用 于连接前壳 6和后壳 2的前后壳锁合螺钉上(图中未示出)。
由后壳 2与电池盖 1连接形成的电池仓内设置有电池 7,该电池 7为不 可拆卸电池, 本实用新型的电池 7可防止被拆, 具体做法是设置防止覆盖 电池 7的电池盖 1被拆卸的防拆卸组件。
如图 1和 2所示, 该防拆卸组件包括: 从所述电池盖 1的内壁向壳体 内延伸的电池盖连接板 12, 以便将电池盖 1连接到后壳 2上; 用于将电池 盖连接板 12连接到后壳 2的螺钉 5; 其中, 所述后壳 2上开设有连接所述 电池盖连接板 12的螺钉孔 21。
防拆卸组件还包括: 贴在所述螺钉 5的钉帽上的易碎贴 4; 装在螺钉孔 21内并位于螺钉 5上方的侧壁塞子 3, 侧壁塞子 3用于将螺钉 5隐藏起来, 起到保护螺钉 5和易碎贴 4的作用, 并保证产品外形美观。
具体的, 为了使电池盖连接板 12和后壳 2连接牢固, 在电池盖连接板 12上设置有与螺钉孔 21相对应的 BOSS柱 12a。
连接后壳 2和电池盖连接板 12时, 首先, 螺钉 5依次穿过螺钉孔 21 和位于螺钉孔 21下面的 BOSS柱 12a, 从而完成紧固后壳 2和电池盖连接 板 12; 其次, 将易碎贴 4贴在螺钉 5的钉帽上; 由于易碎贴 4撕毁无效, 这样, 用户就无法私自拆卸螺钉 5, 从而防止电池盖 1从后壳 2上拆卸, 露 出电池 7, 被用户损坏; 最后, 将侧壁塞子 3塞入螺钉孔 21, 将贴有易碎 贴 4的螺钉 5隐藏起来。
为了使电池盖连接板 12和后壳 2的连接可靠方便, 本实用新型实施例 的电池盖连接板 12的延伸方向和与其相连接的后壳 2的连接面平行, 并且 使电池盖连接板 12的位置紧邻与其相连接的后壳 2的连接面。 这样, 既方 便安装用于连接电池盖连接板 12和后壳 2的螺钉 5,也节省壳体内的空间。
进一步的, 为了使防拆卸组件安装可靠, 将螺钉孔 21设计为阶梯孔, 其孔径从外到内递减, 包括: 位于最外层的用于安装侧壁塞子 3 的第一孔 21a, 其孔径最大; 位于中层的用于容置所述螺钉 5的钉帽的第二孔 21b; 位于最内层的用于旋入所述螺钉 5的钉身的第三孔 21c, 其孔径最小。
侧壁塞子 3的尺寸与第一孔 21a相匹配,当在第一孔 21a内塞入侧壁塞 子 3时, 使开设螺钉孔 21的后壳 2的外壁光滑平整, 产品外形美观。
本实用新型实施例的螺钉孔 21可根据实际需要开设在安装 SIM卡的卡 槽旁边, 也可以独立开设, 当开设在 SIM卡的卡槽旁边时, 可以制作一个 对应于卡槽和螺钉孔 21共同使用的侧壁塞子。
尽管上述对本实用新型做了详细说明, 但本实用新型不限于此, 本技 术领域的技术人员可以根据本实用新型的原理进行修改, 因此, 凡按照本 实用新型的原理进行的各种修改都应当理解为落入本实用新型的保护范 围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 包括:
位于所述壳体前面的前壳;
位于所述壳体背面的电池盖;
位于所述前壳与所述电池盖之间的后壳;
由所述后壳与电池盖连接形成的电池仓;
装入在所述电池仓内的电池;
其中还包括, 用于将所述电池盖连接所述后壳以防止所述电池被拆卸 的防拆卸组件。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述防拆卸组件包括:
从所述电池盖的内壁向所述壳体内延伸的电池盖连接板;
用于将所述电池盖连接板连接到所述后壳的螺钉;
其中, 所述后壳上开设有连接所述电池盖连接板的螺钉孔。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述电池盖连接板上设置有与所述螺钉孔相对应的 BOSS柱。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述电池盖连接板的延伸方向和与其相连接的所述后壳的连接面平行。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述电池盖连接板的位置紧邻与其相连接的后壳的连接面。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述防拆卸组件还包括: 贴在所述螺钉的钉帽上的易碎贴。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述防拆卸组件还包括: 装在所述螺钉孔内并位于所述螺钉上方的侧壁塞
8、 如权利要求 7所述的内置不可拆卸电池的电子产品的壳体, 其中, 所述螺钉孔为阶梯孔, 其孔径从外到内递减, 包括:
位于最外层的用于安装侧壁塞子的第一孔;
