Abstract

Description

一种包装箱及包装箱用的挡墙
【技术领域】
本发明涉及液晶显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种包装箱及包装箱用的挡墙。
【背景技术】
随着各类液晶产品的出现和发展,液晶显示器件已经深入到各行各业以及社会生活的各个角落。在液晶显示器件中,其关键零件就是液晶面板。而在生产液晶显示器件过程中,由于技术的分工,一般需要将大批现成的液晶面板运输至其他地方进行下一步的模组加工。
现有技术中,一般采用发泡材料等材料包装箱将液晶面板进行包装保护,以实现安全运输。但是这种发泡材料的价格比较贵,在需要运输大量液晶面板的时候,其包装成本就比较高。同时,由于不同的液晶显示器件配置的液晶面板尺寸不一,故对于不同尺寸的液晶面板,需要相应不同尺寸的包装箱进行包装,包装箱无法在不同尺寸液晶面板中重复使用,进一步地增加了包装成本。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种包装箱及包装箱用的挡墙,能够很好保护液晶面板的同时,也适用于不同尺寸的液晶面板的包装。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用一种技术方案为:提供一种包装箱,其中,至少包括底板、四个第三箱体拼接件以及四个挡墙,所述包装箱为矩形,每个所述第三箱体拼接件设置于矩形对应一个角落位置,每个所述挡墙包括一个第一箱体拼接件,及分别与所述第一箱体拼接件两端连接的两个第二箱体拼接件,四个所述挡墙的第一箱体拼接件数量共为四,其中两个所述第一箱体拼接件为长边第一箱体拼接件,另两个为短边第一箱体拼接件,所述长边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的长边,所述短边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的短边,所述两个矩形包装箱的长边及所述两个矩形包装箱的短边与所述底板形成上端开口的半封闭包装箱;其中,

所述第三箱体拼接件包括两个第五连接单元,所述两个第五连接单元互成直角设置,且分别与所述第三箱体拼接件相邻的两个所述挡墙靠近所述第三箱体拼接件一端的第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元连接,每个所述第五连接单元中设置有发泡材料,所述发泡材料构成与第四连接单元结构互补的机构,所述两个第五连接单元的发泡材料分别与对应两个第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元过盈配合,实现所述第五连接单元与对应的第四连接单元的连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用另一种技术方案为:提供一种包装箱用的挡墙,至少包括第一箱体拼接件和第二箱体拼接件,所述第一箱体拼接件的至少一端与第二箱体拼接件连接;其中,所述第一箱体拼接件包括设置于所述至少一端的第一连接单元;所述第二箱体拼接件包括设置于同一端并且分别分布于第二箱体拼接件长度方向的第二连接单元和第三连接单元,所述第二连接单元、第三连接单元选择性地用于与第一箱体拼接件一端的第一连接单元连接,进而实现挡墙长度的伸缩。
其中,所述第二箱体拼接件在其长度方向上间隔设置有形状相同的第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分,所述第三连接部分构成第二连接单元,所述第一连接部分和第三连接部分构成第三连接单元,或者所述第二连接部分和第三连接部分构成第三连接单元;
所述第一箱体拼接件的第一连接单元设置为在其长度方向上间隔设置且均与第一连接部分形状互补的第四连接部分和第五连接部分,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分构成第一连接单元,所述第一连接单元与第三连接单元连接实现挡墙的短长度,所述第一连接单元的第五连接部分与第二连接单元连接实现挡墙的长长度。
其中,所述第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分为形状相同的第一凹槽,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分为与所述第一凹槽形状互补的第一突起机构。
为了解决技术问题,本发明还采用再一技术方案:提供一种包装箱,至少包括底板、四个第三箱体拼接件以及四个挡墙,所述挡墙为上述第一种的挡墙,所述第三箱体拼接件固定于底板的各个角落位置,所述挡墙两端分别与底板对应一条边上的两个第三箱体拼接件连接,以固定于所述两个第三箱体拼接件之间,与所述底板形成上端开口的半封闭包装箱。
其中,所述包装箱为矩形,每个所述第三箱体拼接件设置于矩形对应一个角落位置,四个所述挡墙的第一箱体拼接件数量共为四,每一所述第一箱体拼接件的两端均设有第一连接单元,其中两个所述第一箱体拼接件为长边第一箱体拼接件,另两个为短边第一箱体拼接件,每一所述第一箱体拼接件对应连接两个所述第二箱体拼接件,所述长边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的长边,所述短边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的短边。

区别于现有技术,本发明的第三箱体拼接件、挡墙和底板以组合的形式拼接成包装箱,在包装不同尺寸的液晶面板时,将挡墙进行适当的伸缩,并且配合相应尺寸的底板,实现对不同尺寸的液晶面板的包装,提高了包装箱的使用率,在能够很好地保护液晶面板的同时,也降低了液晶面板的包装成本。

请参阅图1至图3,图1是本发明包装箱一实施方式的立体结构示意图,图2是包装箱一实施方式中包装箱长边的第一箱体拼接件和第二箱体拼接件的局部立体结构示意图,图3是本发明包装箱一实施方式中第二箱体拼接件和第三箱体拼接件的局部立体结构示意图。在本实施方式中,包装箱100包括:四个挡墙110、四个第三箱体拼接件120以及一个底板130,其中,挡墙110包括第一箱体拼接件111和第二箱体拼接件112。
第三箱体拼接件120设置于底板130的各个角落位置,本实施方式中,底板130为矩形,第三箱体拼接件120设置在矩形底板130的四个角之上。挡墙110包括有一个第一箱体拼接件111和两个第二箱体拼接件112,两个第二箱体拼接件112的各一端分别与第一箱体拼接件111两端连接,以构成挡墙110。两个第二箱体拼接件112的各另一端分别与对应的两个第三箱体拼接件120连接,使得每个挡墙110通过第二箱体拼接件112固定于矩形底板130对应一条边上的两个第三箱体拼接件120之间,以构成上端开口的半封闭包装箱100。
具体地,以包装箱100长边的挡墙110为代表对包装箱100的挡墙110进行详细的描述,本实施方式中,第二箱体拼接件112的一端总体为端面开长槽的叉形结构,长槽的两相对内壁设置有从左到右依次分布于第二箱体拼接件112长度方向不同位置且形状相同的第一连接部分1124、第二连接部分1125及第三连接部分1126。第一连接部分1124、第二连接部分1125及第三连接部分1126设置为长槽两内壁相对凹进的第一凹槽1120。其中,第一连接部分1124和第三连接部分1126,或者第二连接部分1125和第三连接部分1126共同构成用于与第二箱体连接件112连接的一个机构,在本实施方式中,设置第一连接部分1124和第三连接部分1126共同构成包装箱100长边的第一箱体拼接件111的第三连接单元1121,第三连接部分1126单独构成第二连接单元1123。
对应地,第一箱体拼接件111的两端都设置有第一连接单元1111,第一连接单元1111的形状与第二箱体拼接件112一端的长槽适配。具体而言,第一箱体拼接件111的两端都分别设置有沿第一箱体拼接件111长度方向上依次分布的形状相同的第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112,其中,第五连接部分1112设置在第一箱体拼接件111的最外侧。第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112设置为与第二箱体拼接件112的任一第一凹槽1120互补的第一突出机构1110。其中,包装箱100长边的第一箱体拼接件111一端上的第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112之间的距离为包装箱100长边的第三连接单元1121中的第一连接部分1124和第三连接部分1126之间的距离,共同构成包装箱100长边的第一箱体拼接件111的第一连接单元1111。第一箱体拼接件111的第一突出机构1110和第二箱体拼接件112的第一凹槽1120形成紧密配合以实现第一箱体拼接件111和第二箱体拼接件112的稳固连接。
第一箱体拼接件111的第一连接单元1111选择性地与第二箱体拼接件112的第三连接单元1121或第二连接单元1123连接,以实现第一箱体拼接件111长度的伸缩。例如:第一连接单元1111的第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112之间的距离为第二箱体拼接件112中第一连接部分1124和第三连接部分1126之间的距离。第一箱体拼接件111的第一连接单元1111的第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112分别与上第三连接单元1121的第一连接部分1124和第三连接部分1126凹凸配合,实现第一箱体拼接件111的短长度。在另外一种情况下,仅第一箱体拼接件111的第一连接单元1111的第五连接部分1112和第二箱体拼接件112的第二连接单元1123即第三连接部分1126凹凸配合,实现第一箱体拼接件111的长长度。
需要说明的是,本实施方式中,第二箱体拼接件112以第一凹槽1120构成第三连接单元1121和第二连接单元1123,第一箱体拼接件111以第一突出机构1110构成第一连接单元1111,但不应认为第二箱体拼接件112仅限于以第一凹槽1120构成第三连接单元1121和第二连接单元1123,第一箱体拼接件111仅限于以第一突出机构1110构成第一连接单元1111。在其他实施方式中,第二箱体拼接件112可以以突出机构构成第三连接单元1121和第二连接单元1123,第一箱体拼接件111可以以凹槽构成第一连接单元1111,或者第一箱体拼接件111和第二箱体拼接件112以其他互补机构实现配合连接。此外,第三连接单元1121和第二连接单元1123也不必须是采用第一凹槽1120的两内壁相对凹进的形式来构成,也可以采用区别于两内壁相对凹进的形式的单内壁相对凹进的形式来构成,相应地第一连接单元1111也可以采用区别于形状相应的突出机构来构成。更广泛地,第二箱体拼接件112一端可以不设置长槽,仅在第二箱体拼接件112的侧面设置多个凹槽来构成第三连接单元1121和第二连接单元1123,而第二箱体拼接件112的第一连接单元1111也相应变化,不再赘述。当然,第一箱体拼接件111与第二箱体拼接件112不一定要采用结构性互补的方式进行配合连接,在其他实施方式中,第一箱体拼接件111和第二箱体拼接件112也可以以卡合结构进行连接固定。
本实施方式中,对于包装箱100短边上的挡墙110与上述长边的挡墙110描述基本一致,其中,长边的第一箱体拼接件111的长度与短边的根据实际情况按比例设置,且长边的第一箱体拼接件111的第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112之间的距离与短边的也按一定比例设置。当然,包装箱100长短边的第一箱体拼接件111的长度及第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112之间的距离应该根据实际情况确定,例如:包装箱100设置为正方形时,对应地,包装箱100四边的第一箱体拼接件111的长度及第四连接部分1113和第五连接部分1112之间的距离可以设置为相同的。
更具体地,第二箱体拼接件112的另一端设置为一个第二突出机构1128以构成第四连接单元1127。本实施方式中,第三箱体拼接件120包括互成直角设置的两个侧板(图未标号),邻近侧板处分别平行侧板设置一个第五连接单元121。其中,第五连接单元121设置为与第四连接单元1127的第二突出机构1128互补的第二凹槽122。第四连接单元1127的第二突出机构1128与第五连接单元121的第二凹槽122互补配合,实现第二箱体拼接件112和第三箱体拼接件120的稳固连接。
需要说明的是,在本实施方式中,第三箱体拼接件120的第五连接单元121设置为第二凹槽122,第二箱体拼接件112的第四连接单元1127设置为与第二凹槽122互补的第二突出机构1128,但不应认为第三箱体拼接件120的第五连接单元121仅限于设置为第二凹槽122,第二箱体拼接件112的第四连接单元1127仅限于设置为与第二凹槽122互补的第二突出机构1128,或者第五连接单元121与第四连接单元1127设置为任意可实现配合连接的互补机构。当然,第五连接单元121与第四连接单元1127不一定要设置为互补性的机构,在其他实施方式中,第五连接单元121与第四连接单元1127也可以设置为卡合结构,以实现第二箱体拼接件112与第三箱体拼接件120的稳固连接。此外,第三箱体拼接件120的第五连接单元121也可以设置为与挡墙110的第一箱体拼接件111连接的机构,以实现直接与第一箱体拼接件111的一端连接,此时,第五连接单元121设置为第二箱体拼接件112的与第一箱体拼接件111连接的一端的机构,具体请参照第二箱体拼接件112的相关文字描述,在此不再赘述。另外,第三箱体拼接件120的两个侧板不仅限于互成直角设置,应该根据包装箱100的形状对应设置。
本实施方式中,包装箱100由塑料材料构成,但包装箱100不仅限于由塑料材料构成,包装箱100还可以由其他适于包装的材料构成。
区别于现有技术,本发明的第三箱体拼接件、挡墙和底板以组合的形式拼接成包装箱,在包装不同尺寸的液晶面板时,将挡墙进行适当的伸缩,并且配合相应尺寸的底板,实现对不同尺寸的液晶面板的包装,提高了包装箱的使用率,在能够很好地保护液晶面板的同时,也降低了液晶面板的包装成本。
再参阅图4至7,图4是本发明包装箱另一实施方式的第三箱体拼接件的立体结构示意图,图5是本发明包装箱用的挡墙一实施方式中第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接的第一种情况示意图,即本实施方式中包装箱长边的挡墙实现短长度时,第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接情况,图6是本发明包装箱用的挡墙一实施方式中第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接的第二种情况示意图,即本实施方式中包装箱长边的挡墙实现长长度时,第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接情况,图7是本发明包装箱用的挡墙另一实施方式中第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接的第三种情况示意图,即本实施方式中包装箱短边的挡墙实现短长度时,第一箱体拼接件与第二箱体拼接件连接情况。本实施方式为基于上一实施方式基础上的一种优化方式,故对本实施方式与上一实施方式相同部分不再赘述,请参照上一实施方式的文字描述。
更为优化地,包装箱长边的挡墙310的第一箱体拼接件为长边第一箱体拼接件311,包装箱短边的挡墙410的第一箱体拼接件为短边第一箱体拼接件411,长边第一箱体拼接件311的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件312分别与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的长边,短边第一箱体拼接件411的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件412分别与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的短边。
具体地,长边第一箱体拼接件311的两端均设置有长边第一连接单元3111,其中,长边第一箱体拼接件311每一端的第四连接部分3113和第五连接部分3112共同构成一个长边第一连接单元3111。短边第一箱体拼接件411的两端均设置有短边第一连接单元4111,其中,短边第一箱体拼接件411每一端的第四连接部分4113和第五连接部分4112共同构成一个短边第一连接单元4111。本实施方式中,长边第一连接单元3111的第四连接部分3113和第五连接部分3112之间的距离与短边第一连接单元4111的第四连接部分4113和第五连接部分4112之间的距离不相同。
本实施方式中,对应包装箱长边的挡墙310,第二箱体拼接件312的第一连接部分3124和第三连接部分3126之间的距离与长边第一连接单元3111的第四连接部分3113和第五连接部分3112之间距离相同,第二箱体拼接件312的第一连接部分3124和第三连接部分3126共同构成长边第三连接单元3121,与长边第一连接单元3111形成紧密配合以实现长边第一箱体拼接件311和第二箱体拼接件312的稳固连接。另一种情况下,第二箱体拼接件312的第二连接单元3123与长边第一箱体拼接件311的第五连接部分3112形成紧密配合以实现长边第一箱体拼接件311和第二箱体拼接件312的另一种稳固连接,此时,挡墙310的长度变长。
对应包装箱短边的挡墙410,第二箱体拼接件412的第二连接部分4125与第三连接部分4126之间的距离与短边第一连接单元4111的第四连接部分4113和第五连接部分4112之间的距离相同,第二箱体拼接件412的第二连接部分4125与第三连接部分4126共同构成短边第三连接单元4121,与短边第一连接单元4111形成紧密配合以实现短边第一箱体拼接件411和第二箱体拼接件412的稳固连接。另一种情况下,第二箱体拼接件412的第二连接单元即第三连接部分4126与短边第一箱体拼接件411的第五连接部分4112形成紧密配合以实现短边第一箱体拼接件411和第二箱体拼接件412的另一种稳固连接,此时,挡墙410的长度变长。
举例具体说明,长边第一箱体拼接件311的第四连接部分3113和第五连接部分3112之间距离为50厘米,短边第一箱体拼接件411的第四连接部分4113和第五连接部分4112之间距离为30厘米,相应地,即对应图5,第二箱体拼接件312的第一连接部分3124和第三连接部分3126之间的距离为50厘米;对应图7,第二箱体拼接件412的第二连接部分4125和第三连接部分4126之间的距离为30厘米。长边第一箱体拼接件311的长边第一连接单元3111与第二箱体拼接件312的长边第三连接单元3121配合连接,短边第一箱体拼接件411的短边第一连接单元4111与第二箱体拼接件412的短边第三连接单元4121配合连接,形成小尺寸的包装箱。当包装箱需要扩大为长边比原来的长50厘米、短边比原来的长30厘米的箱体时,可以将长边第一箱体拼接件311的长边第一连接单元3111的第五连接部分3112与第二箱体拼接件312的第二连接单元3123配合连接,实现包装箱长边伸长50厘米。短边第一箱体拼接件411的短边第一连接单元4111的第五连接部分4112与第二箱体拼接件412的第三连接部分4126配合连接,实现包装箱短边伸长30厘米。
更优化地,结合图4,第三箱体拼接件220的第五连接单元221设置有发泡材料223,所述发泡材料223充塞在第五连接单元221里面,并构成与第二箱体拼接件312的第四连接单元3127形状互补的机构,本实施方式中,第二箱体拼接件312的第四连接单元3127设置为第二突出机构3128,发泡材料223即设置构成与第二突出机构3128互补的第二凹槽222,发泡材料223使得第三箱体拼接件220与第二箱体拼接件312形成过盈配合,实现更稳固的连接。
本发明还提供包装箱用的挡墙实施方式,挡墙与上述包装箱的实施方式中的挡墙一致,对于挡墙实施方式的说明,请参照包装箱实施方式中的相关文字描述,在此不再赘述。
区别于现有技术,本发明的第三箱体拼接件、挡墙和底板以组合的形式拼接成包装箱,在包装不同尺寸的液晶面板时,将挡墙进行适当的伸缩,并且配合相应尺寸的底板,实现对不同尺寸的液晶面板的包装,提高了包装箱的使用率,在能够很好地保护液晶面板的同时,也降低了液晶面板的包装成本。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种包装箱,其中,至少包括底板、四个第三箱体拼接件以及四个挡墙,所述包装箱为矩形,每个所述第三箱体拼接件设置于矩形对应一个角落位置,每个所述挡墙包括一个第一箱体拼接件,及分别与所述第一箱体拼接件两端连接的两个第二箱体拼接件,四个所述挡墙的第一箱体拼接件数量共为四,其中两个所述第一箱体拼接件为长边第一箱体拼接件,另两个为短边第一箱体拼接件,所述长边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的长边,所述短边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的短边,所述两个矩形包装箱的长边及所述两个矩形包装箱的短边与所述底板形成上端开口的半封闭包装箱;其中,
    所述第二箱体拼接件一端在其长度方向上间隔设置有形状相同的第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分,所述第三连接部分构成第二连接单元,所述第一连接部分和第三连接部分构成所述长边第三连接单元,所述第二连接部分和第三连接部分构成所述短边第三连接单元;
    每一所述第一箱体拼接件的两端均设有第一连接单元,所述第一连接单元设置为在第一箱体拼接件长度方向上间隔设置且均与第一连接部分形状互补的第四连接部分和第五连接部分,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分构成第一连接单元,所述第一连接单元与长边第三连接单元或短边第三连接单元连接实现挡墙的短长度,所述第一连接单元的第五连接部分与第二连接单元连接实现挡墙的长长度,所述长边第一箱体拼接件两端的第一连接单元为长边第一连接单元,所述短边第一箱体拼接件两端的第一连接单元为短边第一连接单元,其中,所述长边第一连接单元用于与长边第三连接单元连接,所述长边第一连接单元的第四连接部分和第五连接部分之间的距离为所述长边第三连接单元的第一连接部分和第三连接部分之间的距离,所述短边第一连接单元用于与短边第三连接单元连接,所述短边第一连接单元的第四连接部分和第五连接部分之间的距离为所述短边第三连接单元的第二连接部分和第三连接部分之间的距离;
    所述第二箱体拼接件另一端设置有第四连接单元;
    所述第三箱体拼接件包括两个第五连接单元,所述两个第五连接单元互成直角设置,且分别与所述第三箱体拼接件相邻的两个所述挡墙靠近所述第三箱体拼接件一端的第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元连接,每个所述第五连接单元中设置有发泡材料,所述发泡材料构成与第四连接单元结构互补的机构,所述两个第五连接单元的发泡材料分别与对应两个第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元过盈配合,实现所述第五连接单元与对应的第四连接单元的连接。
  2. 一种包装箱用的挡墙,其中,至少包括第一箱体拼接件和第二箱体拼接件,所述第一箱体拼接件的至少一端与第二箱体拼接件连接;其中,
    所述第一箱体拼接件包括设置于所述至少一端的第一连接单元;
    所述第二箱体拼接件包括设置于同一端并且分别分布于第二箱体拼接件长度方向的第二连接单元和第三连接单元,所述第二连接单元、第三连接单元选择性地用于与第一箱体拼接件一端的第一连接单元连接,进而实现挡墙长度的伸缩。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的挡墙,其中,所述第二箱体拼接件在其长度方向上间隔设置有形状相同的第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分,所述第三连接部分构成第二连接单元,所述第一连接部分和第三连接部分构成第三连接单元,或者所述第二连接部分和第三连接部分构成第三连接单元;
    所述第一箱体拼接件的第一连接单元设置为在其长度方向上间隔设置且均与第一连接部分形状互补的第四连接部分和第五连接部分,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分构成第一连接单元,所述第一连接单元与第三连接单元连接实现挡墙的短长度,所述第一连接单元的第五连接部分与第二连接单元连接实现挡墙的长长度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的挡墙,其中,所述第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分为形状相同的第一凹槽,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分为与所述第一凹槽形状互补的第一突起机构。
  5. 一种包装箱,其中,至少包括底板、四个第三箱体拼接件以及四个挡墙,所述挡墙为权利要求2所述的挡墙,所述第三箱体拼接件固定于底板的各个角落位置,所述挡墙两端分别与底板对应一条边上的两个第三箱体拼接件连接,以固定于所述两个第三箱体拼接件之间,与所述底板形成上端开口的半封闭包装箱。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱为矩形,每个所述第三箱体拼接件设置于矩形对应一个角落位置,四个所述挡墙的第一箱体拼接件数量共为四,每一所述第一箱体拼接件的两端均设有第一连接单元,其中两个所述第一箱体拼接件为长边第一箱体拼接件,另两个为短边第一箱体拼接件,每一所述第一箱体拼接件对应连接两个所述第二箱体拼接件,所述长边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的长边,所述短边第一箱体拼接件的两端分别通过两个第二箱体拼接件与对应两个第三箱体拼接件连接以构成矩形包装箱的短边。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的包装箱,其中,所述挡墙的第二箱体拼接件在其长度方向上间隔设置有形状相同的第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分,其中,所述第三连接部分构成所述第二箱体拼接件的第二连接单元,与所述长边第一箱体拼接件连接的第二箱体拼接件的第三连接单元为长边第三连接单元,所述第一连接部分和第三连接部分构成所述长边第三连接单元,与所述短边第一箱体拼接件连接的第二箱体拼接件的第三连接单元为短边第三连接单元,所述第二连接部分和第三连接部分构成所述短边第三连接单元;
    所述挡墙的第一箱体拼接件的第一连接单元设置为在其长度方向上间隔设置且均与第一连接部分形状互补的第四连接部分和第五连接部分,所述第四连接部分和第五连接部分构成第一连接单元,所述第一连接单元与第三连接单元连接实现挡墙的短长度,所述第一连接单元的第五连接部分与第二连接单元连接实现挡墙的长长度,所述长边第一箱体拼接件两端的第一连接单元为长边第一连接单元,所述短边第一箱体拼接件两端的第一连接单元为短边第一连接单元,其中,所述长边第一连接单元用于与长边第三连接单元连接,所述长边第一连接单元的第四连接部分和第五连接部分之间的距离为所述长边第三连接单元的第一连接部分和第三连接部分之间的距离,所述短边第一连接单元用于与短边第三连接单元连接,所述短边第一连接单元的第四连接部分和第五连接部分之间的距离为所述短边第三连接单元的第二连接部分和第三连接部分之间的距离。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二箱体拼接件包括第四连接单元,所述第四连接单元设置于第二箱体拼接件连接第三箱体拼接件的一端;
    所述第三箱体拼接件包括两个第五连接单元,所述两个第五连接单元互成直角设置,所述两个第五连接单元分别与对应两个第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元连接,其中,所述对应两个第二箱体拼接件为所述第三箱体拼接件相邻的两个挡墙一端的第二箱体拼接件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的包装箱,其中,所述第二箱体拼接件的第一连接部分、第二连接部分以及第三连接部分为形状相同的第一凹槽,所述第一箱体拼接件的第四连接部分和第五连接部分为与所述第一凹槽形状互补的第一突起机构;
    所述第三箱体拼接件的第五连接单元设置为第二凹槽,所述第二箱体拼接件的第四连接单元设置为与所述第二凹槽形状互补的第二突出机构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的包装箱,其中,所述第五连接单元设置有发泡材料,所述发泡材料构成所述第二凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的包装箱,其中,所述包装箱由塑料材料构成的。
