Abstract
L'invention concerne une prothèse d'articulation à facettes (10) pour vertèbres d'une colonne vertébrale, comprenant un premier corps d'articulation (22) qui comprend un moyen de fixation (26) pour la liaison à force et/ou par complémentarité de forme avec une première vertèbre (12), un deuxième corps d'articulation (24) qui comprend un moyen de fixation (26) pour la liaison à force et/ou par complémentarité de forme avec une deuxième vertèbre (14) voisine de la première vertèbre (12) ainsi qu'un dispositif de liaison (28) accouplant le premier corps d'articulation (22) au deuxième corps d'articulation (24) le long d'un plan de séparation.
