本申请要求 2012 年 11 月 16 日提交至中国知识产权局的、 申请号为 201210464362.7、 名称为 "具有双开门的回收箱"的中国发明专利申请的优先权, 其全 部公开内容结合于此供参考。 技术领域 本发明涉及一种具有双开门的回收箱。 背景技术 自助存取款机、 自助收发卡机等自助设备上设置有收纳箱、分发装置以及回收箱, 其中收纳箱用于容纳纸币、 卡片等薄片类介质, 分发装置用于将收纳箱内的薄片类介 质输出, 回收箱用于回收被遗忘的以及被验证为无效的薄片类介质。 由于被遗忘的薄 片类介质仍然能够流通使用, 而被验证为无效的薄片类介质不能继续流通使用, 因此, 为了便于分拣, 需要将这两类薄片类介质分类存放。 图 la是现有是技术中的一种回收箱的结构示意图,如图所示,回收箱包括箱体 1'、 盖体 2' 以及箱门组件, 其中, 盖体 2'表面设置有第一入口 21'和第二入口 22', 其中, 第一入口 21'是箱体 1'的第一容纳空间 (图中未示出) 的入口, 第二入口 22'是箱体 1' 的第二容纳空间 (图中未示出) 的入口, 第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间沿箱体长度方 向排列, 二者相互独立, 互不连通, 用于分别存放不同类别的薄片类介质, 第一入口 21'和第二入口 22'的尺寸与薄片类介质尺寸相适配。 箱门组件包括第一箱门 31'、 第二箱门 32'、 第一弹性元件 (图中未示出) 以及第 二弹性元件 (图中未示出), 其中, 第一箱门 3 Γ与盖体 2'活动连接, 用于打开或封闭 第一入口 21', 第一箱门 31'的两侧边分别由盖体 2'的两侧的内壁支撑, 第一箱门 31' 的两侧边的第一轴 31a'与盖体 2'的两侧壁的第一导向长槽 23'分别对应插接,并伸出盖 体 2'的两侧壁的外表面, 当驱动第一轴 31a'沿第一导向长槽 23'长度方向运动时, 第一 箱门 31'可以相对盖体 2'移动从而打开或封闭第一入口 21'; 第一弹性元件一端与第一 箱门 31'连接, 另一端与盖体 2'连接, 在第一弹性元件的弹性力作用下, 第一箱门 31' 始终具有封闭第一入口 21'的运动趋势。 第二箱门 32'与盖体 2'活动连接, 其两侧边分别由盖体 2'的两侧的内壁支撑, 第二 箱门 32'的两侧边的第二轴 32a'与盖体 2'的两侧壁的第二导向长槽 24'分别对应插接, 并伸出盖体 2'的两侧壁的外表面, 当驱动第二轴 32a'沿第二导向长槽 24'长度方向运动 时, 第二箱门 32'可以相对盖体 2'移动从而打开或封闭第二入口 22'; 第二弹性元件一 端与第二箱门 32'连接, 另一端与盖体 2'连接, 在第二弹性元件的弹性力作用下, 第二 箱门 32'始终具有封闭第二入口 22'的运动趋势。 当回收箱未安装到自助设备中时, 第一箱门 31 '和第二箱门 32'在第一弹性元件和 第二弹性元件的作用下分别将第一入口 21'和第二入口 22'封闭。 当回收箱安装到自助 设备中时,如图 lb所示,操作者推动回收箱与自助设备的机架插接配合,在该过程中, 自助设备的机架上设置的第一挡片 81'、 第二挡片 82'分别阻挡第一箱门 31'的第一轴 31a'及第二箱门 32'的第二轴 32a'移动, 操作者的推力使第一轴 31a'和第二轴 32a'分别 带动第一箱门 31'和第二箱门 32'克服第一弹性元件和第二弹性元件的弹性力沿盖体 2' 移动, 分别打开第一入口 21'和第二入口 22', 以便不同种类的薄片类介质从不同入口 落入箱体 1'内存放, 从而分类存放被回收的薄片类介质。 发明人发现, 上述回收箱由于设置了两个箱门, 当操作者推动回收箱与自助设备 的机架的插接配合, 第一箱门 31 '和第二箱门 32'沿盖体同向运动, 以便分别打开第一 入口 21 '和第二入口 22', 回收箱的箱体长度至少包括两个箱门的宽度及两个入口的宽 度, 难以满足设备小型化的要求。 发明内容 本发明的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、 体积小, 有利于设备小型化的具有双开门的 回收箱。 为此, 本发明提供了一种具有双开门的回收箱, 包括: 并列设置的第一入口和第 二入口、 用于封闭第一入口的第一箱门和用于封闭第二入口的第二箱门, 还包括在驱 动第一箱门打开或者封闭第一入口的同时驱动第二箱门打开或者封闭第二入口的双门 驱动机构, 其中, 第一入口与第二入口之间的间隔区域为收叠区, 第一箱门和第二箱 门在打开时均回缩至收叠区并且层叠放置。 进一步地, 上述双门驱动机构包括驱动轴、 以及至少一个驱动组件, 驱动组件包 括与驱动轴连接的齿轮及分别与齿轮啮合并且反向运动的第一齿条和第二齿条,其中, 第一齿条和第二齿条沿开门方向延伸, 且第一齿条与第一箱门连接, 第二齿条与第二 箱门连接。 进一步地, 上述双门驱动机构还包括使第一箱门具有离开收叠区而封闭第一入口 且同时使第二箱门具有离开收叠区而封闭第二入口的运动趋势的弹性回复元件。 进一步地, 上述弹性回复元件为套设于驱动轴上且在第一箱门打开第一入口、 第 二箱门打开第二入口时随驱动轴的转动而储能的扭簧或涡卷弹簧。 进一步地, 上述回收箱的箱壁上设有沿开门方向延伸的导向长槽, 第一齿条或第 二齿条上设有与导向长槽插接配合且伸出导向长槽的推杆。 进一步地, 上述双门驱动机构包括两个驱动组件, 分别位于驱动轴的两端。 进一步地, 上述回收箱包括箱体及通过枢接轴与箱体枢接的盖体, 箱体为一面敞 口的长方体结构,其内部空间被隔板分隔成并列设置的第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间, 第一入口和第二入口设置在盖体上并且分别与第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间相对, 第 一箱门、 第二箱门和双门驱动机构均设置在盖体上。 进一步地, 上述盖体包括顶板及第一侧壁和第二侧壁, 其中, 第一入口和第二入 口设置在顶板上, 第一侧壁和第二侧壁上均设有沿开门方向延伸的第一导槽和第二导 槽, 第一箱门的两侧具有与第一导槽插接配合的第一插接部, 第二箱门的两侧具有与 第二导槽插接配合的第二插接部。 进一步地, 上述第一侧壁和第二侧壁上分别设有第一导板、第二导板和第三导板, 第一导板与顶板之间形成第一导槽, 第二导板和第三导板之间形成第二导槽。 进一步地, 上述箱体与盖体之间设有安全锁。 本发明提供的回收箱在同时打开第一入口和第二入口时, 两箱门同步反向相对运 动, 并叠放在第一入口与第二入口之间的收叠区内, 因此, 回收箱的长度尺寸仅包括 收叠区的宽度及两个入口的宽度, 其中, 收叠区的宽度仅为一个箱门的宽度, 所以本 发明提供的回收箱的长度尺寸与现有技术相比至少缩短了一个箱门的宽度, 因此, 本 发明提供的回收箱结构更紧凑、 体积更小, 有利于设备的小型化。 除了上面所描述的目的、 特征、 和优点之外, 本发明具有的其它目的、 特征、 和 优点, 将结合附图作进一步详细的说明。 附图说明 构成本说明书的一部分、 用于进一步理解本发明的附图示出了本发明的优选实施 例, 并与说明书一起用来说明本发明的原理。 图中: 图 la是现有技术中的一种回收箱的结构示意图; 图 lb是与图 la所示回收箱配合的自助设备的机架的局部示意图; 图 2是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第一轴测图, 其中两入口封闭; 图 3是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第二轴测图, 其中两入口敞开; 图 4是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第三轴测图, 其中盖体相对箱体打开; 图 5是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的盖体的结构示意图 图 6是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第一局部结构示意图; 图 7是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第二局部结构示意图; 图 8是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的横向结构剖视图; 图 9是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的纵向结构剖视图, 其中, 两入口打开; 以 及 图 10是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的纵向结构剖视图, 其中, 两入口封闭 ( 附图标记说明

92、 锁舌; 93、 限位部。 具体实施方式 以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明, 但是本发明可以由权利要求限定 和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。 图 2是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的第一轴测图, 图 3是根据本发明一实施例 的回收箱的第二轴测图, 图 4根据是本发明一实施例的回收箱的第三轴测图。 如图 2 至图 4所示, 回收箱包括箱体 1、 盖体 2、 箱门组件、 以及双门驱动机构 5。 其中, 箱 体 1为一面敞口的长方体结构, 用于容纳钞票、 卡片等薄片类介质。 沿回收箱与自助 设备的机架插拔方向, 箱体 1 的内部空间被隔板 10分隔成并列设置的第一容纳空间 11和第二容纳空间 12,用于分类收纳薄片类介质, 本实施例中回收箱与自助设备的机 架插拔方向与回收箱的长度方向一致; 盖体 2通过枢接轴 20与箱体 1枢接,可相对于 箱体 1打开或闭合。 图 5是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的盖体的结构示意图。 如图 5所示, 盖体 2 包括顶板 21、 第一侧壁 22, 以及第二侧壁 23, 其中, 顶板 21为长方形形状, 沿顶板 21长度方向间隔预定距离依次开设有第一入口 A和第二入口 B, 其中, 两者之间的预 定距离大于第一入口 A、 第二入口 B沿箱体 1的长度方向上的长度, 形成用于容纳箱 门组件的收叠区 C; 第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23垂直于顶板 21且沿顶板 21的长度方 向延伸。 在第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23两者相对的侧面上, 对称地分别设置有第一导 板 21a、 第二导板 21b、 第三导板 21c, 三者均平行于顶板 21的表面且沿顶板 21的长 度方向延伸, 其中, 第一导板 21a与顶板 21之间间隔预定距离, 两者之间组成第一导 槽, 第二导板 21b与第三导板 21c之间间隔预定距离, 两者之间组成第二导槽。 当盖 体 2相对于箱体 1打开时, 可以取出箱体 1内收纳的钞票、 卡片等薄片类介质, 当盖 体 2相对于箱体 1闭合时, 盖体 2上的第一入口 A与箱体 1的第一容纳空间 11连通, 盖体 2上的第二入口 B与箱体 1的第二容纳空间 12连通。 图 6是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的局部结构示意图, 图 7是根据本发明一实 施例的回收箱的第二局部结构示意图。 如图 6、 图 7所示, 箱门组件包括第一箱门 3 和第二箱门 4, 第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4均与盖体 2的顶板 21平行, 且二者沿垂直于 顶板 21方向间隔预定距离。其中, 第一箱门 3与盖体 2活动连接, 可以沿盖体 2的长 度方向相对盖体 2移动, 打开或封闭第一入口 A。 在第一箱门 3的临近盖体 2的第一 侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23的两侧, 设置有多个第一插接部 31, 用于分别与盖体 2的第一 侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23上的第一导槽插接配合。 具体地, 第一箱门 3的临近第一侧壁 22上的各第一插接部 31与设置在第一侧壁 22上的第一导槽插接配合, 第一箱门 3的 临近第二侧壁 23上的各第一插接部 31与设置在第二侧壁 23上的第一导槽插接配合, 因此, 第一箱门 3可沿第一导槽的长度方向相对于盖体 2移动, 从而打开或者封闭第 一入口 A。 本实施例中在第一箱门 3的临近第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23的两侧分别设 置有两个第一插接部 31。 第二箱门 4与盖体 2活动连接, 可以沿盖体 2的长度方向相对盖体 2移动, 打开 或封闭第二入口 B。在第二箱门 4的临近盖体 2的第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23的两侧, 设置多个第二插接部 41, 用于分别与盖体 2的第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23上的第二导 槽插接配合。 具体地, 第二箱门 4的临近第一侧壁 22上的各第二插接部 41与设置在 第一侧壁 22上的第二导槽插接配合, 第二箱门 4的临近第二侧壁 23上的各第二插接 部 41与设置在第二侧壁 23上的第二导槽插接配合, 因此, 第二箱门 4可沿第二导槽 的长度方向相对于盖体 2移动, 从而打开或者封闭第二入口 B。 本实施例中, 在第二 箱门 4的临近第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23的两侧分别对称地设置三个第二插接部 41。 当盖体 2相对于箱体 1闭合且第一箱门 3封闭第一入口 A、 第二箱门 4封闭第二 入口 B时, 箱体 1、 盖体 2、 以及箱门组件共同组成一个封闭的回收箱; 当盖体 2相 对于箱体 1闭合且第一箱门 3打开第一入口 A、 第二箱门 4打开第二入口 B时, 可以 由第一入口 A向箱体 1的第一容纳空间 11存放薄片类介质, 由第二入口 B向箱体 1 的第二容纳空间 12内存放薄片类介质。 进一步地, 如图 4所示, 回收箱还包括安全锁 9。 安全锁 9固定设置在箱体 1或 者盖体 2上, 用于将盖体 2固定在相对于箱体 1闭合的锁紧位置上。 本实施例中, 安 全锁 9固定设置在箱体 1上,包括锁芯 91和锁舌 92,其中锁芯 91与箱体 1插接配合, 可绕自身轴线自由转动;锁舌 92与锁芯 91固定连接,当使用钥匙插入锁芯 91旋转时, 可以驱动锁舌 92旋转或伸缩, 与设置在盖体 2的限位部 93配合或分离。 限位部 93 可以是挡板或槽孔。 本实施例中, 限位部 93为挡板, 当使用钥匙插入锁芯 91内旋转 时, 可以驱动锁舌 92旋转, 与设置在盖体 2上的挡板卡接配合或者分离。 当箱体 1 上的锁舌 92与盖体 2上的限位部 93卡接配合时, 如果没有钥匙, 则无法相对于箱体 1打开盖体 2; 当使用钥匙驱动锁舌 92与限位部 93分离时, 可以打开盖体 2, 取出箱 体 1内的薄片类介质。 图 8是根据本发明一实施例的回收箱的结构剖视图。 如图 7、 图 8所示, 双门驱 动机构 5用于驱动第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4同时打开或者封闭, 即双门驱动机构在驱 动第一箱门 3打开第一入口 A的同时驱动第二箱门 4打开第二入口 B, 或者双门驱动 机构在驱动第一箱门 3封闭第一入口 A的同时驱动第二箱门 4封闭第二入口 B。 双门 驱动机构 5包括驱动轴 50、 至少一个驱动组件, 以及弹性回复元件 55。 其中, 驱动轴 50的两端由盖体 2支撑,其轴线沿盖体 2的宽度方向延伸,可以绕自身轴线自由转动。 本实施例中驱动轴 50的两端由第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23支撑。 本实施例中双门驱动机构 5包括两个驱动组件, 分别位于驱动轴 50的两端。其中 两个驱动组件中的第一个驱动组件位于第一箱门 3、 第二箱门 4与盖体 2的第一侧壁 22之间, 第二个驱动组件位于第一箱门 3、 第二箱门 4与盖体 2的第二侧壁 23之间。 每个驱动组件包括齿轮 51、 第一齿条 52、 第二齿条 53, 以及推杆 54, 其中, 第一个 驱动组件的齿轮 51与驱动轴 50的左端固定连接,第二个驱动组件的齿轮 51与驱动轴 50的右端固定连接, 当驱动轴 50转动时, 两个驱动组件的齿轮 51随驱动轴 50同步 转动。 每个驱动组件的第一齿条 52、 第二齿条 53彼此平行且间隔预定距离地沿回收箱 的长度方向延伸, 分别位于该驱动组件中的齿轮 51的两侧且同时与该齿轮 51啮合连 接, 其中, 第一个驱动组件的第一齿条 52与第一箱门 3的临近第一侧壁 22的一侧固 定连接, 第一个驱动组件的第二齿条 53与第二箱门 4的临近第一侧壁 22的一侧固定 连接, 第一个驱动组件的第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53均与第一个驱动组件的齿轮 51 啮合连接; 第二个驱动组件的第一齿条 52与第一箱门 3的临近第二侧壁 23的一侧固 定连接, 第二个驱动组件的第二齿条 53与第二箱门 4的临近第二侧壁 23的一侧固定 连接, 第二个驱动组件的第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53均与第二个驱动组件的齿轮 51 啮合连接。 因此, 当驱动第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53二者中的一个移动时, 通过齿轮 51啮合传动即会带动第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53二者中的另一个反向移动, 从而带动 第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4同步反向移动。 每个驱动组件的推杆 54与该驱动组件的第一齿条 52或第二齿条 53固定连接,推 杆 54与其邻近的盖体 2的侧壁上的导向长槽插接配合且突出于侧壁外表面,通过驱动 推杆 54沿导向长槽的长度方向运动可以驱动第一齿条 52或第二齿条 53移动,本实施 例中, 每个驱动组件的推杆 54与该驱动组件中的第一齿条 52固定连接。 其中, 第一 个驱动组件的推杆 54与第一个驱动组件的第一齿条 52 固定连接, 且与第一侧壁 22 上的第一导向长槽 221插接配合并突出于第一侧壁 22的外表面;第二个驱动组件的推 杆 54与第二个驱动组件的第一齿条 52固定连接,且与第二侧壁 23上的第二导向长槽 231插接配合并突出于第二侧壁 23的外表面, 其中, 第一导向长槽 221、 第二导向长 槽 231均沿顶板 21的长度方向延伸且关于第一侧壁 22和第二侧壁 23两者之间的宽度 中心对称设置, 受第一导向长槽 221 和第二导向长槽 231 的长度限制, 两个推杆 54 具有第一位置和第二位置, 当推杆 54位于第一位置时, 第一箱门 3将第一入口 A封 闭, 第二箱门 4将第二入口 B封闭; 当推杆 54位于第二位置时, 第一箱门 3将第一 入口 A打开, 第二箱门 4将第二入口 B打开。 弹性回复元件 55用于使第一箱门 3具有离开收叠区而封闭第一入口 A且同时使 第二箱门 4具有离开收叠区而封闭第二入口 B的运动趋势。 弹性回复元件 55可以是 拉簧、 压簧、 扭簧、 涡旋弹簧等结构形式。 当弹性回复元件 55为压簧时, 弹性回复元 件 55的一端与第一箱门 3连接, 另一端与第二箱门 4连接, 在弹性回复元件 55的弹 力作用下, 第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4始终具有离开收叠区、 分别封闭第一入口 A和第 二入口 B的运动趋势; 当弹性回复元件 55为扭簧或者涡旋弹簧时, 弹性回复元件 55 缠绕在驱动轴 50上,位于两个齿轮 51之间,弹性回复元件 55的第一端(图中未示出) 与驱动轴 50连接, 弹性回复元件 55的第二端 (图中未示出) 与盖体 2连接, 弹性回 复元件 55存储的能量能够驱动驱动轴 50和齿轮 51转动以带动第一齿条 52和第二齿 条 53反向相背运动, 使第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4始终具有离开收叠区 C、分别封闭第 一入口 A和第二入口 B的运动趋势。 本实施例中弹性回复元件 55为扭簧, 其第一端与驱动轴 50连接, 其第二端与盖 体 2的顶板 21连接。当外力驱动推杆 54沿导向长槽移动,使第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53反向相对移动时, 第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4同时向第一入口 A和第二入口 B之间 的收叠区 C移动, 并在收叠区 C处沿垂直于顶板 21的方向叠放, 此时第一入口 A和 第二入口 B被打开, 同时, 齿轮 51带动驱动轴 50转动, 使弹性回复元件 55在驱动 轴 50上缠紧, 存储预定能量。 当无外力作用时, 弹性回复元件 55释放存储的能量, 驱动驱动轴 50带动齿轮 51转动,齿轮 51驱动第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53反向相背移 动, 使第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4同时向远离收叠区 C的方向移动, 分别将第一入口 A 和第二入口 B封闭。 下面介绍本发明提供的回收箱的工作过程。 当回收箱未安装到自助设备的机架时, 在弹性回复元件 55的作用下, 第一箱门 3 将第一入口 A封闭, 第二箱门 4将第二入口 B封闭, 此时, 推杆 54位于第一位置。 当回收箱安装到自助设备的机架时, 操作者沿回收箱的长度方向推动回收箱与自 助设备的机架的插接配合, 在该过程中, 机架上的阻挡部与推杆 54配合, 操作者的推 力使推杆 54克服弹性回复元件 55的弹性力由第一位置向第二位置移动,推杆 54带动 第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53同步反向相对移动, 从而带动第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4同 时向收叠区 C处移动, 并在收叠区 C内沿垂直于顶板 21的方向叠放, 使第一入口 A 和第二入口 B同时敞开, 可以由第一入口 A向箱体 1的第一容纳空间 11内存放薄片 类介质, 由第二入口 B向箱体 1的第二容纳空间 12内存放薄片类介质。 此时, 推杆 54位于第二位置。 在此过程中, 齿轮 51转动, 驱动轴 50随之转动, 使弹性回复元件 55绕驱动轴 50缠紧, 存储能量。 当回收箱装满后, 将回收箱从机架上拉出时, 弹性回复元件 55释放能量, 驱动驱 动轴 50转动, 齿轮 51随之转动,驱动第一齿条 52和第二齿条 53同步反向相背移动, 从而使第一箱门 3和第二箱门 4分别将第一入口 A和第二入口 B封闭。 本发明提供的回收箱包括第一箱门、 第二箱门和双门驱动机构, 其中, 双门驱动 机构包括驱动轴、 至少一个驱动组件, 以及弹性回复元件, 其中, 每个驱动组件包括 与驱动轴固定连接的齿轮、 与第一箱门固定连接的第一齿条、 与第二箱门固定连接的 第二齿条, 以及与第一齿条固定连接且伸出回收箱的推杆, 其中, 第一齿条和第二齿 条沿第一箱门和第二箱门排列方向延伸且同时与齿轮啮合。 当外力驱动推杆移动, 使 第一齿条和第二齿条反向相对移动时, 第一箱门和第二箱门同时向第一入口和第二入 口之间的收叠区移动, 并在收叠区处沿垂直于顶板的方向叠放, 分别将第一入口和第 二入口打开, 同时, 弹性回复元件存储预定能量。 当无外力作用时, 弹性回复元件释 放存储的能量, 驱动第一箱门和第二箱门同时向远离第一入口和第二入口之间的收叠 区的方向移动, 分别将第一入口和第二入口封闭。 本发明提供的回收箱在同时打开第一入口和第二入口时, 两箱门同步反向相对运 动, 并叠放在第一入口与第二入口之间的收叠区处, 因此, 回收箱的长度尺寸仅包括 收叠区的宽度及两个入口的宽度, 其中, 收叠区的宽度仅为一个箱门的宽度, 所以本 发明提供的回收箱的长度尺寸与现有技术相比至少缩短了一个箱门的宽度, 因此, 本 发明提供的回收箱结构更紧凑、 体积更小, 有利于设备的小型化。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种具有双开门的回收箱, 包括: 并列设置的第一入口 (A)和第二入口 (B)、 用于封闭所述第一入口 (A) 的第一箱门 (3 ) 和用于封闭所述第二入口 (B) 的第二箱门 (4), 其特征在于, 还包括在驱动所述第一箱门 (3 )打开或者封闭 所述第一入口 (A) 的同时驱动所述第二箱门 (4) 打开或者封闭所述第二入口
(B) 的双门驱动机构 (5 ), 其中, 所述第一入口 (A) 与所述第二入口 (B) 之间的间隔区域为收叠区 (C), 所述第一箱门 (3 ) 和第二箱门 (4) 在打开时 均回缩至所述收叠区 (C) 并且层叠放置。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述双门驱动机构(5 )包括驱动 轴(50)、 以及至少一个驱动组件, 所述驱动组件包括与所述驱动轴(50)连接 的齿轮 (51 ) 及分别与所述齿轮 (51 ) 啮合并且反向运动的第一齿条 (52) 和 第二齿条(53 ), 其中, 所述第一齿条(52)和第二齿条(53 )沿开门方向延伸, 且所述第一齿条(52)与所述第一箱门 (3 )连接, 所述第二齿条(53 )与所述 第二箱门 (4) 连接。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述双门驱动机构(5 )还包括使 所述第一箱门 (3 ) 具有离开所述收叠区 (C) 而封闭所述第一入口 (A) 且同 时使所述第二箱门 (4) 具有离开所述收叠区 (C) 而封闭所述第二入口 (B) 的运动趋势的弹性回复元件 (55 )。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述弹性回复元件 (55 ) 为套设 于所述驱动轴 (50) 上且在所述第一箱门 (3 ) 打开所述第一入口 (A) 和所述 第二箱门 (4) 打开所述第二入口 (B) 时随所述驱动轴 (50) 的转动而储能的 扭簧或涡卷弹簧。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述回收箱的箱壁上设有沿所述 开门方向延伸的导向长槽 (221、 231 ), 所述第一齿条 (52) 或第二齿条 (53 ) 上设有与所述导向长槽(221、 231 )插接配合且伸出所述导向长槽(221、 231 ) 的推杆 (54)。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述双门驱动机构(5 )包括两个 所述驱动组件, 分别位于所述驱动轴 (50) 的两端。 根据权利要求 1所述的回收箱,其特征在于, 包括箱体(1)及通过枢接轴(20) 与所述箱体 (1) 枢接的盖体 (2), 所述箱体 (1) 为一面敞口的长方体结构, 其内部空间被隔板分隔成并列设置的第一容纳空间(11)和第二容纳空间(12), 所述第一入口 (A) 和第二入口 (B) 设置在所述盖体 (2) 上并且分别与所述 第一容纳空间 (11) 和第二容纳空间 (12) 相对, 所述第一箱门 (3)、 第二箱 门 (4) 和所述双门驱动机构 (5) 均设置在所述盖体 (2) 上。 根据权利要求 7所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述盖体(2)包括顶板(21)及 第一侧壁(22)和第二侧壁 (23), 其中, 所述第一入口 (A)和第二入口 (B) 设置在所述顶板 (21) 上, 所述第一侧壁 (22) 和第二侧壁 (23) 上均设有沿 所述开门方向延伸的第一导槽和第二导槽, 所述第一箱门(3)的两侧具有与所 述第一导槽插接配合的第一插接部 (31), 所述第二箱门 (4) 的两侧具有与所 述第二导槽插接配合的第二插接部 (41)。 根据权利要求 8所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述第一侧壁 (22) 和第二侧壁 (23)上分别设有第一导板 (21a)、 第二导板 (21b)和第三导板 (21c), 所述 第一导板(21a)与所述顶板(21)之间形成所述第一导槽,所述第二导板(21b) 和第三导板 (21c) 之间形成所述第二导槽。 根据权利要求 7所述的回收箱, 其特征在于, 所述箱体 (1) 与所述盖体 (2) 之间设有安全锁 (9)。
