一种连接器以及LED灯条
【技术领域】
本发明涉及LED光源技术领域,特别是涉及一种连接器以及LED灯条。
【背景技术】
由于具有低耗电量、高亮度、耐用等优点,LED灯条应用于越来越多行业中,例如:家具、汽车、广告、照明、轮船及家庭装修等行业。随着LED相关技术的发展以及人们对LED需求的提高,LED灯条也变得越来越复杂。
现有技术中,LED灯条主要由LED、单插孔连接器以及电路板组成,LED和单插孔连接器设置在电路板上,LED通过单插孔连接器与外部电源连接,获得供电以实现照明。然而,由于单插孔的限制,一个连接器只能给较少数量的LED提供外部电源,在比较复杂的LED灯条中,就需要较多的连接器实现供电,导致灯条成本较高,同时不便于LED灯条的控制。
【发明内容】
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种连接器以及LED灯条,提高连接器的使用率,同时简化结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一种技术方案是:提供一种连接器,包括输入模块和输出模块,其中,所述输入模块与输出模块电连接;所述输入模块包括至少两个输入接口,所述输入接口是插孔式接口,所述插孔式接口用于与柔性扁平电缆的一端接插,所述柔性扁平电缆的另外一端用于连接外部电源;所述输出模块包括与所述输入接口数量相同的输出接口,每个所述输出接口用于与外部一个区域的所有LED电连接,每个所述输出接口与对应的一个所述输入接口电连接。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一种技术方案是:提供一种连接器,包括输入模块和输出模块,其中,所述输入模块与输出模块电连接,所述输入模块包括至少两个输入接口,所述输入接口用于与外部电源电连接,所述输出模块用于与外部至少两个区域的所有LED电连接。
其中,所述输入接口是插孔式接口。
其中,所述插孔式接口用于与柔性扁平电缆的一端接插,所述柔性扁平电缆的另外一端用于连接外部电源。

本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术,本发明通过将连接器设置包括至少两个输入接口,实现了利用一个连接器来控制多个区域的LED,提高了连接器的使用率,简化了LED灯条的结构,同时,连接器使用率的提高必然导致连接器的使用量减少,从而降低了LED灯条的成本。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和具体的实施方式进行说明。
请参阅图1至图3,图1是本发明连接器一实施方式的立体示意图,图2是本发明连接器一实施方式的俯视示意图,图3是本发明连接器一实施方式的电路示意图。
本实施方式中,连接器100包括:壳体130、固定于壳体130内的输入模块110和输出模块120。输入模块110与输出模块120电连接。输入模块110包括两个输入接口111,其中,输入模块110用于与外部电源电连接。输出模块120用于与外部相应两个区域的所有LED电连接,其中上述的外部相应两个区域为连接器100所在的LED灯条上的两个区域。
具体地,输入接口111设置为插孔式的接口,并用于与柔性扁平电缆的一端接插,所述柔性扁平电缆的另外一端用于连接外部电源。输入接口111通过柔性扁平电缆与外部电源实现电连接,并通过输出模块120实现向外部LED进行供电,其中,外部LED指的是与连接器100设置在同一电路板上的LED,相应地,每个输入接口111为电路板上一个区域的所有LED实现供电控制。外部电源电压为直流12V,但是需要说明的是,外部电源电压并不限于12V,具体电压由连接器100所在的LED灯条决定。
更为优化地,输出模块120还包括与输入接口111相同数量的输出接口121,输出接口121与输入接口111一一对应连接,每个输出接口121相应地与跟连接器100在同一电路板上的一个区域的所有LED进行电连接。每个输入接口111通过相应的输出接口121实现对电路板上一个区域的所有LED进行供电控制。
在本实施方式中,输入模块110设置在连接器100的正面,输出模块120设置在连接器100背面,但不限于输入模块110设置在连接器100的正面,输出模块120设置在连接器100背面。同时,连接器100设置为长方形,但并不限于连接器100设置为长方形,连接器100还可以设置为正方形或者其他适合连接器100所在的LED灯条结构的形状。
为了便于说明,全文的输入模块110包括两个输入接口111,并通过输出模块120相应为两个区域的所有LED实现供电控制,但不应认为输入模块110仅限于包括两个输入接口111,并相应仅限于为两个区域的所有LED实现供电控制。输入模块110可以包括两个以上的输入接口111,例如,输入模块110包括三个输入接口111。而实现供电控制的LED区域数量不一定与输入接口111数量一致,例如,包括两个输入接口111的连接器100可以只为一个区域的所有LED实现供电控制。同时,全文的输入接口111设置为用于与柔性扁平电缆一段接插的插孔式接口,但是不应认为仅限于设置为用于与柔性扁平电缆一段接插的插孔式接口。
在本实施方式中,通过将连接器100设置包括两个输入接口111,实现了利用一个连接器100来控制更多的LED,提高了连接器100的使用率,满足了更为复杂的LED灯条的控制需求,同时,每个输入接口111为电路板上一个区域的LED进行供电,便于LED的分区控制。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明LED灯条一实施方式的部分立体示意图。在本实施方式中,LED灯条200包括:电路板210、连接器220以及LED230,连接器220和LED230分别设置在电路板210上,连接器220与LED230通过电路板210电连接。其中,对于连接器220的相关描述,请参阅图1至图3以及上一实施方式,在此不再一一赘述。
本实施方式中,连接器220的两个输入接口用于与外部电源电连接,连接器220的输出模块分别与电路板210的和相应区域所有LED230相连的导线电连接,LED230与电路板210的和连接器220输出模块相连的其中一条导线电连接。连接器220通过电路板210与相应区域的所有LED230电连接,实现对相应区域的所有LED230进行供电控制,其中,外部电源电压为直流12V。需要说明的是:在其他实施方式中,外部电源电压并不限于12V,具体电压由LED灯条200的输入电压决定。
更为优化地,连接器220的每个输入接口通过输出模块相应地与跟电路板210上的一个区域的所有LED230进行电连接,连接器220通过多个输入接口实现对电路板210上的多个区域的所有LED230进行供电控制。
在具体实施方式中,电路板210与连接器220的固定方式有但不限于以下两种:1)电路板210与连接器220一次注塑成型,在电路板210制作过程中,将连接器220与电路板210一次注塑成型;2)连接器220通过焊接固定在电路板210上,在LED灯条200制作过程中,将连接器220通过焊接方式固定在电路板210上。
在本实施方式中,通过将连接器220设置包括两个输入接口,实现了利用一个连接器220来控制多个区域的LED230,提高了连接器220的使用率,简化了LED灯条200的架构,同时,连接器220使用率的提高必然导致连接器220的使用量减少,从而降低了LED灯条200的成本。

  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接器,其中,所述插孔式接口用于与柔性扁平电缆的一端接插,所述柔性扁平电缆的另外一端用于连接外部电源。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,所述输出模块包括与所述输入接口数量相同的输出接口,每个所述输出接口用于与外部一个区域的所有LED电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,所述输入模块位于所述连接器的正面,所述输出模块位于所述连接器背面。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的连接器,其中,所述连接器为长方形或者正方形。
  8. 一种LED灯条,其中,包括电路板、LED以及连接器,所述LED和连接器分别设置于电路板上,所述电路板设置有至少两个用于设置LED的区域,所述连接器包括输入模块和输出模块,其中,所述输入模块与输出模块电连接,所述输入模块包括至少两个输入接口,所述输入接口用于与外部电源电连接,所述输出模块与所述LED电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,所述输入接口是插孔式接口。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的灯条,其中,所述插孔式接口用于与柔性扁平电缆的一端接插,所述柔性扁平电缆的另外一端用于连接外部电源。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,所述输出模块包括与所述输入接口数量相同的输出接口,每个所述输出接口与所述电路板一个区域的LED电连接。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,所述输入模块位于所述连接器的正面,所述输出模块位于所述连接器背面。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,所述连接器为长方形或者正方形。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,所述连接器与所述电路板一次注塑成型。
  15. 根据权利要求8所述的灯条,其中,包括电路板,所述连接器通过焊接固定在所述电路板上。
