Abstract
本实用新型提出一种LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,LED灯管两端分别设置一与市电电性连接的导电组件,导电组件至少包含一导电针组及一供设置导电针组的套筒,其中驱动电源结构由多个电路板组成并设置于套筒中,各电路板至少设置一个功能运作单元,且各电路板由至少一电性连接件串接,利用LED灯管两端套筒的容置空间,将各个电路板集中于内以达到充分利用容置空间的目的,同时避免重新开尺寸更大的套筒模具结构件,造成产品外观改变及增加项目开发成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种LED灯管,特别指一种LED灯管内置驱动电源结构。
背景技术
近年来,随着节能减碳趋势,LED光源在不同应用市场被大量的应用.其中,LED照明提供了创新的照明装置有效降低能源消耗,将广为应用于电力匮乏的区域,且更将普及应用于全球市场。
目前市面上既有的萤光灯管均搭配可匹配的灯座,倘若要以LED灯管取代传统的萤光灯管并直接安装于原有的灯座时,LED灯管就必须增加各种不同功能的电路模组,例如:滤波电路模组或漏电侦测电路模组等,当功能愈复杂所需的电路模组就相对增加,此时的电路板就必须增加可设置的位置,进而必须加大电路板的尺寸,由于既有LED灯管两端的套筒为固定尺寸,所以当要配合加大电路板的尺寸时,则必须重新开模生产特定尺寸的套筒,不仅影响整体外观,同时因加开不同尺寸套筒模具结构件,进而增加项目开发成本。
如何解决上述问题,即为相关业者所必须思考的问题所在。
实用新型内容
有鉴于上述问题,本实用新型一实施例提出一种LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,LED灯管两端分别设置一与市电电性连接的导电组件,导电组件至少包含一导电针组及一供设置导电针组的套筒,其中驱动电源结构由多个电路板组成并设置于套筒中,各电路板至少设置一功能运作单元,且各电路板由至少一电性连接件串接。
根据上述LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其中各电路板设置至少一连接埠,由各电路板的各连接埠由电性连接件串接导通。
根据上述LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其中电性连接件为电路软板、导线、插针或金手指。
根据上述LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其中功能运作单元可为整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组。
根据上述LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其中套筒界定一容置空间,以供置入已串接电性连接件的各电路板。
综上,根据本实用新型的LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,具有下列特色,由多个电路板组成的驱动电源结构设置于套筒中,各电路板至少设置一个功能运作单元,且各电路板由至少一电性连接件串接,利用LED灯管两端套筒的容置空间,将各个电路板集中于内以达到充分利用容置空间的目的,同时避免重新开尺寸更大的套筒模具结构件,造成产品外观改变及增加项目开发成本。

为详细说明技术方案的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合具体实施例并配合附图详予说明。
请参阅图1及图2所示,是本实用新型LED灯管中驱动电源结构的立体示意图及驱动电源结构的组装结构分解示意图。本实用新型是一种LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,LED灯管1两端分别设置一与市电电性连接的导电组件10,导电组件10至少包含一导电针组100及一供设置导电针组100的套筒102,套筒102界定一容置空间1020,其中驱动电源结构2由多个电路板20组成并设置于套筒102的容置空间1020中,各电路板20至少设置一功能运作单元200(可为整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组),且各电路板20由至少一电性连接件3(可为电路软板、导线、插针或金手指)串接,已串接电性连接件3的各电路板20则装设至一般规格的套筒102中。
前述中各电路板20设置至少一连接埠202,由各电路板20的各连接埠202由电性连接件3串接导通。
一并参考图3所示,是本实用新型驱动电源结构安装于LED灯管的立体示意图。由前述可知,各电路板20分别设置具有整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组的功能运作单元200,为能让各电路板20功能可被串联运作,因此利用电性连接件3串接于各电路板20上的连接埠202,此实施例的电性连接件3以电路软板以及3个电路板20为例,各电路板20可为整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组的功能运作单元200,为能让各电路板20可运作,将电路软板分别连接至各电路板20上的连接埠202,而后在将完成串接的各电路板20放入一般规格套筒102中的容置空间1020,之后再将套筒102装设至LED灯管1两端,如此一来,由多个电路板20组成的驱动电源结构2设置于套筒102中,各电路板20至少设置一个功能运作单元200,且各电路板20由至少一电性连接件3串接,利用LED灯管1两端套筒102的容置空间1020,将各个电路板20集中于内以达到充分利用容置空间1020的目的,同时避免重新开尺寸更大的套筒模具结构件,造成产品外观改变及增加项目开发成本。
另请参考图4、图5及图6所示,是本实用新型另一种LED灯管中驱动电源结构的立体示意图、是本实用新型另一驱动电源结构的组装结构分解示意图及是本实用新型另一驱动电源结构安装于LED灯管的立体示意图。由各图可知,各电路板20分别设置具有整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组的功能运作单元200,利用电性连接件3串接于各电路板20上的连接埠202,此实施例的电性连接件3以插针以及3个电路板20为例,各电路板20可为整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组的功能运作单元200,为能让各电路板20可运作,将插针分别连接至各电路板20上的连接埠202,而后在将完成串接的各电路板20放入一般规格套筒102中的容置空间1020,之后再将套筒102装设至LED灯管1两端,如此一来,由多个电路板20组成的驱动电源结构2设置于套筒102中,各电路板20至少设置一个功能运作单元200,且各电路板20由至少一电性连接件3串接,利用LED灯管1两端套筒102的容置空间1020,将各个电路板20集中于内以达到充分利用容置空间1020的目的,同时避免重新开尺寸更大的套筒模具结构件,造成产品外观改变及增加项目开发成本。

Claims (5)
1.一种LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,所述LED灯管两端分别设置一与市电电性连接的导电组件,所述导电组件至少包含一导电针组及一供设置所述导电针组的套筒,其特征在于:所述驱动电源结构由多个电路板组成并设置于所述套筒中,各所述电路板至少设置一功能运作单元,且各所述电路板由至少一电性连接件串接。
2.如权利要求1所述的LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其特征在于:各所述电路板设置至少一连接埠,由各所述电路板的各连接埠由所述电性连接件串接导通。
3.如权利要求2所述的LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其特征在于:所述电性连接件为电路软板、导线、插针或金手指。
4.如权利要求1所述的LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其特征在于:所述功能运作单元可为整流器、滤波电路模组、漏电侦测电路模组、DC-DC降压恒流电路模组或升降压恒流电路模组。
5.如权利要求1所述的LED灯管内置驱动电源结构,其特征在于:所述套筒界定一容置空间,以供置入已串接所述电性连接件的各所述电路板。
