Abstract

본 발명은 일반 화장용기의 하부에 결합되어 발열 및 진동 맛사지 기능을 동시에 갖는 피부미용 기구를 적용하되 전류신호를 입력받아 정온 발열이 이루어지도록 함으로서 피부미용 기구가 과열되는 것을 미연에 방지토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 피티씨 특성을 가지는 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구에 관한 것으로, 피부미용 본체와; 상기 피부미용 본체의 외측이 설치되며 온오프 동작에 의해서 전원을 단속하는 온오프 스위치와; 상기 온오프 스위치의 작동에 따라 전동모터 및 정온발열부로 전원이 인가되는 것을 제어하는 제어부와; 상기 제어부의 지령에 따라 일정 속도로 전동모터를 회전시켜 피부미용 본체의 진동이 발생되도록 하여 사용자의 피부에 진동을 전달키는 전동모터 구동부와; 상기 제어부의 제어에 따라 제어전류를 출력하여 사용자의 피부에 열을 전달키는 정온 발열부와; 상기 정온발열부에서 출력되는 전류를 검출하여 전압제어신호를 제어부에 전송하며, 이에 연동하여 제어부가 정온발열부로 출력하는 전압값을 조절하도록 유도하는 전류 피드백부를 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.

Description

정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구
본 발명은 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구에 관한 것으로, 특히 일반 화장용기의 하부에 결합되어 발열 및 진동 맛사지 기능을 동시에 갖는 피부미용 기구를 적용하되, 정온발열부에 인가되는 전류신호를 피드백 받아 지속적으로 정온 발열이 이루어지도록 함으로써 피부미용 기구가 과열되는 것을 미연에 방지토록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 마사지(massage)는 불면증, 우울증 또는 수면 부족 등의 치료에 도움을 주고, 스트레스 및 근육의 피로와 통증을 완화하는 기능을 갖는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 마사지는 과거 전문으로 마사지를 연구한 마사지사로부터 시작되어 현재에는 신체 부위별 또는 용도에 따라 다양하게 출시된 마사지 장치를 통해서 진행될 수 있다.
상기 마사지 장치의 일례가 한국등록특허 제10-0458150호(이하, 선행문헌 1이라 함) 및 한국공개특허 특2001-0017128호(이하, 선행문헌 2라 함)에 기재되어 있다. 상기 선행문헌 1에 개시된 발명은 제조공정이 간편하고 고장의 염려가 없는 온구기용 기본단위체와 이것을 이용한 온열치료기용 온구기에관한 것으로서, 상기 온구기용 기본단위체는 각 부품들을 내장하고 있고 받침대를 포함하고 있는 몸체부, 상기 받침대에 안장되고 외부의 전기에너지에 의해 고온의 열을 발생시키는 열공급판, 상기 열공급판의 윗면에 위치하고 열공급판의 고온열을 전달받아 사용자의 신체에 공급함으로써 온열찜질기능을 수행하는 온열찜질부재, 지지구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 지지구멍의 내부에 온열찜질부재를 지지하고, 상기 몸체부에 결합된 덮개부를 포함한다. 그러나, 상기 선행문헌 1에 개시된 기술은 휴대하여 사용하기가 불편하고 온도조절이 용이하지 않아 사용중 화상의 염려가 있다는 단점을 갖는다.
한편, 상기 선행문헌 2에 개시된 장치는 종래의 마사지기를 개량하여 반도체 열교환소자의 일측면에 열전도판과 세라믹패드를 부착하고, 다른 일측면에 냉각수탱크를 부착하며, 반도체 열교환소자의 전원입력선과 병렬로 전원 극성 전환스위치 회로를 연결하고 전원 극성전환 스위치에 전기 극성전환프로그램회로 출력을 연결하고 반도체 열교환소자의 전원입력에 직렬로 돌입전류 제한소자를 연결하고, 전원 온-오프(ON-OFF) 릴레이스위치를 연결하고, 전원 온-오프 릴레이 스위치에 전기 극성전환 프로그램회로 출력과 플러스 온도 상한치 제어회로와 마이너스 온도 상한치 제어회로를 연결하여 구성한다.
그러나, 상기 선행문헌 2에 개시된 장치는 휴대하여 사용하기가 불편하고 마사지 오일 또는 피부에 효과적인 화장료를 바르기가 불편하다는 단점을 갖는다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결코자 하는 것으로, 화장용기에 착탈가능하게 구성되는 피부미용 기구를 제안하되, 상기 피부미용 기구는 발열과 진동기능을 갖도록 구성하고, 아울러 발열시에 히팅수단으로 공급되는 전류를 피드백받아 정온발열이 지속적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위한 수단으로,
본 발명은 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 그 내부에 전원부(11)가 탑재되고, 그 내부에 진동모터와 정온발열부를 내장하는 피부미용 본체(10)와; 상기 피부미용 본체의 외측이 설치되며 온오프 동작에 의해서 전원을 단속하는 온오프 스위치(20)와; 상기 온오프 스위치(20)의 작동에 따라 전동모터 및 정온발열부로 전원이 인가되는 것을 제어하는 제어부(30)와; 상기 제어부의 지령에 따라 일정 속도로 전동모터(41)를 회전시켜 피부미용 본체(10)의 진동이 발생되도록 하여 사용자의 피부에 진동을 전달키는 전동모터 구동부(40)와; 상기 제어부(30)의 제어에 따라 제어전류를 출력하여 사용자의 피부에 열을 전달키는 정온 발열부(50)와; 상기 정온발열부에서 출력되는 전류를 검출하여 전압제어신호를 제어부(30)에 전송하며, 이에 연동하여 제어부가 정온발열부로 출력하는 전압값을 조절하도록 유도하는 전류 피드백부(60)를 포함하여 구성함이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 정온발열부는 온도 상승에 따라 반도전성 전기특성을 가지도록 구성된 피티씨(PTC: Positive Temperature Coefficient) 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구.
또한, 상기 피부미용 본체(10)의 정온 발열부 하단에는 피부 접촉부를 더 형성하여 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 피부미용 본체(10)의 하단에는 상기 피부미용 본체를 수납하기 위한 지지수단(90)을 더 구비하여 이루어진 것이 특징이다.
또한, 피부 깊숙히 이온을 공급하기 위한 이온구동 IC(70)와, 피부에 색광을 전달하기 위한 발광 회로부(80) 및 발광램프(81)를 더 포함하고, 상기 이온구동 IC 및 발광 회로부는 제어부의 제어에 의해서 전원부로부터 전원을 공급받아 동작되는 것을 이루어지는 것이 특징이다.
또한, 상기 발광램프(81)는, 컬러테라피 기능을 갖는 적색 발광소자가 구비된 적색발광회로와, 자외선에 의한 살균기능을 갖는 청색 발광소자가 구비된 청색발광회로를 포함하는 것이 특징이다.
상술한 바와 같이 본 발명은 화장용기에 착탈가능하게 구성되는 피부미용 기구를 제안하되, 상기 피부미용 기구는 발열과 진동기능을 갖도록 구성하고, 아울러 발열시에 히팅수단으로 공급되는 전류를 피드백받아 정온발열이 지속적으로 이루어져 맛사지 기능을 탁월하게 진행함과 동시에 과열로 인한 화상 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예를 첨부된 도면들을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다. 우선 각 도면의 구성요소들에 참조부호를 부가함에 있어서, 동일한 구성요소들에 대해서는 비록 다른 도면상에 표시되더라도 가능한 한 동일한 부호를 가지도록 하고 있음에 유의하여야 한다. 또한, 하기에서 본 발명을 설명함에 있어, 관련된 공지기능 또는 구성에 대한 구체적인 설명이 본 발명의 요지를 불필요하게 흐릴 수 있다고 판단되는 경우에는 그 상세한 설명을 생략한다.
그리고 후술 되는 용어들은 본 발명에서의 기능을 고려하여 설정된 용어들로서 이는 생산자의 의도 또는 관례에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로 그 정의는 본 명세서 전반에 걸친 내용을 토대로 내려져야 할 것이다.

본 발명의 구성요소는 크게 피부미용 본체(10)와, 온오프 스위치(20)와, 제어부(30)와, 전동모터 구동부(40)와, 정온발열부(50)와, 전류 피드백부(60)로 이루어진다. 그리고 본 발명은 상기 피부미용 본체(10)는 중앙에 피부미용 본체를 결합하기 위한 홈을 형성한 지지수단(90)을 더 구비하여 이루어진다.
상기 피부미용 본체(10)는 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 그 내부에 전원부(11)와, 정온발열부(50) 및 전동모터(41)가 설치되어 이루어진다.
상기 온오프 스위치(20)는 피부미용 본체의 외측이 설치되며 온오프 동작에 의해서 전원을 단속하여 전동모터 및 발열부로 전원이 인가되도록하여 이들이 작동되도록 한다.
상기 제어부(30)는 온오프 스위치(20)의 작동에 따라 전동모터 및 정온발열부로 전원이 인가되는 것을 제어한다.
상기 전동모터 구동부(40)는 제어부의 지령에 따라 일정 속도로 전동모터(41)를 회전시켜 피부미용 본체(10)의 진동이 발생되도록 하여 사용자의 피부에 진동을 전달시킨다.
상기 정온 발열부(50)는 제어부(30)의 제어에 따라 제어전류를 출력하여 사용자의 피부에 열을 전달시킨다.
상기 전류 피드백부(60)는 정온발열부에서 출력되는 전류를 검출하여 전압제어신호를 제어부(30)에 전송하며, 이에 따라 발열부가 발열되지 않고 일정한 온도를 연속적으로 유지되도록 한다.
상기 제어부(30)는 정온발열부(50)의 전류에 따른 온도값을 미리 저장하고, 이후 정온발열부(50)의 동작시 정온발열부(50)에 제어전류가 흐로도록 하기 위한 전압변환을 제어하도록 구성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 정온발열부(50)는 피티씨 특성을 갖는 소자로 이루어지는바, 상기에서 피티씨(PTC: Positive Temperature Coefficient)(이하, 'PTC' 라 함)라 함은 플라스틱 폴리머(Polymer)에 도전성 물질(예를 들면, 도전성카본(Conductive Carbon))이 배합되어 반도체화함으로써, 온도 상승에 따라 반도전성 전기특성을 가지도록 구성된 것이다.
여기서 PTC 특성이란 주위 온도의 변화에 따라 발열량이 증감되고, 어느 일정 온도 이상으로 주위온도가 상승할 경우 전류가 완전히 차단되는 스위치 특성을 말한다. 즉, 주위온도가 낮은 상태에서는 플라스틱 폴리머 분자가 수축되어 반도전성층(Semi Conductive Metrix)에 전류의 흐름(Current Path)이 많아져 발열량이 커지고, 주위온도가 높으면 플라스틱 폴리머 분자가 팽창하여 전류의 흐름이 적어져 발열량이 줄어든다.
따라서, 본 발명은 정온발열부(50)에 흐르는 전류량을 감지하여 정온발열부(50)에 공급되는 전류량을 변화시켜 정온발열부(50)가 과열되지 않토록한다.
아울러, 본 발명에서는 피부미용 본체(10)의 맨 하단에 피부 접촉부(51)를 형성하는바, 상기 피부 접촉부(51)는 열전도성 금속 또는 합금, 예를 들어 철 또는 스테인레스강이나 이의 합금, 알루미늄 또는 이의 합금, 구리, 은, 금 또는 이들의 합금을 이용하여 형성할 수 있으며, 열전도성 수지, 예를 들어 실리콘 수지에 충진재로써 열전도성 탄소섬유를 혼합하거나, 실리콘 수지에 열전도성이 우수한 알루미늄, 산화알루미늄, 질화붕소, 질화알루미늄, 산화마그네슘, 탄화규소, 도전성 카본블랙 또는 구리 분말을 혼합하여 형성될 수 있다.
이하에서 본 발명의 회로구성을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
도 5 내지 도 9는 본 발명에 적용되는 회로도로이다.
본 발명의 회로구성을 살펴보면 도 5에 도시한 바와 같이 구성되는 온오프 스위치에서 스위칭 신호를 전달하면 제어부가 이를 인식하게 되며, 이에 따라 제어부에서는 도 6에 도시한 바와 같이 제어라인 GP1을 통해 정온발열부로 스위칭 신호를 출력한다.
그러면 도 7에 도시한 바와 같이 정온발열부를 구성하는 트랜지스터의 베이스단이 활성화되면서 에미터단과 콜렉터단을 통해 스위칭 작동이 일어나게 되고, 정온발열부의 발열동작이 발생된다.
이와 동시에 본 발명의 제어부는 제어라인 GP2을 통해 진동모터 구동부에 스위칭 신호를 출력하며, 이에 따라 도 8에 도시한 바와 같이 진동모터 구동부의 트랜지스터의 베이스단이 활성화되면서 에미터단과 콜렉터단을 통해 스위칭 작동이 일어나게 되고 진동모터가 작동하게 된다.
그리고, 도 9에 도시한 바와 같이 상기 전류 피드백부는 정온발열부를 흐르는 전류를 입력받고 감지된 전류값을 OP0 제어라인을 통해 제어부로 입력시킨다.
그러면, 제어부는 상기 전류 피드백부로부터 입력받은 전류값을 참고하여 미리 지정된 온도와 비교후 적절한 전압값이 정온발열부로 입력되도록 제어신호를 출력한다.
참고로, 도 10에 도시한 통상의 정온발열에 따른 그래프를 살펴보면 100초의 구간에서 전류가 1.36A → 0.36A로 낮아지는 동안에 온도는 27도에서 60도로 상승함을 알 수 있다.
상기에서 60도까지 온도값이 상승하게 되면 과열에 따른 자극이 피부에 전달되기 때문에 50도 이하로 낮추는 것이 바람직하다.
이를 위해 본 발명에서와 같이 전류를 피드백하여 제어함으로서 50도 이상으로는 피부미용 기구의 온도가 올라기자 않토록 한다.
즉, 본 발명에서는 도 11에 도시한 바와 같이 전류가 1.36A → 0.4A로 낮아지는 동안 정온발열부의 온도는 27도 에서 50도로 상승하며, 더이상 온도가 상승하지 않고 유지됨을 알 수 있다.
따라서 본 발명에서는 인가되는 전류가 0.4A 까지만 하락하도록 제어한다. 그러면 이에 반비례하여 온도가 50도 이하까지만 상승하고 더이상 상승하지 않게 된다.
만약에 인가되는 전류를 0.4A 미만으로 떨어지게 한다면 피부미용기구의 온도가 50도 이상으로 상승하게 되며, 이에 따라 본 발명에서는 전온발열부에 공급되는 전류를 적절히 제어하여 피부미용기구의 온도가 50도를 넘지 않토록 한다.
이하에서 본 발명의 제어동작을 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
본 발명은 사용자가 전원 온오프 스위치(20)를 누르게 되면 이에 대한 신호를 제어부(30)에서 입력받는다.
이에 따라 제어부(30)에서는 정온발열부(50)와 진동모터 구동부(40)에 전원이 공급되도록 제어신호를 출력한다. 그러면 정온발열부(50)에 전원이 공급되어 가열되고 이와 동시에 진동모터(41)에 전원이 공급되어 진동모터가 작동된다.
그리고, 상기 정온발열부(50)에는 전류피드백부(60)가 전기적으로 연결되어 있어서 정온발열부(50)에 흐르는 전류를 검출하고, 이를 제어부(30)에 피드백시킨다. 그러면, 제어부(30)에서는 정온발열부(50)에서 발생된 전류를 근거로 미리 입력된 전류대비 온도값을 적용하여 정온발열부(50)에서 발생하는 온도를 파악한다.
그리고, 제어부(30)는 파악된 온도에 따라서 미리 저정된 온도로 지속적으로 열이 발산될 수 있도록 정온발열부(50)에서 흐르는 전류를 제어하기 위해 정온발열부(50)에 가하는 전압을 가변시킨다.
즉, 제어부(30)에 미리 지정된 온도 범위보다 온도가 낮으면 정온발열부(50)에 제공하는 전압값을 낮추고, 미리 지정된 온도범위보다 온도가 높으면 정온발열부(50)에 제공하는 전압값을 높여서 정온발열부에서 발산되는 온도를 지속적으로 유지시킨다.
도 12는 본 발명의 실시예로서 제어부에 발광 회로부와 발광램프를 더 전기적으로 연결하여 컬러 테라피 기능을 갖도록 이루어진다.
즉, 컬러 테라피(color therap) 기능을 갖는 적색 발광소자 또는 청색 발광소자를 피부미용 본체 내측에 구비하고, 제어부로부터 적절한 제어에 의해서 전원부로부터 전원을 공급받아 적색 발광소자 또는 청색 발광소자가 점등되도록 구성한다. 상기 청색 발광소자는 자외선에 의한 살균기능을 갖기 때문에 세균에 의한 피부손상을 막을 수 있게 된다.
또한, 본 발명은 이온 발생 기능을 더 구비할 수 있는바, 제어부에 이온발생 IC를 전기적으로 연결하여, 상기 이온발생 IC가 제어부로부터 제어신호에 의해 전원을 인가받아 동작한다.
상기 제어부에서 이온발생 IC에 전원을 인가하면, 이때 이온발생 IC에 의해 피부 접촉부를 통해 피부에 이온이 전달되어 표피층에 존재하는 수분저지막을 뚫고 약물 또는 화장품 등을 투입할 수 있으므로 약물 또는 화장품의 효능을 증대시킬 수 있는 것이다.
결국, 본 고안은 과열방지 기능을 갖는 진동 겸용 피부 맛사지 기구를 제공하되, 이온 투입기능과 컬러 테라피 기능을 더 부가함으로서 온열에 의한 피부보호가 가능함은 물론 클렌징이나 미백등의 화장효과를 극대화시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.

  1. 내부에 수용공간이 형성되고, 그 내부에 전원부(11)가 탑재되고, 그 내부에 진동모터와 정온발열부를 내장하는 피부미용 본체(10)와;
    상기 피부미용 본체의 외측이 설치되며 온오프 동작에 의해서 전원을 단속하는 온오프 스위치(20)와;
    상기 온오프 스위치(20)의 작동에 따라 전동모터 및 정온발열부로 전원이 인가되는 것을 제어하는 제어부(30)와;
    상기 제어부의 지령에 따라 일정 속도로 전동모터(41)를 회전시켜 피부미용 본체(10)의 진동이 발생되도록 하여 사용자의 피부에 진동을 전달키는 전동모터 구동부(40)와;
    상기 제어부(30)의 제어에 따라 제어전류를 출력하여 사용자의 피부에 열을 전달키는 정온 발열부(50)와;
    상기 정온발열부에서 출력되는 전류를 검출하여 전압제어신호를 제어부(30)에 전송하며, 이에 연동하여 제어부가 정온발열부로 출력하는 전압값을 조절하도록 유도하는 전류 피드백부(60)를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 정온발열부(50)는,
    온도 상승에 따라 반도전성 전기특성을 가지도록 구성된 피티씨(PTC: Positive Temperature Coefficient) 소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 정온발열히터를 구비한 진동 맛사지 겸용 피부미용 기구.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,

    상기 피부미용 본체(10)는,
