【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种贴标设备,尤其涉及一种滚动贴标机及其自动监测装置。
【背景技术】
滚动贴标机是为产品贴上标签的设备。将贴标装置的出标签速度调节至与产线速度相匹配,标签相对于产品没有运动的速度差,就能将标签实时、平整地贴到经过贴标机的待贴标产品的表面,而不用移动整个贴标签机器,待贴标产品随着产线的前行而实现自行滚动贴标,也有人称之为在线式运动贴标。特别是长条或大块标签时,不大可能采用吸贴的方式,机构会因此很庞大,不便于更换不同的标签,基本上都倾向于滚动贴标。
当产线发生故障或堆机时,贴标装置继续出标签,甚至在同一产品重复贴上多个标签,都会带来标签无法正常贴在产品上的结果,将造成贴的标签作废,这对于带有唯一编码的标签就会很麻烦,比如条形码、二维码、带电子串号的标签等,并影响产品的表面清洁。目前,这也是还有很多标签依然选择手工贴的重要原因之一。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,能够检测出待贴标产品表面是否在移动。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种根据产线的后道工序是否堆机而实时启动或暂停贴标动作的滚动贴标机。根据待贴标产品的移动速度,得知产线是否有产线堆机或故障等异常状况,及时调整贴标装置的出标签速度,以保证贴标工作的顺利进行。特别是某些带有唯一编码的标签,以避免标签作废。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种自动监测装置,用于检测待贴标产品的运动状态,包括:
反射式光电传感器,其向待贴标产品发射光并检测反射回来的光量,所述反射式光电传感器的出光方向垂直于所述待贴标产品的移动方向;及,
与所述反射式光电传感器电性连接的处理器,接收并处理分析所述反射式光电传感器检测到的光量值。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述处理器为PLC或单片机。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述自动监测装置还包括用于检测是否有待贴标产品进入贴标区域的感应器,所述感应器与所述处理器电性连接,当所述感应器检测到有待贴标产品进入贴标区域时,所述处理器采集所述反射式光电传感器的数据。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述感应器为接触式感应器或非接触式感应器。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述接触式感应器为弹片或触碰开关;所述非接触式感应器为接近开关或光电传感器。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述自动监测装置还包括与所述处理器电性连接的报警装置。
在本发明所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置中,所述报警装置为声光报警器。
相应地,本发明提供了一种滚动贴标机,包括滚动贴标装置及上述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,所述滚动贴标装置与所述自动监测装置的处理器电性连接,所述处理器控制所述滚动贴标装置的工作状态。
本发明提供的滚动贴标机及其自动监测装置,通过处理器对间隔相邻的两个时刻接收到的光量值的差值进行绝对值计算,并将这绝对值计算与预设值进行比对,可判断待贴标产品是否处于运动中。若小于预设值,则视为静止状态,即产线堆机或故障;若大于预设值,则认为在运动,属正常。这样,进而控制滚动贴标装置的贴标作业,即时掌握产线堆机等异常状况并控制贴标装置暂停贴标工作,直至异常消除,做到实时跟随产线运动状态,保证贴标工作的正常运行。

【具体实施方式】
下面将结合本发明实施方式中的附图,对本发明实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请一并参阅图1至图2,本发明实施方式提供的一种滚动贴标机,包括贴标装置50及自动监测装置10,自动监测装置10包括反射式光电传感器1及处理器2,贴标装置50与自动监测装置10的处理器2电性连接。
反射式光电传感器1向待贴标产品发射光并检测反射回来的光量,反射式光电传感器1的出光方向垂直于待贴标产品20的移动方向。处理器2与反射式光电传感器1电性连接,接收并处理分析反射式光电传感器1检测到的光量值。作为优选,处理器2为PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)或单片机。
进一步,自动监测装置10还包括用于检测是否有待贴标产品20进入贴标区域的感应器3,感应器3与处理器2电性连接,当感应器3检测到有待贴标产品20进入贴标区域时,处理器2控制反射式光电传感器1开始工作。作为优选,感应器3为非接触式感应器,采用光电传感器,包括发射器31和接收器32,分别设置在待贴标产品20移动方向的两侧。当然,此处的感应器3也可采用接触式感应器,如弹片或触碰开关,当待贴标产品20进入到贴标区域即贴标装置50所在位置处时,待贴标产品20弹片或触碰开关,从而检测出有贴标产品进入到贴标区域;或者,感应器3采用接近开关、反射式光电传感器等其他非接触式感应器。
更进一步,自动监测装置10还包括与处理器2电性连接的报警装置4,当处理器2在两个时刻接收到的光量差值的绝对值小于设定值的时候,处理器2认为待贴标产品是停止的,控制报警装置4进行报警。报警装置4为声光报警器,可通过声音及灯光进行报警提示,当然也可以仅通过声音或仅通过灯光进行报警提示。
本发明的滚动式贴标装置50及其自动监测装置10工作原理如下。反射式光电传感器1发射出光,并照射到待贴标产品20的表面,并通过待贴标产品20的表面反射回来,反射式光电传感器1检测反射回来的光量。由于待贴标产品20的表面存在一定粗糙度,如产品的外观和包装箱的外观都不是镜面的,都是几乎不重复的颗粒式的坑点,因此,反射回去的光量值也将是几乎不重复的;这时,间隔相邻的两个时刻的光量差值也相应的不一样。反射式光电传感器1接收并检测在取样时间内起始时间和截止时间两个相邻时刻的光量值,处理器2比较取样时间内的起始时间反馈回来的光量值与截止时间时反射回来的光量值的差值。当这个差值的绝对量大于预设值时,则认为待贴标产品20相对于贴标装置在移动,进而处理器2控制贴标装置进行出标签;反之,则认为待贴标产品20停止移动,处理器2控制贴标装置50停止出标签。
当待贴标产品20在产线30上移动到贴标区域时,触发感应器3,处理器2立即读取反射式光电传感器1检测到的光量值,处理器2对读取的光量值进行处理分析,一旦有检测到待贴标产品20停止移动,处理器2即控制贴标装置50停止走纸出标签,同时,处理器2触发报警装置4进行报警。若相邻两个时刻接收到的光量值的绝对差值大于预设值,说明待贴标产品20处于移动中,处理器2控制贴标装置50进行走纸出标签,同时反射式光电传感器1继续向待贴标产品20发射光并检测反射回来的光量,处理器2对相邻两个时刻接收到的光量值进行比对;如此反复进行,直到贴标工作结束。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,包括:
反射式光电传感器,其向待贴标产品表面发射光并检测反射回来的光量,所述反射式光电传感器的出光方向垂直于所述待贴标产品的移动方向;及,
与所述反射式光电传感器电性连接的处理器,接收并处理分析所述反射式光电传感器检测到的光量值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述处理器为PLC或单片机。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述自动监测装置还包括用于检测是否有待贴标产品进入贴标区域的感应器,所述感应器与所述处理器电性连接,当所述感应器检测到有待贴标产品进入贴标区域时,所述处理器开始采集所述反射式光电传感器数据。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述感应器为接触式感应器或非接触式感应器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述接触式感应器为弹片或触碰开关;所述非接触式感应器为接近开关或光电传感器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述自动监测装置还包括与所述处理器电性连接的报警装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,其特征在于,所述报警装置为声光报警器。
8. 一种滚动贴标机,其特征在于,包括贴标装置及权利要求 1 至 7 任一项所述的用于滚动贴标机的自动监测装置,所述贴标装置与所述自动监测装置的处理器电性连接,所述处理器控制所述贴标装置的工作状态。
