Abstract

Dispositivo de som portátil para amplificação de som de instrumentos musicais de cordas e similares, a presente invenção refere-se a uma espécie de Caixa de Som acústica e amplificada, consistindo num Dispositivo de som portátil (01) é compreendido por uma Caixa acústica (02) dotada de uma Base flexível (03) e Saída perfurada de som (07), contendo internamente os dispositivos de funcionamento como uma Placa amplificada (04) do tipo PCI, uma Bateria de alimentação (05) Ampliadores de som (06) do tipo auto-falantes, Subwoofer (08) Conectores de entrada e saída de áudio (09 e 10) bem como Conector liga/desliga (11) com LED indicativo, além de Plug (10) do tipo P10 ou similar instalado na parte inferior e também Conector (13) para smartphones do tipo Iphone ou Ipod ou similar e ou por USB (14), de forma a ser utilizada para ampliação de som em instrumentos de cordas ou similares, no sentido de proporcionar uma ampliação do som oriundo do instrumento musical cujo fonte primária de som é a vibração das cordas tensionadas quando beliscada, percutida ou friccionada e, com isso, oferecer um som ambiente de maior proporção e melhor qualidade atingindo um público mais distante e, não apenas aqueles que estiverem próximas do músico e seu instrumento.

Relatório descritivo da patente de Modelo de Utilidade de "DISPOSITIVO DE SOM PORTÁTIL PARA AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE SOM DE INSTRUMENTOS MUSICAIS DE CORDAS E SIMILARES".
Refere-se a presente invenção a uma espécie de Caixa de Som acústica e amplificada, consistindo num Dispositivo de som portátil para ampliação de som em instrumentos de cordas ou similares, a qual é fixada nesses através de Plug tipo "P10", no sentido de proporcionar uma ampliação do som oriundo do instrumento musical cujo fonte primária de som é a vibração das cordas tensionadas quando beliscada, percutida ou friccionada e, com isso, oferecer um som ambiente de maior proporção e melhor qualidade atingindo um público mais distante e, não apenas aqueles que estiverem próximas do músico e seu instrumento, uma vez que estes instrumentos, possuem, por natureza, pequeno volume sonoro dada a vibração que as cordas produzem ao serem acionadas, na maioria dos instrumentos de cordas.
São conhecidos alguns instrumentos de cordas que, devido ao pequeno volume sonoro que a vibração da corda produz, possuem pré-amplificador que é utilizado para se conectar via Plug à Caixas de som através de cabos ou transmissores sem fio, pois, sem isso, mesmo estes equipamentos, não conseguem produzir sons que sejam capazes de alcançar uma maior distância, principalmente em ambientes abertos, de forma que, não se tem conhecimento de nenhum equipamento portátil, que seja capaz de ser plugado diretamente no Instrumento musical de corda a fim de fazer de imediato e, em qualquer lugar, uma ampliação do som, tornando assim um problema quando da utilização do instrumento em ambientes abertos ou isolados, no qual se deseja atingir um grande número de espectadores.
Assim, com o propósito solucionar tal problema e dificuldade, foi que se desenvolveu a presente invenção, que será mais bem compreendida em consonância com as figuras anexas, onde:
A Figura 1 mostra o Dispositivo de som portátil com vista superior. A Figura 2 mostra o Dispositivo de som portátil com vista em perspectiva lateral, com um corte que possibilita a visualização interna.

A Figura 8 ilustra a fixação do Dispositivo de som portátil em um segundo modelo de instrumento de corda.
De conformidade com o quanto exposto nas figuras em anexo, temos que: O Dispositivo de Som portátil (01) é compreendido por uma Caixa acústica (02) dotada de uma Base flexível (03) e Saída perfurada de som (07), contendo internamente os dispositivos de funcionamento como uma Placa amplificada (04) do tipo PCI, uma Bateria de alimentação (05) Ampliadores de som (06) do tipo auto-falantes, Subwoofer (08) Conectores de entrada e saída de áudio (09 e 10) bem como Conector liga/desliga (11 ) com LED indicativo, além de Plug (12) do tipo P10 ou similar instalado na parte inferior e também Conector (13) para smartphones do tipo Iphone ou Ipod ou similar e ou por USB (14).
Assim, esse Dispositivo de Som portátil (01) poderá ter sua Caixa acústica (02) confeccionada em material plástico ou similar de forma que sua configuração inferior, proporcionada pela Base flexível (03) se moldará à parte traseira ou lateral do instrumento de corda que a receberá por encaixe, por meio do Plug tipo "P10"ou similar.
A Bateria de alimentação (05) utilizada é de lítio ou similar de acordo com a evolução tecnológica, possibilitando assim, um grande espaço de tempo de duração, além de ser recarregável, inclusive por meio eletrônico através da porta USB (14) ou plug de tomada elétrica.
A Placa amplificada (04) do tipo PCI, será responsável por, além de gerenciar a alimentação elétrica oriunda da dita Bateria (05) também por interligar os dispositivos internos, efetuando assim, a conversão do sinal elétrico em ondas sonoras fazendo a ampliação dessas ondas sonoras e encaminhando-as através dos Ampliadores de som (06) do tipo auto-falantes e do Subwoofer (08), estes últimos, por sua vez, poderão ser montados em potências variadas, obedecendo sempre a capacidade de armazenamento da Caixa acústica (02) e, também a capacidade de ampliação da dita Placa amplificada (04).
Os Conectores (13 e 14) poderão ser utilizados inclusive para entrada de sons como bases de acompanhamento pré-gravados, de forma a possibilitar o acompanhamento do músico no momento de manuseio do instrumento musical.
Portanto, esse Dispositivo de Som portátil (01 ) poderá ser confeccionado em potências diversas e, com tamanhos variados, obedecendo à configuração do instrumento de corda para a qual for utilizada, tais como Viola, Violão, Guitarra, Baixo e outros, de forma que o Plug P10 (12) será então introduzido nos dispositivos de pré-amplificação já instalados nos instrumentos musicais e, caso algum instrumento que não possuam o dito dispositivo de pré-amplificação e, não queira efetuar sua instalação para não perfurar o instrumento, poderá então, fazer a inserção do mix de pré-amplificação na própria Caixa de som (01 ) e criar um micro furo no instrumento para instalação do Plug fêmea ou passar um fio de contato de dentro para fora do instrumento, que contenha esse dito Plug fêmea para que se introduza o Plug P10 (12)

REVINDICAÇÕES
1) "DISPOSITIVO DE SOM PORTÁTIL PARA AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE SOM DE INSTRUMENTOS MUSICAIS DE CORDAS E SIMILARES", o qual é Caracterizado por compreender num Dispositivo de som portátil (01) no qual é utilizada uma Caixa acústica (02) dotada de uma Base flexível (03) e Saída perfurada de som (07), contendo internamente os dispositivos de funcionamento como uma Placa amplificada (04) do tipo PCI, uma Bateria de alimentação (05) Ampliadores de som (06) do tipo auto- falantes, Subwoofer (08) Conectores de entrada e saída de áudio (09 e 10) bem como Conector liga/desliga (11 ) com LED indicativo, além de Plug (10) do tipo P10 ou similar instalado na parte inferior e também Conector (13) para smartphones do tipo Iphone ou Ipod ou similar e ou por USB (14).
2) "DISPOSITIVO DE SOM PORTÁTIL PARA AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE SOM DE INSTRUMENTOS MUSICAIS DE CORDAS E SIMILARES", de acordo com a Reivindicação 1 , é também Caracterizado pela Placa amplificada (04) do tipo PCI gerenciar a alimentação elétrica da dita Bateria (05) e, também por efetuar a conversão do sinal elétrico em ondas sonoras ampliando-as e encaminhando-as através dos Ampliadores de som (06) e do Subwoofer (08).
3) "DISPOSITIVO DE SOM PORTÁTIL PARA
AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE SOM DE INSTRUMENTOS MUSICAIS DE CORDAS E SIMILARES", de acordo com a Reivindicação 1 , é também Caracterizado pelo fato dos Ampliadores de som (06) e do Subwoofer (08) poderem ser de potências variadas, obedecendo sempre a capacidade de armazenamento da Caixa acústica (02) e, também a capacidade de ampliação da dita Placa amplificada (04).
4) "DISPOSITIVO DE SOM PORTÁTIL PARA AMPLIFICAÇÃO DE SOM DE INSTRUMENTOS MUSICAIS DE CORDAS E SIMILARES", de acordo com a Reivindicação 1 a 3 é também Caracterizado pelo fato desse Dispositivo de Som portátil (01 ) poder ser confeccionado em potências diversas e, com tamanhos variados, obedecendo à configuração do instrumento de corda para a qual for utilizada, tais como Viola, Violão, Guitarra, Baixo e outros.
