Abstract

The invention relates to a ready-to-assemble crown- or baseball cap-type promotional headgear made from printed or non-printed semi-rigid material, characterised in that it is formed by two precut main parts, namely: a first part comprising two different portions, i.e. a cover portion in the form of a rake with 11 teeth and, below the teeth, a strip (12) forming the edge of the headgear; and a second part including the visor (20) and a business card (23).

Description

CROWN OR BASE-BALL ADVERTISING COVERS PREDECOUPE AND READY TO INSTALL

The present invention relates to an advertising head cover crown or base-lease pre-cut and ready to mount, printed or not made semi-rigid material such as pvc, cardboard or bake.

If we compare this head cover with the invention, we see that there are differences both in its mode of assembly and its final appearance. This headgear is made of three independent pieces that fit together.

The invention is precut in a single semi-rigid material grouping different parts of the same element.

U.S. Patent No. 2,300,664 of September 30, 1944

This patent has no similarity to the invention, it looks more like a hat than a cap.

F Patent No. 2,678,486

This patent corresponds to a type of cap type, but the mounting system and the cutting thereof is much more complex than the invention. In addition it takes several elements for the assembly of this cap. While the method of the invention is only in one and the same pre-cut part. CH Patent No. 399 158 This patent is also a headgear but rather Chinese style and not cap type.

U.S. Patent No. 5,901,370

This patent is mostly based cap type, but its is the opposite of the invention. This one is a bandeau which one comes to adapt a removable covering part in tissues. While the invention is primarily based on a pre-cut semi-rigid support.

The difference with the method of the invention is that all the elements of the covering part are positioned above the main strip, glued to each other by their base.
