Abstract

本发明提供了一种加热装置,包括发热管、导流管,其特征在于在所述发热管的内外都有导流管,分别为外导流管和内导流管,所述外导流管包裹在所述发热管的外面,所述内导流管被包裹在所述发热管的里面,该加热装置中的发热管的内表面和外表面都有液体带走热量,加热快,甚至在液体从中流出来时已经汽化,发热管散热快,寿命长,该加热装置制作原材料取材方便,加工工艺简单,成本低。

一种加热装置 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种加热装置, 尤其涉及一种快速加热装置。
背景技术
10002〗 市面上常见的一些加热装置, 有些是在容器里面有一个发热管; 有些在容器底部或 四周有一个发热盘。
[0003] 在上述发热装置中, 其缺点之一加热速度慢: 其缺点之二是发热管或者发热盘里面 的热量得不到及时散发, 一方面导致发热管或者发热盘老化快、 寿命短, 另一方面热量浪费 多, 特别是在容器底部或四周使用发热盘时, 热量浪费更多。
发明内容
[0004] 基于现有技术的不足, 本发明创造的目的在于提供一种快速加热装置, 加热速度快, 甚至在极短的时间内就可以使得被加热的液体形成蒸汽; 热量浪费少, 使用寿命长。
[0005] 为了实现上述目的, 本发明提供了一种加热装置, 包括发热管、 导流管, 其特征在 于在所述发热管的内外都有导流管, 分别为外导流管和内导流管, 所述外导流管包裹在所述 发热管的外面, 所述内导流管被包裹在所述发热管的里面。
[0006] 作为本发明加热装置的改进, 所述内导流管与所述外导流管之间设有连接管
作为本发明加热装置的改进, 所述外导流管所包裹的所述发热管有一根或一根以上, 每一根 发热管里面都有一根内导流管。

Claims

1. 一种加热装置, 包括发热管、 导流管, 其特征在于在所述发热管的内外都有导流管, 分 别为外导流管和内导流管, 所述外导流管包裹在所述发热管的外面, 所述内导流管被包裹在 所述发热管的里面。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的加热装置其特征在于: 所述内导流管与所述外导流管之间设有连接 管。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的加热装置, 所述外导流管所包裹的所述发热管有一根或一根以上, 每一根发热管里面都有一根内导流管。
4.如权利要求 3 所述的加热装置, 所述内导流管为二根, 所述二根内导流管之间设有连接 头。
5. 如权利要求 3, 4所述的加热装置, 所述外导流管的两个开口在所述外导流管侧壁上, 所 述外导流管的两端设有密封结构。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的加热装置, 所述密封结构为密封胶。
