使用时, 压药后的延期体转至测长传感器下方时, 在冲子压药的同 时, 测长传感器随冲头下行, 与药柱接触后可准确测出药高, 如在预 设值内, 可编程控制器将其判定为合格, 否则为不合格品; 测长传感 器下行、 复位的一个周期内, 一接近开关导通、 断开各一次, 可编程 控制器实现一次检测, 并将检测结果与实物一一对应; 当不合格品位 于测长传感器下一工位的槽口内时, 测长传感器下行时, 另一接近开 关导通, 发出指令, 可编程控制器打开电磁阀, 气缸的活塞杆伸出, 永磁铁将不合格品吸出, 实现废品的自动剔除; 本实用新型通过测长 传感器自动检测, 并实现废品的自动剔除, 具有检测精度高、 效率高 的优点, 可大幅降低人工成本。 附图说明
