Abstract
一种背光模组,包括背板(10)、以及通过定位结构固定在背板(10)内的背光组件(200)。该定位结构包括用于固定背光组件(200)且设有凹陷部(301)的定位件(300)、以及设置在背板(10)上的凸起部(400),背光组件(200)通过定位件(300)的凹陷部(301)与背板(10)上凸起部(400)的凹凸配合固定在背板(10)内。该背光模组解决了定位件凸点外露从而影响产品外观的问题。
Description
本发明涉及显示装置领域,更具体地说,涉及一种背光模组。
现有背光模组的导光板及光学膜片1定位方式为:在背板3四角采用定位件2固定。此种固定方式可以省掉定位切口的裁切费用,从而降低背光模组的成本。具体结构为,在定位件2上设置凸点4,而在背板3上开设与凸点4配合的定位孔。为防止定位件2吸收光线降低光学效率,定位件2一般采用白色材料成型而成。在组成电视整机后,由于加上电视整机后盖,背板3上露出的白色定位件被遮盖在电视机内部不会影响电视机外观。而当一体机采用此种设计时,由于背光模组的背板部分作为电视整机的外观件,在背板3四个角上的定位件2的凸点4处无电视整机背盖遮盖,导致与整机颜色的不协调,影响产品的外观。
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种背光模组。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:构造一种背光模组,包括背板、以及通过定位结构固定在所述背板内的背光组件,所述定位结构包括用于固定所述背光组件且设有凹陷部的定位件、以及设置在所述背板上的凸起部,所述背光组件通过所述定位件凹陷部与所述背板上凸起部的凹凸配合固定在所述背板内。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,所述凸起部包括设置在所述背板边缘的、向内翻折的翻折部。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,所述翻折部包括向所述背板内部延伸的第一翻折部、以及由所述第一翻折部末端向上延伸的第二翻折部;所述定位件上的所述凹陷部与所述第二翻折部凹凸配合。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,所述凸起部包括圆柱销,所述凹陷部包括通孔。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光组件包括多块相互叠加的光学膜片、以及依次设置在所述光学膜片底部的导光片和反射片。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,所述定位件上设有销轴,所述光学膜片上开设有与所述销轴插接配合的通孔。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,该背光模组还包括扣合在所述背板上的前框,所述前框扣合在所述背板上。
本发明所述的背光模组,其中,该背光模组还包括设置在所述前框和背板之间的中框、以及卡合于所述前框和中框之间、且位于所述背光组件上方的液晶屏。
实施本发明的背光模组,具有以下有益效果:通过在背板上设置凸起部,在定位件上设置与之配合的凹陷部,很好地解决了定位件凸点外露影响产品外观的问题。

如图2-3所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,该背板模组包括背板100、以及通过定位结构固定在背板100内的背光组件200,定位结构包括用于固定背光组件200且设有凹陷部301的定位件300、以及设置在背板100上的凸起部400,背光组件200通过定位件300凹陷部301与背板100上凸起部400的凹凸配合固定在背板100内。定位件300作为一种中间件而存在,其作用是将背光组件200固定在背板100内,在背板100上设置凸起部400,而在定位件300上设置凹陷部301可以避免定位件300外露于背板,导致影响产品外观的情况的出现。
如图4-5所示,在本发明的优选实施例中,背板100上的凸起部400包括设置在背板100边缘的、向内翻折的翻折部。该翻折部包括向背板100内部延伸的第一翻折部401、以及由第一翻折部401末端向上延伸的第二翻折部402。定位件300上的凹陷部301与第二翻折部402凹凸配合,具体说来,定位件300有类似于倒L型勾的凹陷部301,该凹陷部301正好与第二翻折部402凹凸配合。由于翻折部400是向背板100内延伸的,因此定位件300不会外露于背板100导致影响产品外观。
上述定位结构不局限于本发明给出的结构,例如,凸起部400还可以是凸设在背板100内的圆柱销,而定位件300上的凹陷部301相应地为与圆柱销配合的通孔。
在上述各优选实施例中,背光组件200包括多块相互叠加的光学膜片201、以及依次设置在光学膜片201底部的导光片202和反射片203。通常来说,定位件300上设有销轴,光学膜片201上开设有与销轴插接配合的通孔,多块光学膜片201通过通孔与销轴的配合设置在定位件300上,而由于导光片202和反射片203位于光学膜片201底部,因此被光学膜片201压在了定位件300上以此来完成固定。
此外,该背光模组还包括扣合在背板100上的前框500、设置在前框500和背板100之间的中框600、以及卡合于前框500和中框600之间、且位于背光组件200上方的液晶屏700。前框500与背板100扣合连接,也能起来遮蔽定位结构的目的,使产品的外观更加协调美观。
以上实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据此实施,并不能限制本发明的保护范围。凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的均等变化与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。
Claims (8)
1、一种背光模组,包括背板、以及通过定位结构固定在所述背板内的背光组件,其中,所述定位结构包括用于固定所述背光组件且设有凹陷部的定位件、以及设置在所述背板上的凸起部,所述背光组件通过所述定位件的凹陷部与所述背板上凸起部的凹凸配合固定在所述背板内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述凸起部包括设置在所述背板边缘的、向内翻折的翻折部。
3、根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述翻折部包括向所述背板内部延伸的第一翻折部、以及由所述第一翻折部末端向上延伸的第二翻折部;所述定位件上的所述凹陷部与所述第二翻折部凹凸配合。
4、根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述凸起部包括圆柱销,所述凹陷部包括通孔。
5、根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的背光模组,其中,所述背光组件包括多块相互叠加的光学膜片、以及依次设置在所述光学膜片底部的导光片(202)和反射片。
6、根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述定位件上设有销轴,所述光学膜片上开设有与所述销轴插接配合的通孔。
7、根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,该背光模组还包括扣合在所述背板上的前框,所述前框扣合在所述背板上。
8、根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中,该背光模组还包括设置在所述前框和背板之间的中框、以及卡合于所述前框和中框之间、且位于所述背光组件上方的液晶屏。
