Abstract

La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur comprenant une enveloppe dont l'intérieur est divisé en un récipient de liquide chaud et un récipient de liquide froid par une plaque de retenue de conduite présentant une pluralité d'orifices retenant de manière étanche un nombre correspondant de caloducs, chacun présentant une extrémité chaude dans le récipient de liquide chaud et une extrémité froide dans le récipient de liquide froid. L'intérieur du récipient de liquide chaud est configuré pour diriger un liquide chaud à travers une plaque de dispersion poreuse qui distribue le liquide chaud par les extrémités chaudes des caloducs. Le récipient de liquide froid présente une chicane intérieure qui définit un conduit en serpentin qui guide un liquide froid à travers le récipient de liquide froid. Le liquide de fracturation peut être chauffé en faisant s'écouler le gaz de carneau évacué d'un incinérateur à travers le récipient de liquide chaud tout en faisant s'écouler simultanément le liquide de fracturation à travers le récipient de liquide froid.
