Description

技术领域
本发明涉及植物精油雾, 具体涉及植物精油雾的雾化器及其生产方法。 背景技术
当前植物精油雾作为香烟的替代品,具有环保和无二手烟的优点,已经 被国内外广泛接受。
雾化器的发热丝作为植物精油雾的核心部件,一直以来都采用很细的 电阻丝制成弹簧形状的发热丝,再在发热丝的中间穿一根耐高温的玻璃纤 维绳,由玻璃纤维绳将植物精油通过渗透的方式导到发热丝中间,通电加热 后使植物精油雾化成雾。
由于制造很细的弹簧状的发热丝需要精密的弹簧成型机,设备成本高, 而且不容易控制发热丝的电阻值。发热丝作为植物精油雾的发热器件,需要 手工穿玻璃纤维绳,再在导油的玻璃纤维绳外面套一根耐高温的铁氟龙管, 隔离发热丝与植物精油,避免大量的植物精油浸泡在发热丝中,还需要在铁 氟龙管的下端手工缠绕无纺布,再在无纺布的外面手工绕储油棉。因此制造 一根由弹簧发热丝构成的植物精油雾雾化器,需要非常繁琐的工序和大量 的人工作业,效率很低,产品的一致性较差。
由于弹簧发热丝的中间需要穿一根玻璃纤维绳,导致蒸发雾化植物精 油的面积减少,植物精油雾的烟雾量较小, 同时仅由一根直径约 2. 5mm左右 的玻璃纤维绳将植物精油通过渗透的方式导到发热丝上进行加热雾化,存 在导油效率低的缺陷,容易导致植物精油雾的烟雾量小或者烧焦纤维导油 绳, 影响使用寿命。 当前业内采用并联两根或者三根发热丝的方式来加大 植物精油雾的烟雾量,但由于并联后弹簧发热丝的总阻值变小,在加热电压 不变的情况下,发热的功率变大,电池的消耗过大,因此电池的使用寿命降 低。 发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提高植物精油雾的雾化器烟雾量, 采用 高阻值的发热丝, 从而提高电池的使用寿命长。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明所采用的技术方案是提供一种植物精 油雾的雾化器, 包括发热丝和储油管, 所述发热丝两端分别固定连接有电 源导线, 所述储油管的开口上盖有一个隔热的玻璃纤维板, 所述发热丝为 平面曲线状, 所述发热丝固定于所述玻璃纤维板的底面, 所述发热丝下方 设有耐高温棉, 所述耐高温棉的下方填充有储油棉。
在上述植物精油雾的雾化器中, 所述发热丝的曲线形状为螺旋形。 在上述植物精油雾的雾化器中, 所述储油管为圆筒状。
在上述植物精油雾的雾化器中, 所述玻璃纤维板为圆片状。
在上述植物精油雾的雾化器中, 所述发热丝与玻璃纤维板压合在一起。 在上述植物精油雾的雾化器中, 所述电源导线位于所述储油管内且从 其底部穿出, 所述电源导线穿过所述耐高温棉和储油棉。
本发明还提供了一种植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法, 将所述储油棉 和耐高温棉依次填充入所述储油管内, 再加注植物精油, 再将所述发热丝 与玻璃纤维板固定在所述储油管的开口上, 同时将电源导线焊接在所述发 热丝上。
在上述植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法中, 所述发热丝采用影像蚀刻 加工工艺加工而成。
在上述植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法中, 所述发热丝的材质为不锈 本发明提供的植物精油雾的雾化器的发热丝弯折为平面状, 而且采用 了圆片式的玻璃纤维板, 提高了发热效率, 雾化效果好, 大幅提高了植物 精油雾的烟雾量, 而且提高了电池的使用寿命。 附图说明

下面结合附图对本发明作出详细的说明。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明提供的植物精油雾的雾化器, 包括发热丝 1 和储油管 2。储油管 2为圆筒状,储油管 2的开口上盖有一个耐热的玻璃纤 维板 4, 玻璃纤维板 4为圆片状, 发热丝 1弯折为平面曲线状, 发热丝 1 固定于玻璃纤维板 4的底面, 本实施方式中发热丝 1弯折为螺旋形, 发热 丝 1与玻璃纤维板 4采用机器整板压合成一整体,采用自动焊接设备组装。 平面状的发热丝 1 的阻值高, 雾化面积已经达到同等阻值发热丝的极 限,因此发热效率高, 雾化效果好, 从而可以提高电池的使用寿命。
发热丝 1下方设有耐高温棉 5, 耐高温棉 5的下方填充有储油棉 6, 储 油棉 6内灌注有植物精油。 植物精油通过耐高温棉 5导入到发热丝 1上。 通电流后加热发热丝 1使植物精油雾化, 这样极大的增加了渗透导油的效 率和蒸发雾化的面积,提高了植物精油雾的烟雾量。
发热丝 1两端分别固定连接有电源导线 3, 电源导线 3位于储油管 2 内且从其底部穿出, 电源导线 3穿过耐高温棉 5和储油棉 6。 电源导线 3 的另一端连接在电池上, 通过电加热的方式对发热丝 1进行加热。
本发明提供的植物精油雾的雾化器的发热丝 1为平面曲线形状, 而且 采用了耐高温棉 4进行导入植物精油, 提高了蒸发效率, 雾化效果好, 大 幅提高了植物精油雾的烟雾量, 同时提高了电池的使用寿命长。
本发明提供的植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法如下:
先将储油棉 6和耐高温棉 5依次填充入储油管 2内,再加注植物精油, 再将发热丝 1与玻璃纤维板 4固定在储油管 2的开口上,同时将电源导线 3 焊接在发热丝 1上。
本发明中发热丝 1采用影像蚀刻加工工艺加工而成。 由于影像蚀刻加 工可以控制发热丝 1的直径到微米级,所以制造的发热丝 1阻值很稳定,几 乎不需要检验就可以直接使用,制造精度大幅度提高,采用影像蚀刻加工可 以一次加工出数十片或者数百片发热丝,发热丝的阻值可以精确控制在 0. 05欧姆, 在大批量生产雾化器方面可以实现自动化的组装, 大幅提高了 生产效率, 降低了生产成本。 发热丝 1则采用普通的不绣钢材料比镍铬合金发热丝的价格低 2/3,发 热丝 1的加工费用更低, 发热丝 1的生产成本大幅度降低。
对于本发明提供的平面状的发热丝 1,其加热雾化的效率已达到最大 化,其烟雾量远大于当前业界普遍采用的 3. 0欧姆螺旋发热丝,这种截面尺 寸极小的发热丝 1,以目前的制造技术手段,只能采用影像蚀刻加工的方式 制造。 本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式, 任何人应该得知在本发明的启示 下作出的结构变化, 凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案, 均落入本 发明的保护范围之内。

1、 植物精油雾的雾化器, 包括发热丝和储油管, 所述发热丝两端分 别固定连接有电源导线, 其特征在于, 所述储油管的开口上盖有一个隔热 的玻璃纤维板, 所述发热丝为平面曲线状, 所述发热丝固定于所述玻璃纤 维板的底面, 所述发热丝下方设有耐高温棉, 所述耐高温棉的下方填充有 储油棉。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述发 热丝的曲线形状为螺旋形。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述储 油管为圆筒状。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述玻 璃纤维板为圆片状。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述发 热丝与玻璃纤维板压合在一起。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器, 其特征在于, 所述电 源导线位于所述储油管内且从其底部穿出, 所述电源导线穿过所述耐高温 棉和储油棉。
7、 如权利要求 1 所述的植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法, 其特征在 于, 将所述储油棉和耐高温棉依次填充入所述储油管内, 再加注植物精油, 再将所述发热丝与玻璃纤维板固定在所述储油管的开口上, 同时将电源导 于, 所述发热丝采用影像蚀刻加工工艺加工而成。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的植物精油雾的雾化器的生产方法, 其特征在 于, 所述发热丝的材质为不锈钢。
