Description

窄边框液晶显示装置 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种窄边框液晶显示装置。 背景技术
液晶显示装置 (LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。 现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分 为背光型液晶显示装置, 其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组 (backlight module ) 。 液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液 晶分子, 通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向, 将背光模组的 光线折射出来产生画面。
现有的液晶显示装置一般包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于 后壳内的液晶显示模组。 所述液晶显示模组一般通过螺丝从前往后锁合固 定安装于后壳内, 再将前壳卡合安装于后壳上。 请参阅图 1 , 为现有的液 晶显示模组的装配结构示意图, 其外框 100上设有螺丝安装区 300, 该螺 丝安装区 300上设有螺丝孔 500, 螺丝穿过该螺丝孔 500将液晶显示模组 安装于后壳内, 由于螺丝安装区 300 的设置, 前壳需相应设置较宽的边框 以遮挡螺丝安装区 300 , 因此液晶显示装置的非显示区域相应增加。 同 时, 由于固定方式是螺丝从前往后固定, 相应的增加了液晶显示装置的厚 度。 随着液晶显示装置生产技术不断的发展, 液晶显示装置逐步趋向窄边 框及薄型化发展, 而液晶显示模组固定于后壳的方式很大程度的影响了液 晶显示装置边框宽度及整体的厚度。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 其结构简单, 易组 装, 能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且能有效的控制维修 成本。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述后壳上设 有一^ ^合板, 该卡合板卡住液晶显示模组的下端, 从而将液晶显示模组固 定于后壳内。
所述后壳包括底板、 连接于底板相对两侧的第一与第二侧板及连接于 底板并与第一、 第二侧板连接的第三侧板, 该底板与第一、 第二及第三侧 板围成一具有开口的容置空间, 所述液晶显示模组容置于该容置空间内。
所述卡合板呈倒 "L" 形, 其靠近第三侧板设于底板上。
所述卡合板包括垂直连接于底板的承载部及垂直连接于该承载部自由 端的卡合部, 该承载部、 卡合部及底板形成一卡合槽, 该卡合槽用于容置 液晶显示模组的下端。
所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板一体成型制成。
所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板之间形成一容置槽, 用于 容置线缆。
所述前壳包括框体及由框体一侧延伸设置的挡板, 该挡板对应后壳的 开口设置, 组装后, 所述挡板完全覆盖该开口。

本发明的有益效果: 本发明提供的窄边框液晶显示装置, 通过在后壳 下端设置一倒 "L" 形卡合板, 以卡合液晶显示模组, 进而将液晶显示模 组固定于后壳内, 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效的实现液晶显示装置的窄 边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修或更换时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。

请参阅图 2及图 3 , 本发明提供一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后 壳 2、 与后壳 2配合设置的前壳 4及设于后壳 2 内的液晶显示模组 6, 所 述后壳 2上设有一^ ^合板 202, 该卡合板 202用于卡合液晶显示模组 6, 进而将液晶显示模组 6固定于后壳 2内。 其结构简单, 易组装, 能有效的 实现液晶显示装置的窄边框及薄型化, 且在需要对液晶显示模组进行维修 或更换时, 方便拆卸, 能有效的控制维修成本。
所述后壳 2 包括底板 22、 连接于底板 22相对两侧的第一与第二侧板 24、 26 及连接于底板 22 并与第一、 第二侧板 24、 26 连接的第三侧板 28, 该底板 22与第一、 第二及第三侧板 24、 26、 28 围成一具有开口 468 的容置空间 864, 所述液晶显示模组 6容置于该容置空间 864内。

组装时, 先将液晶显示模组 6由后壳 2的开口 468插入容置空间 864 内, 至液晶显示模组 6的下端完全容置于卡合槽 406 内, 然后, 将前壳 4 扣合于后壳 2上, 这时, 挡板 422完全覆盖开口 468, 进而将液晶显示模 组 6固定于前壳 4与后壳 2之间。

2、 如权利要求 1 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述后壳包括 底板、 连接于底板相对两侧的第一与第二侧板及连接于底板并与第一、 第 二侧板连接的第三侧板, 该底板与第一、 第二及第三侧板围成一具有开口 的容置空间, 所述液晶显示模组容置于该容置空间内。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡合板呈 倒 "L" 形, 其靠近第三侧板设于底板上。
4、 如权利要求 3 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述卡合板包 括垂直连接于底板的承载部及垂直连接于该承载部自由端的卡合部, 该承 载部、 卡合部及底板形成一卡合槽, 该卡合槽用于容置液晶显示模组的下 端。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板一体成型制成。
6、 如权利要求 4 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板之间形成一容置槽, 用于容置线缆。
7、 如权利要求 2 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前壳包括 框体及由框体一侧延伸设置的挡板, 该挡板对应后壳的开口设置, 组装 后, 所述挡板完全覆盖该开口。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的窄边框液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述框体及挡 板一体成型制成。

10、 一种窄边框液晶显示装置, 包括: 后壳、 与后壳配合设置的前壳 及设于后壳内的液晶显示模组, 所述后壳上设有一^ ^合板, 该卡合板卡住 液晶显示模组的下端, 从而将液晶显示模组固定于后壳内;
其中, 所述后壳包括底板、 连接于底板相对两侧的第一与第二侧板及 连接于底板并与第一、 第二侧板连接的第三侧板, 该底板与第一、 第二及 第三侧板围成一具有开口的容置空间, 所述液晶显示模组容置于该容置空 间内; 其中, 所述卡合板呈倒 "L" 形, 其靠近第三侧板设于底板上; 其中, 所述卡合板包括垂直连接于底板的承载部及垂直连接于该承载 部自由端的卡合部, 该承载部、 卡合部及底板形成一卡合槽, 该卡合槽用 于容置液晶显示模组的下端;
其中, 所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板一体成型制成; 其中, 所述承载部、 底板、 第一、 第二及第三侧板之间形成一容置 槽, 用于容置线缆;
其中, 所述前壳包括框体及由框体一侧延伸设置的挡板, 该挡板对应 后壳的开口设置, 组装后, 所述挡板完全覆盖该开口;
其中, 所述框体及挡板一体成型制成;
其中, 所述液晶显示模组包括背框、 容置于背框内的液晶显示面板及 背光模组。
