本发明实施例所述方法、 装置和系统, 通过终端和 IP网络业务服务器 共同配合, 在用户发起基于 PLMN网络的语音电话时, 能智能判断当前主 被叫用户的 IP网络业务权限状态和数据连接状态, 并在主被叫双方的状态 均满足设定的切换条件时, 自动将 PLMN网络的语音电话业务切换至 IP网 络的语音电话业务, 通过 IP网络替代 PLMN网络承载本次通话, 从而达到 提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。 附图说明

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图, 对本发明实施例中的技术方案进 行清楚、 完整地描述, 显然, 所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例, 而不是全部的实施例。 为了解决现有技术中, PLMN网络与 IP网络业务不能很好的融合, 从 而不能提高通话质量和 /或不能节省通话花费的问题, 本发明实施例提供一 种自动切换语音电话业务的方法、 装置和系统。 本发明实施例实现了在主 被叫双方满足设定条件时, 将两方之间的 PLMN网络语音电话业务切换为 因特网语音电话, 以达到提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。
为了更清楚的阐述本发明的实现过程, 下面通过几个具体实施例进行 详细说明。
方法实施例
如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例提供一种自动切换语音电话业务的方法, 包括:
S101, 主叫终端通过 PLMN网络向被叫终端发起呼叫时, 向 IP网络业 务服务器发送包含有主、 被叫终端标识信息的 IP业务查询消息;
优选地, 该步骤中, 主叫终端在向 IP网络业务服务器发送 IP业务查询 消息时, 还包括: 主叫终端检测自身当前的数据连接状态是否为激活状态, 若是激活状态, 向 IP网络业务服务器发送所述 IP业务查询消息。
S102, IP网络业务服务器查询所述主、 被叫终端的状态, 并在所述主、 被叫终端的状态满足预设的通话切换条件时, 向所述主、 被叫终端发送切 换选择提示消息; 以及在所述主、 被叫终端均选择了切换通话时, 建立所 述主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络连接通路, 并通知所述主、 被叫终端;
优选地, 该步骤中, 所述满足预设的通话切换条件包括: 主叫终端和 被叫终端的业务权限状态均为已注册 IP网络通话业务, 以及主叫终端和被 叫终端的数据连接状态均为激活状态。
其中, 所述数据连接状态为激活状态包括: 蜂窝网开启且处于激活状 态, 或者, 无线局域网络 WLAN开启且处于激活状态。
S 103, 主叫终端接收到通知后, 切断与所述 PLMN网络的呼叫连接, 利用所述 IP网络连接通路与所述被叫终端进行 IP网络通话。
为了进一步阐述本发明方法实施例的实现过程, 下面通过一具体示例 进行进一步说明, 具体包括:
当主叫用户在手机终端上发起语音呼叫时, 手机终端首先查询自身的 数据连接状态(包括蜂窝网和 WLAN连接), 如果数据连接处于激活状态, 则向 PLMN网络发出语音呼叫信令消息的同时,也向 IP网络业务服务器发 出 IP业务查询消息, 其中, 携带有主叫方和被叫方电话号码。
IP网络业务服务器接收到手机终端发来的 IP业务查询消息后, 解析该 消息, 获取主、 被叫号码, 然后检查主被叫双方用户的业务权限和数据连 接状态, 如果双方用户都已注册 IP网络通话业务, 并且都处于数据连接激 活状态(包括蜂窝网和 WLAN连接), 即双方都满足预设的通话切换条件。 此时 IP网络业务服务器分别向主、 被叫用户发送切换选择提示消息, 询问 双方用户是否愿意将原来的 PLMN语音电话业务切换为 IP网络语音电话业 务, 如果主、 被叫双方都选择切换到 IP网络语音电话业务, 则在主被叫双 方之间建立 IP网络连接通路, 同时通知主被叫手机终端。
主叫终端接收到通知后, 将原来的 PLMN网络语音呼叫断开, 开始基 于 http协议的网络通话, 从而实现将本该由 PLMN网络承载的语音电话业 务切换为 IP网络通话。
综上所述, 可见本发明实施例所述方法, 通过终端和 IP网络业务 务 器共同配合, 在用户发起基于 PLMN网络的语音电话时, 能智能判断当前 主被叫用户的 IP网络业务权限状态和数据连接状态, 并在主被叫双方的状 态均满足设定的切换条件时, 自动将 PLMN网络的语音电话业务切换至 IP 网络的语音电话业务, 通过 IP网络替代 PLMN网络承载本次通话, 从而达 到提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。
装置实施例一 如图 2所示, 本发明实施例提供一种自动切换语音电话业务的终端, 该终端包括: 呼叫模块 210、 切换选择模块 220和 IP网络通话模块 230;
呼叫模块 210, 配置为通过 PLMN网络向被叫终端发起呼叫时, 向 IP 网络业务服务器发送包含有主、 被叫终端标识信息的 IP业务查询消息; 以 及基于所述 IP网络通话模块 230的触发切断与所述 PLMN网络的呼叫连 接;
切换选择模块 220, 配置为接收并显示 IP网络业务服务器发送的切换 选择提示消息, 并将用户选择结果发送至 IP网络业务服务器;
IP网络通话模块 230, 配置为在接收到 IP网络业务服务器为主、 被叫 终端建立 IP网络连接通路的通知消息后, 触发呼叫模块 210, 并利用所述 IP网络连接通路进行主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络通话。
优选地, 本实施例中, 呼叫模块 210, 进一步配置为在向 IP网络业务 服务器发送 IP业务查询消息时, 检测自身当前的数据连接状态是否为激活 状态,若是激活状态,向所述 IP网络业务服务器发送所述 IP业务查询消息。
其中, 数据连接状态为激活状态包括: 蜂窝网开启且处于激活状态, 或者, 无线局域网络 WLAN开启且处于激活状态。
装置实施例二
如图 3所示, 本发明实施例提供一种 IP网络业务服务器, 包括:
IP网络业务模块 310, 配置为接收到 IP业务查询消息后, 查询主、 被 叫终端的状态, 并在所述主、 被叫终端的状态满足预设的通话切换条件时, 向主、 被叫终端发送切换选择提示消息;
通路建立模块 320, 配置为在主、 被叫终端均选择了切换通话时, 建立 主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络连接通路, 并通知所述主、 被叫终端。
优选地, 本实施例中, IP网络业务模块 310中所述满足预设的通话切 换条件包括: 所述主叫终端和被叫终端的业务权限状态均为已注册 IP网络 通话业务, 以及所述主叫终端和被叫终端的数据连接状态均为激活状态。 其中, 所述数据连接状态为激活状态包括: 蜂窝网开启且处于激活状 态, 或者, 无线局域网络 WLAN开启且处于激活状态。
综上所述, 可见本发明实施例所述装置, 通过终端和 IP网络业务 务 器共同配合, 在用户发起基于 PLMN网络的语音电话时, 能智能判断当前 主被叫用户的 IP网络业务权限状态和数据连接状态, 并在主被叫双方的状 态均满足设定的切换条件时, 自动将 PLMN网络的语音电话业务切换至 IP 网络的语音电话业务, 通过 IP网络替代 PLMN网络承载本次通话, 从而达 到提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。
系统实施例
如图 4所示, 本发明实施例提供一种自动切换语音电话业务的系统, 该系统包括: 装置实施例一所述的终端和装置实施例二所述的 IP网络业务 服务器。 其中, 所述终端包括主叫终端和被叫终端。 具体地:
本发明实施例所述系统, 在终端中预置呼叫模块、 切换选择模块和 IP 网络通话模块;在 IP网络业务服务器中预置 IP网络业务模块和通路建立模 块。
当终端发起 PLMN网络的语音呼叫时:
主叫终端的呼叫模块收到用户发起语音呼叫的命令, 呼叫模块, 优选 地, 查询主叫终端的数据连接状态 (包括蜂窝网和 WLAN连接), 如果主 叫终端的数据连接处于激活状态, 则呼叫模块除了执行传统的 PLMN网络 呼叫信令外, 同时还向 IP网络业务模块发起 IP业务查询消息, 该消息中携 带主叫和被叫用户的电话号码;
IP网络业务服务器的 IP网络业务模块收到 IP业务查询消息后, 根据 消息中携带的主叫、 被叫号码, 查询主、 被叫双方用户业务权限状态和数 据连接状态, 如果双方用户都已注册 IP网络通话业务, 并且都处于数据连 接激活状态, 即双方都满足预设的通话切换条件, IP 网络业务模块分别向 主、 被叫终端发送切换选择提示消息, 询问双方用户是否愿意将原来的
PLMN语音电话业务切换为 IP网络语音电话业务;
主、 被叫终端通过切换选择模块接收并显示 IP网络业务服务器发送的 切换选择提示消息, 并将用户选择结果发送至所述 IP网络业务服务器;
IP网络业务服务器的 IP网络业务模块在主、被叫双方都选择切换到 IP 网络语音电话业务时, 在主被叫双方之间建立 IP网络连接通路, 同时通知 主被叫终端启动 IP网络通话模块开始通话;
主被叫终端通过 IP网络通话模块接收到 IP网络业务服务器的通知消息 后, 主叫终端通过呼叫模块将原来的 PLMN网络语音呼叫断开, 开始基于 http协议的网络通话, 从而将本该由 PLMN网络承载的语音电话业务切换 为 IP网络通话。
以上描述中, 所述呼叫模块可以是无线收发器, 所述切换选择模块可 以是开关或开关组合, 所述 IP网络通话模块可以是单片机, 所述 IP网络业 务模块可以是进行业务处理的 CPU,所述通路建立模块可以是无线模块等。
综上所述, 可见本发明实施例所述系统, 通过终端和 IP网络业务月良务 器共同配合, 在用户发起基于 PLMN网络的语音电话时, 能智能判断当前 主被叫用户的 IP网络业务权限状态和数据连接状态, 并在主被叫双方的状 态均满足设定的切换条件时, 自动将 PLMN网络的语音电话业务切换至 IP 网络的语音电话业务, 通过 IP网络替代 PLMN网络承载本次通话, 从而达 到提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。 工业实用性
本发明提供的自动切换语音电话业务的方法、 装置和系统, 通过终端 和 IP网络业务服务器共同配合,在用户发起基于 PLMN网络的语音电话时, 能智能判断当前主被叫用户的 IP网络业务权限状态和数据连接状态, 并在 主被叫双方的状态均满足设定的切换条件时, 自动将 PLMN网络的语音电 话业务切换至 IP网络的语音电话业务, 通过 IP网络替代 PLMN网络承载 本次通话, 从而达到提高通话质量和节省话费的目的。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自动切换语音电话业务的方法, 包括:
主叫终端通过公共陆地移动网络 PLMN网络向被叫终端发起呼叫时, 向 IP网络业务服务器发送包含有主、被叫终端标识信息的 IP业务查询消息; 所述 IP网络业务服务器查询所述主、 被叫终端的状态, 并在所述主、 被叫终端的状态满足预设的通话切换条件时, 向所述主、 被叫终端发送切 换选择提示消息; 以及在所述主、 被叫终端均选择了切换通话时, 建立所 述主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络连接通路, 并通知所述主、 被叫终端;
所述主叫终端接收到通知后, 切断与所述 PLMN网络的呼叫连接, 利 用所述 IP网络连接通路与所述被叫终端进行 IP网络通话。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述满足预设的通话切换条件包 括:所述主叫终端和被叫终端的业务权限状态均为已注册 IP网络通话业务, 以及所述主叫终端和被叫终端的数据连接状态均为激活状态。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述数据连接状态为激活状态包 括: 蜂窝网开启且处于激活状态, 或者, 无线局域网络 WLAN开启且处于 激活状态。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的方法,
所述主叫终端在向 IP网络业务服务器发送 IP业务查询消息时,还包括: 所述主叫终端检测自身当前的数据连接状态是否为激活状态, 若是激活状 态, 向所述 IP网络业务服务器发送所述 IP业务查询消息;
所述 IP网络业务服务器接收到所述 IP业务查询消息时,查询主叫终端 的业务权限状态, 以及查询被叫终端的业务权限状态和数据连接状态。
5、 一种自动切换语音电话业务的终端, 包括: 呼叫模块、 切换选择模 块和 IP网络通话模块;
所述呼叫模块, 配置为通过 PLMN网络向被叫终端发起呼叫时, 向 IP 网络业务服务器发送包含有主、 被叫终端标识信息的 IP业务查询消息; 以 及基于所述 IP网络通话模块的触发切断与所述 PLMN网络的呼叫连接; 所述切换选择模块, 配置为接收并显示所述 IP网络业务服务器发送的 切换选择提示消息, 并将用户选择结果发送至所述 IP网络业务服务器; 所述 IP网络通话模块, 配置为在接收到所述 IP网络业务服务器为主、 被叫终端建立 IP网络连接通路的通知消息后, 触发所述呼叫模块, 并利用 所述 IP网络连接通路进行主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络通话。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的终端, 所述呼叫模块, 还配置为在向 IP网络 业务服务器发送 IP业务查询消息时, 检测自身当前的数据连接状态是否为 激活状态, 若是激活状态, 向所述 IP网络业务服务器发送所述 IP业务查询 消息。
7、 一种 IP网络业务服务器, 包括:
IP网络业务模块, 配置为接收到 IP业务查询消息后, 查询主、 被叫终 端的状态, 并在所述主、 被叫终端的状态满足预设的通话切换条件时, 向 主、 被叫终端发送切换选择提示消息;
通路建立模块, 配置为在主、 被叫终端均选择了切换通话时, 建立主、 被叫终端间的 IP网络连接通路, 并通知所述主、 被叫终端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的 IP网络业务服务器, 其中, 所述 IP网络业务 模块中所述满足预设的通话切换条件包括: 所述主叫终端和被叫终端的业 务权限状态均为已注册 IP网络通话业务, 以及所述主叫终端和被叫终端的 数据连接状态均为激活状态。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的 IP网络业务服务器, 其中, 所述数据连接状 态为激活状态包括: 蜂窝网开启且处于激活状态, 或者, 无线局域网络 WLAN开启且处于激活状态。
10、 一种自动切换语音电话业务的系统, 包括: 如权利要求 5至 6任 一项所述的终端, 以及如权利要求 7至 9任意一项所述的 IP网络业务服务
