背景技术:
螺紋保护器主要用于防止石油、天然气用管螺紋和管端在正常的 装卸和运输途中受损,防止螺紋在运输过程中和正常贮存期间渗入灰 尘和水, 有助于使由潮湿气体侵入或滞留造成的腐蚀降至最低。
已知的螺紋保护器为全塑结构, 主要存在以下几个缺陷: 1)气温 变化塑料热变形, 保护器产品尺寸和钢管螺紋配合精度无法控制; 高 温螺紋保护器脱落, 低温螺紋保护器无法拆卸; 2)全塑螺紋保护器抗 冲击强度无法满足 API Spec 5CT/IS0 11960的要求; 3)安装需要安 装附件固定, 才能保证产品在运输过程中螺紋保护器不脱落; 4)大口 径螺紋保护器尺寸大制造困难, 产品重, 安装、 拆卸不方便。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种 20 英寸以上特大口径螺紋保护 器, 它能有效防止石油、天然气用管螺紋和管端在正常的装卸和运输 途中受损, 防止螺紋在运输过程中和正常贮存期间渗入灰尘和水, 有 助于使由潮湿气体侵入或滞留造成的腐蚀降至最低, 具有较轻的结 构,安装、拆卸方便。且能简便加工制造在成本上有利地生产和通用。

弹性槽 6是这样工作的: 当螺紋保护器套上大口径管螺紋, 并旋 转安装时, 螺紋 4与管螺紋越旋越紧, 由于制造的误差, 塑料件 3的 端部可能与管螺紋的根部不能完全密封,当在塑料件 3的端部设置了 弹性槽 6后, 由于弹性槽 6上有凹槽, 可被压缩, 螺紋 4与管螺紋还 能旋转半圈左右,这样的设计能使保护器更加有效的和管体结合成一 体,密封性好,使灰尘、水和其他有腐蚀性的污物不能进入破坏螺紋。
