已知的螺纹保护器为全塑结构,主要存在以下几个缺陷:1)气温变化塑料热变形,保护器产品尺寸和钢管螺纹配合精度无法控制;高温时螺纹保护器易脱落,低温时螺纹保护器难以拆卸;2)全塑螺纹保护器抗冲击强度无法满足API Spec 5CT/ISO 11960的要求;3)大口径螺纹保护器尺寸大制造困难,产品厚重,安装、拆卸不方便。

铁壳1压入塑芯3后,通过在铁壳1上冲压形成卡口2,该卡口2切入塑芯3,形成倒刺作用,使铁壳1与塑芯3两者成为一体。
塑芯3采用压塑工艺模压制造。
防松附件为插销设计,安装方便,容易拆卸。
螺纹4是在机床上机加工形成的。
本实用新型铁壳1和塑芯3采用卡口2连接,使铁壳1和塑芯3在受到冲击后不分离。坚硬的铁壳1具有良好的抗冲击能力,塑芯具有良好的缓冲吸收冲击力,有效保护里面的管头各部分。大口径螺纹保护器防松附件采用插销的形式,安装、拆卸比较方便。
铁壳1上还设有用于帮助安装、拆卸的扳手孔5。该技术方案使得本实用新型安装、拆卸方便。
本实用新型能有效防止石油、天然气用管螺纹和管端在正常的装卸和运输途中受损,防止螺纹在运输过程中和正常贮存期间渗入灰尘和水,有助于使由潮湿气体侵入或滞留造成的腐蚀降至最低,保护器设有扳手孔及插销附件,安装、拆卸方便,不易脱落。且能简便加工制造在成本上有利地生产和通用。

石油、天然气专用管是钢管,采用螺纹连接,钢管一端为外螺纹,另一端为内螺纹,都需要对内外螺纹进行保护。实施例1是对钢管外螺纹的保护方式,实施例2是对钢管内螺纹的保护方式。
具体实施例一:参看图1~4,本具体实施方式采用以下技术方案:它包括铁壳1、卡口2、塑芯3、螺纹4、扳手孔5及防松附件6,铁壳1的内部设置有塑芯3,且铁壳1与塑芯3通过卡口2连接固定,螺纹4设置在塑芯3内侧。带内螺纹4的塑芯3与管头7的外螺纹进行螺纹配合。
