Claims (14)
- 내부에 수돗물, 정수된 물, 증류수 및 부가물이 포함된 물 중 어느 하나의 물을 수용하는 물 저장 챔버;상기 물 저장 챔버의 하측에 결합되어 바닥면을 형성하며, 양극 및 음극 중 어느 하나의 전극이 노출되는 전극부; 및상기 전극부 하측에 배치되어 상기 전극부에 전원을 공급하며, 사용자에 의해 부가되는 운동에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시켜 전기를 생산하는 전원 공급부;를 포함하며,상기 전극부는,상기 전원 공급부의 전원을 공급받아, 상기 물 저장 챔버에 수용된 물을 기능수로 변환시키는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전극부는,상기 물 저장 챔버의 지름과 대응되는 지름을 가지는 전극모듈을 포함하며,상기 전극모듈은,제 1 및 제 2 프레임;상기 제 1 및 제 2 프레임 사이에 개재되는 서로 다른 극성의 전원이 연결되는 제 1 및 제 2 전극; 및상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극 사이에 개재되는 고체 고분자 전해질막;을 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급부는,상기 전극부의 하측에 배치되어, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극과 통전 가능하게 연결되는 제어 모듈부; 및상기 제어 모듈부와 통전 가능하게 연결되어, 사용자의 운동에너지를 전기에너지로 변환하는 발전부;를 포함하며,상기 발전부는,상기 전원 공급부의 내부에 고정 설치되는 코어 블록;상기 코어블록에 권선되는 코일;상기 코어블록과 동심이 되도록 상기 전원 공급부의 길이 방향으로 배치되는 가이드 레일; 및상기 가이드 레일을 따라 움직이는 마그네트;를 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 마그네트는,중앙에 상기 가이드 레일의 지름과 대응되는 형상의 통공을 가지며,상기 코어 블록의 내부 공간의 지름보다 작게 형성되는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 발전부는,상기 가이드 레일의 양 끝단에 설치되어, 상기 마그네트의 왕복 이동 시 상기 마그네트와 충돌하는 한 쌍의 탄성부재;를 더 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는,고무, 실리콘, 우레탄 중 어느 하나의 재질로 형성된 구 형상으로 마련되어 상기 마그네트와 최초 접촉 시 점 접촉하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는,상기 마그네트와의 충돌 시 발생되는 충격에 의해 형태가 변형되는 코일 스프링 및 판 스프링 중 어느 하나로 형성되는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극과 제어 모듈부 사이에는 실링부재가 개재되어 상기 물 저장 챔버에 수용된 물이 상기 제어 모듈부로 유입되는 것을 차단하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급부는,바닥면에 착탈 가능한 커버부재를 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 물 저장 챔버는,상측에 미세액적 분사유닛 및 뚜껑부재 중 어느 하나를 착탈 가능하게 결합하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 미세액적 분사유닛은,물 저장 챔버의 상측 개구부에 나사 결합되는 밀폐 커버부재;상기 밀폐 커버부재 중앙에 고정 결합되는 펌핑유닛;상기 펌핑유닛의 중앙에 연결되어, 상기 물 저장 챔버 내부의 기능수를 상기 펌핑유닛으로 공급하는 파이프 부재; 및상기 펌핑유닛을 보호하는 캡 부재;를 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전원 공급부는,상기 기능수 생성장치의 길이 방향으로 왕복 이동시 전기를 생성하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 모듈부는,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극에 인가되는 전원을 온/오프 제어하는 스위칭 유닛을 더 포함하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 스위칭 유닛은,상기 제 1 및 제 2 전극에 인가되는 전원의 극성을 전환하는 기능을 더 구비하는 자가발전 유닛을 가지는 기능수 생성장치.
