用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置、 刀叉托盘组件和洗碗机
技术领域
本发明涉及洗碗机领域, 尤其涉及一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置和具有其的刀叉 托盘组件, 以及具有所述刀叉托盘组件的洗碗机。 背景技术
洗碗机内部设置有刀叉托盘来放置各种取食类餐具, 如刀、 叉、 勺子等。 然而, 传 统洗碗机的刀叉托盘均为固定的高度位置且在洗碗机清洗腔的位置不可调节, 这样, 诸 如刀、勺、 叉等标准成组的传统餐具可以无困难地存放其中, 但诸如配菜餐具等具有更 大尺寸的餐具并不能被放置在刀叉托盘内。 由此就大大地占用了洗碗机内胆顶部的空 间, 且限制在洗碗机内其余空间内大餐具的摆放, 如高脚杯、 深度较高的玻璃杯等, 不 能根据实际需要灵活充分利用洗碗机的内部空间。 发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此, 本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 所述托盘支撑 装置用于放置托盘, 结构简单且可灵活调节托盘位置。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述托盘支撑装置的刀叉托盘组件。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出一种具有上述刀叉托盘组件的洗碗机。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的托盘支撑装置, 包括: 支撑架, 所述支撑架的相对两 侧上分别设有滑动槽, 每个所述滑动槽包括彼此间隔开的第一滑道、 第二滑道和第三滑道; 以及适于分别支撑托盘的第一和第二支架, 所述第一支架和第二支架分别设在所述支撑架 上, 其中第一支架和第二支架的第一端分别可滑动地容纳在所述第一滑道内, 所述第一支 架的第二端可滑动地容纳在所述第二滑道内, 所述第二支架的第二端可滑动地容纳在所述 第三滑道内。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 通过将支架的前端和后端可移动 地支撑在两个支撑板的滑动槽内, 从而带动支架的移动, 进而使得设置在支架上的托盘 的位置和放置角度可调节, 由此可实现根据托盘上放置的餐具的尺寸来调整托盘的位 置, 进而可灵活充分地利用洗碗机内部空间。

下面参考图 1描述根据本发明实施例的一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置 100, 该托 盘支撑装置 100在洗碗机清洗腔内用于支撑托盘 200。 在下面的描述中, 以托盘 200为 用于放置刀叉的刀叉托盘 200为例进行说明, 如图 1-图 6b所示。
根据本发明实施例的托盘支撑装置 100, 包括: 支撑架 1和适于分别支撑托盘 200 的两个支架 2, 即第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b。
如图 1、 2和图 10所示, 支撑架 1 的相对两侧上分别设有滑动槽 10, 每个滑动槽 10均包括彼此间隔开的第一滑道 101、 第二滑道 102和第三滑道 103。 如图 1-图 19所 示的示例中, 滑动槽 10分别设在支撑架 1的前后两侧上, 且前后两侧的滑动槽 10的结 构相同。 而且在下面的描述中, 均以滑动槽 10分别在支撑架 1的前后两侧上为例进行 说明。 当然, 本领域内普通技术人员可以理解的是, 在具体的所需情况下, 滑动槽 10 也可以分别设在支撑架 1的左右两侧上。
第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b分别设在支撑架 1上, 具体地, 每个支架 2的前端和后 端分别收容在支撑架 1的前后两侧的滑动槽 10内, 如图 1、 图 10、 图 15、 图 17和图 19所示。 为了便于描述, 在下面的说明和参考附图中, 均以第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 的前端位于支撑架 1的前侧的滑动槽 10的运动轨迹为例进行说明。 可以理解的是, 第 一支架 2a和第二支架 2b的后端位于支撑架 1的后侧的滑动槽 10的运动轨迹也应相同, 在此不再详细描述。
如图 4b、 图 5b、 图 6b、 图 14、 图 16和图 18所示, 第一支架 2a的第一端 (即图 中的左端) 21a和第二支架 2b的第一端 21b分别可滑动地容纳在第一滑道 101 内, 第 一支架 2a的第二端 (即图中的右端) 22a可滑动地容纳在第二滑道 102内, 第二支架 2b的第二端 22b可滑动地容纳在第三滑道 103内。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 通过将第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b的两端可移动地支撑在支撑架 1的滑动槽内, 从而带动支架 2的移动, 进而使得设 置在支架 2上的托盘 200的位置和放置角度可调节,由此可实现根据托盘上放置的餐具 的尺寸来调整托盘的位置, 进而可灵活充分地利用洗碗机内部空间。
根据本发明的一些实施例,滑动槽 10进一步包括第一竖滑道 104和第二竖滑道 105, 如图 la-6b、图 14-图 19所示,第一竖滑道 104和第二竖滑道 105分别设在第一滑道 101 的左右两端且与第一滑道 101连通。 这样, 可以使得第一支架 2a的第一端 21a和第二 支架 2b的第一端 21b在第一滑道 101 内任意滑动, 从而使得第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b的位置和倾斜角度可有多种变化形式, 进而使得托盘 200位置调节更容易。
可选地, 如图 2、 图 3、 图 12和图 13所示, 第一竖滑道 104和第二竖滑道 105从 上滑道 1011 的左右两端向下延伸。 优选地, 第二竖滑道 105 为一个且设在滑动槽 10 的中央, 其中第一滑道 101和第三滑道 103由第二竖滑道 105的顶端分隔开, 此时, 支 架 2a和 2b的宽度 L1和 L2 (当支架 2水平放置时其左右方向上的长度, 即与支架 2的 前后方向的长度垂直的宽度, 如图 4b中所示) 被构造成, L1+L2< P1+P2, 其中 PI为 第一竖滑道 104的顶端到第二竖滑道 105的底端之间的距离, 且 P2为第二竖滑道 105 的底端到第三滑道 103右端之间的距离, 如图 2所示。 这样, 可保证支架 2a和 2b可在 滑动槽 10内以多种方式移动, 支架 2a和 2b的端部的运动轨迹如图 2和图 3中箭头所 示。 更有利地, 第二滑道 102的底部与第二竖滑道 105的底部平齐。
可选地, 第二滑道 102平行地设在第一滑道 101的下方, 且第三滑道 103沿左右方 向延伸且与所述第一滑道平齐设置。也就是说, 第三滑道 103和第一滑道 101的延伸方 向位于同一直线上, 例如均在水平线上。 由此, 更便于第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b的相 应端部的位置和角度的调节。 当然, 第三滑道 103 的延伸方向也可以平行于第一滑道 101的延伸方向但不位于同一直线上。优选地, 第三滑道 103间隔邻接第二竖滑道 105, 第三滑道 103的延伸长度与第一滑道 101的延伸长度大致相等。
在其中一个具体实施例中, 第二滑道 102邻近第二竖滑道 105设置, 且第二滑道 102与第一竖滑道 104和第二竖滑道 105均间隔开。 优选地, 第二滑道 102的长度短于 第一滑道 101的长度, 如图 12-19所示。
而在另一个优选实施例中, 第二滑道 102的长度等于第一滑道 101的长度, 第二滑道 102与第一竖滑道 104连通而与第二竖滑道 105间隔开, 如图 4a-6b所示, 其中第二滑 道靠近第二竖滑道 105的底端的端部设置有分隔件。 通过设置分隔件 11, 使得支架 2的 端部可以以多种方式在滑动槽内移动, 进而使托盘 200可摆放成不同的角度和位置。
例如, 如图 2所示, 在第二滑道 102的靠近第二竖滑道 105的底端的端部设置有分 隔件 11, 由此, 使得第一滑道 101与第二竖滑道 105连通、 且第二滑道 101和第二竖 滑道 105不连通, 也就是说, 第一和第二支架 2a和 2b的端部均不能在第二滑道 102 和第二竖滑道 105内直接移动。 可选地, 分隔件 11与支撑架 1一体形成。
如图 2-图 3、 图 12-图 13所示, 根据本发明的进一步的实施例, 第一滑道 101的第 一滑道 101的两端分别形成有定位凸起 12, 其中定位凸起 12被构造成可止挡支架的相 应端的移动, 且在受到外力时支架的相应端可脱离定位凸起 12并在第一竖滑道 104和 第二竖滑道 105内滑动。也就是说,通过定位凸起 12,可止挡第一支架 2a的第一端 21a 和第二支架 2b的第一端 21b定位在第一滑道 101上, 而不会落入到第一竖滑道 104和 第二竖滑道 105, 从而完成对相应支架的定位, 进而使得托盘 200被定位。 而在受到外 力时第一支架 2a的第一端 21a和第二支架 2b的第一端 21b可落入到第一竖滑道 104或 第二竖滑道 105内滑动。
如图 1-图 19所示, 支撑架 1形成为大致框形结构, 且支撑架 1的前架和后架分别由至 少两条上下间隔的水平支撑条形成。 可选地, 支撑条 12为钢丝。
在本发明的一些实施例中, 如图 1-图 9所示, 在支撑架 1上设有相对且相互隔开设 置的两个支撑板 110, 其中每个滑动槽 10分别形成在相应的支撑板 110上。
如图 1所示的示例中, 两个支撑板 110在前后方向上间隔开设置且平行。 两个支撑 板 110相对的表面上分别形成有滑动槽 10, 每个滑动槽 10均包括沿上下方向间隔开的 第一滑道 101和第二滑道 102, 以及与第一滑道 101处于同一水平面的第三滑道 103, 第三滑道 103与第一滑道 101彼此隔开,换言之,第一滑道 101与第三滑道 103不连通。
可选地, 水平支撑条可为两条。 两个支撑板 110上形成有卡合结构 43, 两个支撑板 110分别通过卡合结构 43设在前架和后架上。
具体地, 如图 1、 图 8和图 9所示, 卡合结构 43包括多个挂钩 431和多个卡槽 432, 其中多个挂钩 431适于与位于最上的水平支撑条 13配合, 且设在相应支撑板 110的上 部外侧, 多个卡槽 432适于与位于最下的水平支撑条 13配合, 且设在相应支撑板 110 的底部。 可选地, 多个挂钩 431沿左右方向等间距分布在相应的支撑板 110上, 且多个 卡扣 432沿左右方向均匀间隔开地分布在相应的支撑板 110上。
在进一步的实施例中, 托盘支撑装置 100还包括多个滑动件 3, 多个滑动件 3分别 可滑动地设在滑动槽 10内且分别至少连接至支架 2的前后两端, 以带动支架 2在两个 支撑板 110之间滑动。 可选地, 滑动件 3为滑轮, 其中支架 2的相应端可转动地与滑轮 相连, 如图 7所示。 具体地, 滑轮的第一端可预装入滑动槽 10内部, 且第二端具有适 于将支架 2的相应端卡入其中的插入孔腔 31。 优选地, 该插入孔腔 31的周壁上形成有 缺口 (图未示出) 以形成具有弹性的插入结构, 这样, 当支架 2的相应端插入到插入孔 腔 31内时, 可在其内转动却不会脱出。
在本发明的另一些实施例中, 如图 10-图 19所示, 滑动槽 10分别由支撑架 1上相 应侧的支撑条 13直接限定出。 可选地, 如图 10和图 12所示, 第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b的前端和后端均分别设有多个卡勾 21, 且第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b分别通过多个 卡勾 21安装在支撑架 1上。 进一步地, 托盘支撑装置 100还可包括滚轮组件 5, 滚轮 组件 5分别设在支撑架 1上以使支撑架可滚动运动。 如图 1、 图 8、 图 9和 10所示, 滚 轮组件 5设在支撑架 1的左右两侧上,以带动支撑架 1在洗碗机清洗腔内壁的滑槽中前 后移动, 实现把托盘支撑装置 100放进清洗腔或从清洗腔内取出来。
根据本实施例的托盘支撑装置 100的第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b可有多种位置状态, 下面参考图 4a-图 6b、 图 14-图 19对其中的几个主要位置进行详细描述。
第一种位置状态, 如图 4b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成大致 " V " 形。 由此, 如图 4a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为大致 " V"形。 具体地, 第一支架 2a 的左端 21a位于第一滑道 101上且右端 22a位于第二滑道 102上, 第二支架 2b的右端 22b位于第三滑道 103上且左端 21b位于第二竖滑道 105上, 其中, 第一支架 2a的右 端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b分别与分隔件 11止抵。 优选地, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a由第一滑道 101左端的定位凸起 12止挡。
第二种位置状态, 如图 5b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成左平右斜状态, 此时, 如图 5a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为左平右斜状态。 具体地, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a位于第二滑道 102上且右端 22a也位于第二滑道 102上, 第二支架 2b的 左端 21b位于第二竖滑道 105内, 右端 22b位于第三滑道 103上, 即第二支架 2b为倾 斜状态, 其中, 第一支架 2a的右端 22a和第二支架 2b的左端 21b分别与分隔件 11止 抵。
第三种位置状态, 如图 6b所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于基座 4的左侧, 此时, 如图 6a所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也平行设置且均位于基座 4 的左侧。 具体地, 如图 6b所示, 第一支架 2a的左端 21a位于第二滑道 102上且由第二 滑道 102右端的间隔件 11止挡, 第二支架 2b的左端 21b位于第一滑道 101上, 右端 22位于第三滑道 103上, 即第二支架 2b也为左右平齐状态。
第四种位置状态, 如图 14所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成大致 " V " 形。 此时, 如图 15所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为大致 " V"形。 具体地, 第一支架 2a 的第一端 (即图 14中的左端) 21a位于第一滑道 101上且由左端的定位凸起 12止挡, 第一支架 2a的第二端 22a位于第二滑道 102内。 同时, 第二支架 2b的第一端 21b位于 第二竖滑道 105的底部, 且第二端 22b位于第三滑道 103的右端。
第五种位置状态, 如图 16所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成左平右斜状态, 此时, 如图 17所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b 上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也形成为左平右斜状态。 具体地, 第一支架 2a的第一端 (即图 14中的左端) 21a位于第一竖滑道 104的底部, 第一支架 2a的第二 端 22a位于第二滑道 102内。 同时, 第二支架 2b的第一端 21b位于第二竖滑道 105的 底部, 且第二端 22b位于第三滑道 103的右端。
第六种位置状态, 如图 18所示, 从托盘支撑装置 100的前侧看, 第一支架 2a和第 二支架 2b被设置成平行设置且均位于支撑架 1的左侧, 即类似 "二"字形。 此时, 如 图 19所示, 在第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b上设置的第一托盘 200a和第二托盘 200b也 平行设置且均位于基座 4的左侧。 具体地, 如图 19所示, 第一支架 2a的第一端 (即图 14中的左端) 21a位于第一竖滑道 104的底部, 第一支架 2a的第二端 22a位于第二滑 道 102内。同时,第二支架 2b的第一端 21b位于第一滑道 101上且邻近第一竖滑道 104, 且第二端 22b位于第三滑道 103的左端。本领域内普通技术人员可理解的是, 第一支架 2a和第二支架 2b在以上各种位置状态之间互相转换时, 并不仅限于上述描述的方式和 顺序, 而是根据需要直接转换即可。
综上所述, 根据本发明实施例的托盘支撑装置, 通过将支架 2的端部在滑动槽内移 动以调节支架 2的位置, 从而使支架 2可呈现多种不同的位置状态, 由此使得用户可以 灵活地调节在支架 2上放置的托盘的位置和角度,从而可最大限度地利用洗碗机内部空 间, 进而大大提高了洗碗机的空间利用率和餐具装载的灵活性。根据本发明第二方面实 施例的一种洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 包括: 根据本发明上述第一方面实施例所述的托盘 支撑装置 100, 和至少两个用于容纳刀叉的托盘 200, 至少两个托盘 200分别设在至少 两个支架 2上。
托盘 200构造有卡扣结构 300, 且卡扣结构 300卡设在支架 2上, 如图 10和 11所 示, 也就是说, 托盘 200通过卡扣结构 300固定在支架 2上。
根据本发明第三方面实施例的洗碗机, 包括根据本发明第二方面实施例中描述的刀 叉托盘组件。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机的其他构成例如清洗装置和控制装置等以及操作对于本领 域普通技术人员而言都是已知的, 这里不再详细描述。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种用于洗碗机的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
支撑架, 所述支撑架的相对两侧上分别设有滑动槽, 每个所述滑动槽包括彼此间隔开 的第一滑道、 第二滑道和第三滑道; 以及
适于分别支撑托盘的第一和第二支架, 所述第一支架和第二支架分别设在所述支撑架 上, 其中第一支架和第二支架的第一端分别可滑动地容纳在所述第一滑道内, 所述第一支 架的第二端可滑动地容纳在所述第二滑道内, 所述第二支架的第二端可滑动地容纳在所述 第三滑道内。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑动槽进一步包括: 第一 竖滑道和第二竖滑道, 所述第一竖滑道和第二竖滑道分别设在所述第一滑道的左右两端且 与所述第一滑道连通。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一竖滑道和第二竖滑道 从所述第一滑道的左右两端向下延伸。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二竖滑道设在所述支撑 板的中央, 其中
第一滑道和第三滑道由所述第二竖滑道的顶端分隔成。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二滑道的底部与所述第 二竖滑道的底部平齐。
6、 根据权利要求 3所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二滑道平行地设在第一 滑道的下方, 所述第三滑道沿左右方向延伸且与所述第一滑道平齐设置。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二滑道邻近所述第二竖 滑道设置, 所述第二滑道与所述第一竖滑道、 第二竖滑道均间隔开。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二滑道的长度短于所述 第一滑道的长度。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二滑道的长度与所述第 一滑道的长度相等, 所述第二滑道与所述第一竖滑道连通, 且所述第二滑道靠近所述第二 竖滑道的所述底端的端部设置有分隔件。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述分隔件与所述支撑架一 体形成。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一滑道与所述第一和 第二竖滑道连通的一侧端部中的至少一个形成有定位凸起, 其中 所述定位凸起被构造成可止挡所述支架的相应端的移动, 且在受到外力时所述支架的 相应端可脱离所述定位凸起, 且定位凸起处的所述上滑道构造成适于通过所述支架的所述 相应端。
12、 根据权利要求 1-11中任一项所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述支撑架形成 为大致框形结构, 且所述支撑架的前架和后架分别由至少两条上下间隔的水平支撑条形成。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述支撑架上设有相对且相 互隔开设置的两个支撑板, 其中所述每个滑动槽分别形成在相应的支撑板上。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述两个支撑板上形成有卡 合结构, 所述两个支撑板分别通过卡合结构设在所述支撑架的前端和后端上。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡合结构包括: 适于与位于最上的所述水平支撑条配合的多个挂钩, 所述多个挂钩设在相应支撑板的 上部外侧; 以及
适于与位于最下的所述水平支撑条配合的多个卡槽, 所述多个卡槽设在相应支撑板的 底部。
16、 根据权利要求 15所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述多个挂钩沿左右方向均 匀间隔开地分布在相应的支撑板上; 以及
所述多个卡扣沿左右方向等间距分布在相应的支撑板上。
17、 根据权利要求 13所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
多个滑动件, 所述多个滑动件分别可滑动地设在所述滑动槽内且分别至少连接至所述 支架的前后两端。
18、 根据权利要求 17所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑动件为滑轮, 其中所 述支架的相应端可转动地与所述滑轮相连。
19、 根据权利要求 12所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述滑动槽分别由所述支撑 架上相应侧的所述支撑条限定出。
20、 根据权利要求 19所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一支架和第二支架分 别通过设在前端和后端的多个卡勾安装在所述支撑架上。
21、 根据权利要求 11所述的托盘支撑装置, 其特征在于, 进一步包括:
滚轮组件, 所述滚轮组件分别设在所述支撑架上以使所述支撑架可滚动运动。
22、 一种洗碗机的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
根据权利要求 1-21中任一项所述的托盘支撑装置; 以及
至少两个用于容纳刀叉的托盘, 所述至少两个托盘分别设在所述至少两个支架上。
23、 根据权利要求 22所述的刀叉托盘组件, 其特征在于, 所述托盘构造有卡扣结构, 且所述托盘通过所述卡扣结构卡设在所述支架上。
24、 一种洗碗机, 其特征在于, 包括根据权利要求 22或 23所述的刀叉托盘组件。
