Abstract

一种食材搅拌机的搅拌杯,包括:一杯体(1),其底壁内侧设有一刀具组(2),刀具组(2)包括一刀具本体(21)及一设于刀具本体(21)底部的连结件(22);一座体(3),为金属材质所制,且设于杯体(1)底壁外侧,座体(3)底面向内凹陷成一第一凹槽(34),第一凹槽(34)内设有一垂重块(4),且垂重块(4)与座体(3)之间夹设一减震垫(5),连结件(22)朝向座体(3)底壁或垂重块(4)形成突出,以令连结件(22)可供连结一动力单元的轴部。利用垂重块(4)配合减震垫(5),让搅拌杯在使用时,较不会因为刀具组(2)及搅拌机座体(3)的动力单元在作动时所产生的震动,造成搅拌杯掉落至搅拌机座体(3)外,并且座体(3)为金属材质所制,不易产生劣化或变形,而让杯体(1)内部的液体渗出。

Description

食材搅拌机的搅拌杯 技术领域
本发明涉及一种食材搅拌机的, 特别涉及一种食材搅拌机的搅拌杯。 背景技术
一般食材搅拌机主要是将蔬菜、 水果等食材放入搅拌杯内部后, 靠着搅拌 机座体内的动力单元, 带动该搅拌杯内的刀具, 来将食材破坏成碎状, 之后可 添加液体、 调味料等, 来让人体饮用或食用。
然而, 为令使用者便于拿取该搅拌杯, 所以一般该搅拌杯均为塑胶材质所 制, 来降低该搅拌杯整体的重量, 也因此, 该食材搅拌机在使用时, 会因为该 刀具快速转动而产生高温, 造成该搅拌杯的底壁产生变形、 劣化, 而造成该搅 拌杯内的液体渗出, 也因为该搅拌杯整体重量较轻, 且该搅拌杯没有减震的设 计, 令使用者在使用该食材搅拌机时, 必须一手由上而下压住该搅拌杯顶面, 否则该搅拌杯可能会受到该动力单元及该刀具作动时所产生的震动, 造成该搅 拌杯可能会掉落至该搅拌机座体外, 而造成使用上的不便。 发明内容
为解决现有技术所述不足之处, 本发明的目的是提供一种食材搅拌机的撹 拌杯, 即使使用者没有将手压在该杯体顶部, 该搅拌杯也不易因该刀具組或搅 拌机座体内的动力单元作动时所产生的震动, 而掉落至该搅拌机座体外, 并且, 由于该座体为金属材质所制, 所以不易因该刀具組作动时所产生的高温, 而产 生劣化、 变形, 以避免该杯体内的液体渗出。
为达上述目的, 本发明提出一种食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 该搅拌杯包括: 一杯体, 底壁内側设有一刀具組, 该刀具组包括一刀具本体及一设于该刀 具本体底部的连结件;
一座体, 为金属材质所制, 且设于该杯体底壁外側, 该座体底面向内凹陷 成一第一凹槽, 一垂重块叠设于该座体的底面, 且该垂重块与该座体之间夹设 一减震垫, 该连结件朝向该座体底面或该垂重块底面形成突出, 该连结件连结 一动力单元的轴部。
所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其中, 该座体顶面向内凹陷成一第二凹槽, 该杯体下半部局部设于该第二凹槽内, 且沿该第二凹槽的槽口口缘设有一第一 防水垫圈。
所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其中, 该刀具本体外側与该座体连接处, 设 有一第二防水垫圈。
所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其中, 该座体底面更设一连结框体, 该连结 框体底面设有一凸片。
所述的食材搅拌机的攬拌杯, 其中, 该垂重块朝向该连结框体的框口, 该 连结框体的框口口缘设有一齿排, 该垂重块底面设有一凸齿件, 该凸齿件与该 齿排形成啮合。
所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其中, 该垂重块一侧的缘边设有一沟槽, 该 减震垫为一环体且设于该沟槽内。
所述的食材攬拌机的搅拌杯, 其中, 该杯体为透明材质所制, 且该杯体外 側设有刻度。
本发明的搅拌杯主要是利用该垂重块, 使得该搅拌杯整体重量上升, 再配 合该减震垫, 所以该搅拌杯在使用时, 即使使用者没有将手压在该杯体顶部, 该搅拌杯也不易因该刀具组或搅拌机座体内的动力单元作动时所产生的震动, 而掉落至该搅拌机座体外, 并且, 由于该座体为金属材质所制, 所以不易因该 刀具組作动时所产生的高温, 而产生劣化、 变形, 以避免该杯体内的液体渗出。 附图说明

请参阅图 2配合图 3所示, 该杯体 1为透明材质所制, 且外侧设有一刻度 11, 令使用者得以观察内部液体的总量。 且该杯体 1底壁内侧设有一刀具組 2, 该刀具组 2包括一刀具本体 21 ,该刀具本体 21底部设有一连结件 22 ,该连结件 22可供与搅拌机座体的动力单元的轴部形成连接, 以带动该刀具本体 21顶部的 刀具 23转动。 其中, 由于该搅拌机座体并非本发明主要述求, 所以图 1至图 4 均未显示出。
一座体 3 :
请参阅图 2配合图 3所示,该座体 3为金属材质所制且设于该杯体 1底壁外 侧, 且顶面向内凹陷成一第二凹槽 31 , 以令该杯体 1下半部设于该第二凹槽 31 内时, 以形成较为稳固的连接, 且沿该第二凹槽 31的槽口口缘设有一第一防水 垫團 32, 来避免外界液体流入该第二凹槽 31 内。
请参阅图 2配合图 3所示, 该座体 3底面向内凹陷形成一第一凹槽 34 , — 垂重块 4叠设于该座体 3底面, 而增加该搅拌杯 A整体的重量, 以令该撹拌杯 A在使用时,使用者较不用由上而下压住该搅拌杯 A,所以可解决现有技术所述 不足之处。 且, 为避免该动力单元在带动该刀具组 2转动的过程中, 该搅拌杯 A 承受不住该动力单元所提供转动的能量而损毁, 该垂重块 4与该座体 3之间夹 设一减震垫 5,并且沿该垂重块 4顶面的缘边设有一沟槽 41,该减震垫 5为一环 体, 且设于该沟槽 41 内, 以令该减震垫 5得以稳固设于该垂重块 4及该座体 3 之间。
并且该连结件 22朝向该座体 3底壁或该垂重块 4底面形成突出, 而本说明 书的附图所呈现的是该连结件 22较佳实施例, 该连结件 22以朝向该垂重块 4 底面突出, 来让该连结件 22可供连结一动力单元的轴部而形成连动。 其中, 该 刀具本体 21外側且与该座体 3连接处, 设有一第二防水垫團 33 , 以避免液体流 入该第二凹槽 31 内。
请参阅图 2配合图 4所示, 于该第一凹槽 34内更设一连结框体 6, 该连结 框体 6底面设有一凸片 61 , 以令该搅拌杯 A在放置于该搅伴机座体顶面时, 该 凸片 61可供连接该搅拌机座体的安全装置,之后该搅拌机座体才得以开始作动。 并且, 沿该连结框体 6的框口口缘设一齿排 62 , 该垂重块 4朝向该连结框体 6 的框口, 并于底面设一凸齿件 42, 该凸齿件 42与该齿排 62形成啮合, 以令该 座体 3、 该垂重块 4、 及该连结框体 6三者形成较稳固的连结。
综上所述, 本发明确实符合产业利用性, 且未于申请前见于刊物或公开使 用, 亦未为公众所知悉, 且具有非显而易知性, 符合可专利的要件, 爰依法提 出专利申请。
然而上述所陈, 为本发明在产业上一较佳实施例, 举凡依本发明申请专利 范围所作的均等变化, 皆属本发明诉求标的的范畴。

Claims

权 利 要 求 一种食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 包括:
一杯体, 底壁内侧设有一刀具组, 该刀具組包括一刀具本体及一设于该刀 具本体底部的连结件;
一座体, 为金属材质所制, 且设于该杯体底壁外侧, 该座体底面向内四陷 成一第一凹槽, 一垂重块叠设于该座体的底面, 且该垂重块与该座体之间夹设 一减震垫, 该连结件朝向该座体底面或该垂重块底面形成突出, 该连结件连结 一动力单元的轴部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 该座体顶面向 内凹陷成一第二凹槽, 该杯体下半部局部设于该第二凹槽内, 且沿该第二凹槽 的槽口口缘设有一第一防水垫團。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 该刀具本体外 侧与该座体连接处, 设有一第二防水垫團。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 该座体底面更 设一连结框体, 该连结框体底面设有一凸片。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 该垂重块朝向 该连结框体的框口, 该连结框体的框口口缘设有一齿排, 该垂重块底面设有一 凸齿件, 该凸齿件与该齿排形成啮合。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的食材搅拌机的撹拌杯, 其特征在于, 该垂重块一側 的缘边设有一沟槽, 该减震垫为一环体且设于该沟槽内。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的食材搅拌机的搅拌杯, 其特征在于, 该杯体为透明 材质所制, 且该杯体外侧设有刻度。
