Abstract
Description
本発明の組換え細胞では、細胞内で発現されたGPP合成酵素の作用によってイソペンテニル二リン酸(IPP)からGPPが合成され、及び/又は、細胞内で発現されたNPP合成酵素の作用によってIPPからNPPが合成される。さらに、細胞内で発現されたβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の作用によって、GPP及び/又はNPPからβ-フェランドレンが合成される。その結果、本発明の組換え細胞を培養することにより、β-フェランドレンを高純度かつ大量に生産することができる。
(a)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(b)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、
(c)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。
(d)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、

(i)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。
NPP合成酵素、β-フェランドレン合成酵素、及びこれらをコードする核酸についても同様である。
配列番号1に上記シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(DNA)の塩基配列と対応のアミノ酸配列、配列番号2にアミノ酸配列のみを示す。配列番号1で表される塩基配列を有するDNAは、GPP合成酵素をコードする核酸の一例となる。
(a)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(b)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、

なお(c)におけるアミノ酸配列の相同性については、より好ましくは80%以上、さらに好ましくは90%以上、特に好ましくは95%以上である。
配列番号3に上記トマト由来NPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(DNA)の塩基配列と対応のアミノ酸配列、配列番号4にアミノ酸配列のみを示す。配列番号3で表される塩基配列を有するDNAは、NPP合成酵素をコードする核酸の一例となる。
(d)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(e)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつネリル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、

なお(f)におけるアミノ酸配列の相同性については、より好ましくは80%以上、さらに好ましくは90%以上、特に好ましくは95%以上である。
配列番号5に上記トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(DNA)の塩基配列と対応のアミノ酸配列、配列番号6にアミノ酸配列のみを示す。
配列番号7に上記ラベンダー由来のβ-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(DNA)の塩基配列と対応のアミノ酸配列、配列番号8にアミノ酸配列のみを示す。
配列番号5又は配列番号7で表される塩基配列を有するDNAは、β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸の一例となる。
(g)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(h)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、
(i)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。
なお(i)におけるアミノ酸配列の相同性については、より好ましくは80%以上、さらに好ましくは90%以上、特に好ましくは95%以上である。
真核細胞の例としては、酵母、糸状菌、真核微細藻類、植物細胞、動物細胞が挙げられる。
例えば、宿主細胞が細菌等の原核生物の場合には、当該ベクターとして、宿主細胞において自立複製可能ないしは染色体中への組み込みが可能で、挿入された上記核酸(DNA)を転写できる位置にプロモーターを含有しているものを用いることができる。例えば、当該ベクターを用いて、プロモーター、リボソーム結合配列、上記核酸(DNA)、および転写終結配列からなる一連の構成を宿主細胞内で構築することが好ましい。
酵母で作動可能なプロモーターの種類は特に限定されないが、例えば、イソクエン酸リアーゼ遺伝子のプロモーター、AOX1プロモーター、GAPDHプロモーター、PHO5プロモーター、グリセルアルデヒド-3-リン酸デヒドロゲナーゼ(TDH3)プロモーター、ADHIプロモーター、MFα1プロモーター、およびGAL10プロモーターなどを用いることができる。
メバロン酸経路は真核生物が備えているものであり、アセチルCoAを出発物質としている。メバロン酸経路で作用する酵素としては、上流から順に、アセチルCoAアセチルトランスフェラーゼ、HMG-CoAシンターゼ、HMG-CoAレダクターゼ、メバロン酸キナーゼ、5-ホスホメバロン酸キナーゼ、ジホスホメバロン酸デカルボキシラーゼ、が挙げられる。
メバロン酸経路で作用する酵素群としては、アセチルCoAアセチルトランスフェラーゼ、HMG-CoAシンターゼ、HMG-CoAレダクターゼ、メバロン酸キナーゼ、5-ホスホメバロン酸キナーゼ、ジホスホメバロン酸デカルボキシラーゼ、イソペンテニル二リン酸イソメラーゼが挙げられる。このうち、例えば、HMG-CoAシンターゼ、HMG-CoAレダクターゼ、メバロン酸キナーゼ、5-ホスホメバロン酸キナーゼ、ジホスホメバロン酸デカルボキシラーゼ、及びイソペンテニル二リン酸イソメラーゼからなる酵素群が宿主細胞内で発現するように、導入する核酸を選択すればよい。
細菌では、Lactobacillus helvecticus (Smeds A et al., DNA seq. 2001, 12(3), 187-190)、Corynebacterium amycolatum、Mycobacterium marinum、Bacillus coagulans、Enterococcus faecalis、Streptococuss agalactiae、Myxococcus xanthus等が挙げられる(Lombard J. et al., Mol. Biol. Evol. 2010, 28(1), 87-99)。
アーキアでは、Aeropyrum属、Sulfolobus属、Desulfurococcus属、Thermoproteus属、Halobacterium属、Methanococcus属、Thermococcus属、Pyrococcus属、Methanopyrus属、Thermoplasma属等が挙げられる(Lombard J. et al., Mol. Biol. Evol. 2010, 28(1), 87-99)。
上記メバロン酸経路で作用する酵素群の由来としては特に限定はないが、酵母又は放線菌のメバロン酸経路で作用する酵素群が特に好ましく採用される。
組換え細胞が好気性や偏性嫌気性の場合には、例えば、液体培地を用いた通気・撹拌培養を行うことができる。
組換え細胞が絶対嫌気性の場合には、例えば、気相を高純度もしくは脱酸素処理された窒素等のガスで置換し、さらに培養液も硫化ナトリウム、システイン等の還元剤を適量添加することにより、培養を行うことができる。
培地についても、組換え細胞が成育する培地であれば特に限定はない。培地の主たる炭素原としては、糖類やタンパク質分解物のような有機炭素原を用いることが好ましい。糖類としては、単糖(グルコース等)、二糖(マルトース等)、オリゴ糖、多糖(デンプン等)、糖アルコールなどが挙げられる。タンパク質分解物としては、ペプトン、トリプトン、カザミノ酸などが挙げられる。
トマト(Solanum lycopersicum)由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号9と配列番号10で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、トマト由来NPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(トマト由来NPP合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号3、GenBank Accession No.: FJ797956)を増幅した。得られた核酸をNdeI及びEcoRIで切断した後、pET23aベクター(Novagen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、トマト由来NPP合成酵素発現ベクターpT21TNPPを作製した。
トマト由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号11と配列番号12で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号5、GenBank Accession No.: FJ797957)を増幅した。得られた核酸をNcoI及びBamHIで切断した後、pACYCDuet-1ベクター(Novagen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素発現ベクターpACTPDを作製した。
上記(1)、(2)で得られた発現ベクターpT23TNPP及びpACTPDを大腸菌BL21(DE3)株に導入し、β-フェランドレン生産能を有する組換え大腸菌BL21BPD1を作製した。
コントロールとして、核酸が挿入されていないpET23aベクターのみを導入した組換え大腸菌、並びに、核酸が挿入されていないpACYCDuet-1ベクターのみを導入した組換え大腸菌を別途作製した。
組換え大腸菌BL21BPD1をアンピシリン100μg/mLおよびクロラムフェニコール34μg/mLを含む2×YT培地(1.6% (w/v)Bacto Tripton, 1%(w/v) Yeast Extract, 0.5%(w/v)NaCl)にて、30℃、110rpm(旋回)の条件で30時間培養した。この際、培養開始から16時間後に密閉系にした。培養終了後、遠心分離により菌体と培養上清を得た。
菌体を破砕し、破砕液の上清をペンタンで抽出した。この抽出画分をガスクロマトグラフィーにて分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。また、気相画分を分析したところ、気相にもβ-フェランドレンが検出された。
培養上清についてもペンタンで抽出した。この抽出画分をガスクロマトグラフィーにて分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。
一方、pET23aベクターあるいはpACYCDuet-1ベクターのみを導入したコントロールの組換え大腸菌では、菌体、培養上清、及び気相のいずれからもβ-フェランドレンは検出されなかった。
以上のことから、トマト由来NPP合成酵素遺伝子とトマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子を導入した組換え大腸菌を培養することにより、β-フェランドレンを生産できることが示された。また生産されたβ-フェランドレンは、菌体、培養上清、及び気相から回収可能であった。
シロイヌナズナ(Arabidopsis thaliana)由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号13と配列番号14で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号1、GenBank Accession No: Y17376)を増幅した。得られた核酸をNdeI及びEcoRIで切断した後、pET23aベクター(Novagen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素発現ベクターpT23AGPPを作製した。
ラベンダー(Lavandula angustifolia)由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号15と配列番号16で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号7、GenBank Accession No.: HQ404305)を増幅した。得られた核酸をNcoI及びEcoRIで切断した後、pACYCDuet-1ベクター(Novagen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素発現ベクターpACLPDを作製した。
上記(1)、(2)で得られた発現ベクターpT23AGPP及びpACLPDを大腸菌BL21(DE3)株に導入し、β-フェランドレン生産能を有する組換え大腸菌BL21BPD2を作製した。
コントロールとして、核酸が挿入されていないpET23aベクターのみを導入した組換え大腸菌、並びに、核酸が挿入されていないpACYCDuet-1ベクターのみを導入した組換え大腸菌を別途作製した。
組換え大腸菌BL21BPD2をアンピシリン100μg/mLおよびクロラムフェニコール34μg/mLを含む2×YT培地にて、30℃、110rpm(旋回)の条件で30時間培養した。この際、培養開始から16時間後に密閉系にした。培養終了後、遠心分離により菌体と培養上清を得た。
菌体を破砕し、破砕液の上清をペンタンで抽出した。この抽出画分をガスクロマトグラフィーにて分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。
培養上清についてもペンタンで抽出した。この抽出画分をガスクロマトグラフィーにて分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。また、気相画分を分析したところ、気相にもβ-フェランドレンが検出された。
一方、pET23aベクターあるいはpACYCDuet-1ベクターのみを導入したコントロールの組換え大腸菌では、菌体、培養上清、及び気相のいずれからもβ-フェランドレンは検出されなかった。
以上のことから、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素遺伝子とラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子を導入した組換え大腸菌を培養することにより、β-フェランドレンを生産できることが示された。また生産されたβ-フェランドレンは、菌体、培養上清、及び気相から回収可能であった。
トマト由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号13と配列番号14で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、トマト由来NPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(トマト由来NPP合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号3、GenBank Accession No:FJ797956)を増幅した。得られた核酸をBamHIで切断した後、pPIC3.5Kベクター(Invitrogen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、トマト由来NPP合成酵素発現ベクターpP3.5TNPPを作製した。
トマト由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号19と配列番号20で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号5、GenBank Accession No:FJ797957)を増幅した。得られた核酸をBamHIで切断した後、pPIC3.5Kベクター(Invitrogen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、トマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素発現ベクターpP3.5TPDを作製した。
メタノール資化性酵母Pichia pastoris GS115株(Invitrogen社)を、上記(1)、(2)で得られた発現ベクターpP3.5TNPP及びpP3.5TPDの等量混合物で形質転換した。形質転換の方法は、Invitrogen社のマニュアル(No.25-0156、No. 25-0043)に従って行った。マルチコピーの遺伝子導入体を得るために、1.5mg/mL濃度のGeneticin(Invitrogen社)耐性株を取得した。これにより、トマト由来NPP合成酵素遺伝子及びトマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子をそれぞれ複数コピー保持する組換え酵母GSNP-1を取得した。
コントロールとして、核酸が挿入されていないpPIC3.5Kベクターのみを導入した、1.5mg/mL濃度のGeneticin(Invitrogen社)耐性株を取得した(組換え酵母GS115)。
GSNP-1をMGY培地(1.34%(w/v) YNB, 1%(w/v) glycerol, 4 X 10-5 %(w/v) biotin; YMB:13.4%(w/v) yeast nitrogen base, 10%(w/v)ammonium sulfate)(Invitrogen社マニュアルNo. 25-0043)にて前培養した後、菌体を回収し、回収菌体をFermentation basal salts培地(85% Phosphoric acid 26.7 ml, Calcium sulfate 0.093%(w/v), Potassium sulfate 1.82%(w/v), Magnesium sulfate-7H2O 1.49%(w/v), Potassium hydroxide 0.413%(w/v), Glycerol 4.0%(w/v))(Invitrogen社マニュアルVer.B 053002)にて64時間本培養した。この際、培養開始から24時間後に密閉系にした。導入した酵素遺伝子の発現誘導のために、培養開始から24時間経過時と48時間経過時に、1/200容の100%メタノールを培養液に添加した。培養終了後、遠心分離により菌体及び培養上清を回収した。
菌体をガラスビーズ法(Invitrogen社マニュアルNo. 25-0043)によって破砕し、上清を得た。この上清のペンタン抽出物をガスクロマトグラフィーで分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。
培養上清についてもペンタンで抽出した。この抽出画分をガスクロマトグラフィーにて分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。また、気相画分を分析したところ、気相にもβ-フェランドレンが検出された。
一方、pPIC3.5Kベクターのみを導入したコントロールの組換え酵母GS115では、菌体、培養上清、及び気相のいずれからもβ-フェランドレンは検出されなかった。
以上のことから、トマト由来NPP合成酵素遺伝子とトマト由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子を導入した組換え酵母を培養することにより、β-フェランドレンを生産できることが示された。また生産されたβ-フェランドレンは、菌体、培養上清、及び気相から回収可能であった。
シロイヌナズナ由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号21と配列番号22で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素をコードする核酸(シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号1、GenBank Accession No.: Y17376)を増幅した。得られた核酸をBamHIで切断した後、pPIC3.5Kベクター(Invitrogen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素発現ベクターpP3.5AGPPを作製した。
ラベンダー由来の全RNAを鋳型とし、配列番号23と配列番号24で表されるプライマーを使用したRT-PCRによって、ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸(ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子、配列番号7、GenBank Accession No.: HQ404305)を増幅した。得られた核酸をEcoRIで切断した後、pPIC3.5Kベクター(Invitrogen社)に導入した。ベクターに導入された核酸の塩基配列を確認し、相違ないことを確認した。これにより、ラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素発現ベクターpP3.5LPDを作製した。
メタノール資化性酵母Pichia pastoris GS115株(Invitrogen社)を、上記(1)、(2)で得られた発現ベクターpP3.5AGPP及びpP3.5LPDの等量混合物で形質転換した。形質転換の方法は、Invitrogen社のマニュアル(No.25-0156、No. 25-0043)に従って行った。マルチコピーの遺伝子導入体を得るために、1.5mg/mL濃度のGeneticin(Invitrogen社)耐性株を取得した。これにより、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素遺伝子及びラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子をそれぞれ複数コピー保持する組換え酵母GSNP-2を取得した。
GSNP-2をMGY培地(Invitrogen社マニュアルNo. 25-0043)にて前培養した後、菌体を回収し、回収菌体をFermentation basal salts培地(Invitrogen社マニュアルVer.B 053002)にて64時間本培養した。導入した酵素遺伝子の発現誘導のために、培養開始から24時間経過時と48時間経過時に、1/200容の100%メタノールを培養液に添加した。この際、培養開始から24時間後に密閉系にした。培養終了後、遠心分離により菌体及び培養上清を回収した。
菌体をガラスビーズ法(Invitrogen社マニュアルNo. 25-0043)によって破砕し、上清を得た。この上清のペンタン抽出物をガスクロマトグラフィーで分析したところ、β-フェランドレンが検出された。

一方、pPIC3.5Kベクターのみを導入したコントロールの組換え酵母GS115(実施例3で作製)では、菌体、培養上清、及び気相のいずれからもβ-フェランドレンは検出されなかった。
以上のことから、シロイヌナズナ由来GPP合成酵素遺伝子とラベンダー由来β-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子を導入した組換え酵母を培養することにより、β-フェランドレンを生産できることが示された。また生産されたβ-フェランドレンは、菌体、培養上清、及び気相から回収可能であった。
ROFSNSによるβ-フェランドレンの気相での生成量は750μg/L培養液であった。
pCSMVのNdeI-KpnI切断部位へ、配列番号30で示されるトマトNPP合成酵素遺伝子、ラベンダーβ-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子オペロンの合成核酸を導入し、放線菌メバロン酸経路遺伝子、トマトNPP合成酵素遺伝子、及びラベンダーβ-フェランドレン合成酵素遺伝子を含むpCSMVNSFSを構築した。発現ベクターpCSMVNSFSを大腸菌Rosetta2(DE3)へ導入し、組換え大腸菌ROSMVNSFSを得た。
以上の結果と実施例5でのβ-フェランドレン生成量とから、放線菌MVA経路遺伝子をさらに導入することで、β-フェランドレンの産生量を増大させることが可能であった。
Claims (14)
- ゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素をコードする核酸及びネリル二リン酸合成酵素をコードする核酸からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1つの核酸と、β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸とが宿主細胞に導入されてなり、かつこれらの核酸が宿主細胞内で発現する、β-フェランドレン生産能を有する組換え細胞。
- 宿主細胞は、メタンモノオキシゲナーゼを有さないものである請求項1に記載の組換え細胞。
- 宿主細胞は、大腸菌又は酵母である請求項2に記載の組換え細胞。
- 組換え細胞の湿潤菌体1gあたり10mg以上のβ-フェランドレンを生産可能である請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞。
- ゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素をコードする核酸は、下記(a)、(b)又は(c)のタンパク質をコードするものである請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞。
(a)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(b)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、
(c)配列番号2で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつゲラニル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。 - ネリル二リン酸合成酵素をコードする核酸は、下記(d)、(e)又は(f)のタンパク質をコードするものである請求項1~5のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞。
(d)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(e)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつネリル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、
(f)配列番号4で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつネリル二リン酸合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。 - β-フェランドレン合成酵素をコードする核酸は、下記(g)、(h)又は(i)のタンパク質をコードするものである請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞。
(g)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列からなるタンパク質、
(h)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列において、1~20個のアミノ酸が欠失、置換若しくは付加されたアミノ酸配列からなり、かつβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質、
(i)配列番号6又は8で表されるアミノ酸配列と60%以上の相同性を示すアミノ酸配列を有し、かつβ-フェランドレン合成酵素の活性を有するタンパク質。 - イソペンテニル二リン酸の合成経路で作用する少なくとも1つの酵素をコードする核酸がさらに導入され、当該核酸が宿主細胞内で発現する請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞。
- イソペンテニル二リン酸の合成経路は、メバロン酸経路である請求項8に記載の組換え細胞。
- 前記メバロン酸経路は、酵母又は放線菌のメバロン酸経路である請求項9に記載の組換え細胞。
- 請求項1~10のいずれかに記載の組換え細胞を培養することにより、当該組換え細胞にβ-フェランドレンを生産させるβ-フェランドレンの生産方法。
- 組換え細胞の湿潤菌体1gあたり10mg以上のβ-フェランドレンを生産させる請求項11に記載のβ-フェランドレンの生産方法。
- 組換え細胞の細胞外に放出されたβ-フェランドレンを回収する請求項11又は12に記載のβ-フェランドレンの生産方法。
- 組換え細胞の培養系の気相からβ-フェランドレンを回収する請求項11~13のいずれかに記載のβ-フェランドレンの生産方法。
