Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine du traitement du bois, et porte en particulier sur un procédé pour produire un produit composite souple (1) comportant une couche de bois, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : - fournir des feuilles de bois (2) avec une épaisseur de 6/10 mm ; - coller lesdites feuilles (2) sur un revers de fibre textile (3) à l'aide d'un premier adhésif résistant à l'eau (4) ; et lequel comprend les étapes supplémentaires consistant à : - étaler un second adhésif vinylique (5) en dispersion aqueuse sur la surface desdites feuilles (2) appliquées audit revers (3) ; - sabler lesdites feuilles (2) revêtues par ledit second adhésif (5) ; - appliquer un vernis à deux composants (6) comprenant un mélange de résines synthétiques, de solvants organiques et de pigments à la surface desdites feuilles sablées (2), ledit vernis (6) étant obtenu par mélange d'un émail de finition avec un catalyseur basé sur des polyisocyanates, et d'un diluant basé sur un mélange de solvants organiques sans halogènes.
