Abstract
Mit einem SCR-Modul (1) für einen Hubkolben-Verbrennungsmotor (3), umfassend ein Gehäuse und/oder einen Rahmen, einen Abgasstrang (7), welcher einen Strömungskanal zum Durchleiten von Abgas begrenzt, mit einer Einlassöffnung (8) zum Einleiten des Abgases und einer Auslassöffnung (9) zum Ausleiten des Abgases, einen innerhalb des Strömungskanales angeordneten SCR-Katalysator (10), wenigstens ein Einspritzelement (11) zur Zugabe eines Reduktionsmittels, z. B. Ammoniak oder eine Harnstofflösung, zu dem durch den Strömungskanal geleiteten Abgas, sollen Hubkolben-Verbrennungsmotoren (3) mit unterschiedlichen Leistungen einfach, zuverlässig und kostengünstig mit einer Einrichtung zur selektiven katalytischen Reduktion der Abgase ausgestattet werden können. Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, dass das SCR-Modul (1) wenigstens eine Fördervorrichtung (13) zur Zuführung des Reduktionsmittels zu dem Einspritzelement (11) mit einem vorgegebenen Druck umfasst.
