Description
本发明涉及显示面板生产技术领域,特别是涉及一种背光模组及显示面板。
随着显示面板的不断普及,对显示面板各组件功能的要求越来越高。
请参阅图1,图1为现有技术中侧入光式发光二极管(Light Emitting Diode,
LED)背光模组的截面结构示意图,该侧入光式LED背光模组包括前框11以及胶框12。
请参阅图2,图2为前框11的立体结构示意图。为了将前框11和胶框12进行固定,现有技术大多是将前框11的各侧边框111设计为倒“L”形,之后通过螺丝(图未标示)将所述前框11的各侧边框111固定在所述胶框12上。
但是上述固定方式存在较多缺点,首先由于需要将前框11的各侧边框111经过冲压制程形成倒“L”形,不仅过程复杂,而且需要使用大量的金属材料,造成成本的浪费;而且由于需要对各侧边框111进行锁附,造成人力的浪费,进而也提高了成本;而所述前框11弯折后占用了背光模组的空间,不利于背光模组窄边框的设计。
因此,需解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题。
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种背光模组,以将前框和胶框进行固定的程序进行简化,降低固定程序的成本,提高固定程序的效率,使得背光模组利于窄边框的设计。

所述前框中间镂空,所述前框包括相对设置的第一侧边框和第二侧边框,该相对的第一侧边框和第二侧边框对应插设于所述第一承接件和第二承接件的插槽内;所述前框还包括一第三侧边框,该第三侧边框位于所述第一侧边框和第二侧边框之间,所述第三侧边框相对所述前框的平面凸起一固定件,所述前框通过所述固定件固定连接所述胶框。
在本发明一实施例中:所述前框还包括与所述第三侧边框相对设置的第四侧边框,而所述胶框对应设置第三承接件,所述第三承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧设置有插槽,所述第四侧边框卡合连接于所述第三承接件的插槽内。
在本发明一实施例中:所述第一、第二、第四侧边框均为平板状。
在本发明一实施例中:所述固定件设置有固定孔,所述胶框对应设置有螺孔,所述固定件通过螺接方式固定连接所述胶框。

所述胶框21包括胶框主体211,所述胶框主体211包括一用于设置面板的支撑面212,所述胶框21还包括有第一承接件213、第二承接件214以及第三承接件215,所述第一承接件213、第二承接件214以及第三承接件215相对所述胶框主体211的支撑面212凸起。其中所述第一承接件213和第二承接件214位于所述胶框主体211相对的两侧边,所述第三承接件215位于所述第一承接件213和所述第二承接件214之间。
在本实施例中,所述第一承接件213朝向所述支撑面212的内侧设置有第一插槽2131,所述第二承接件214朝向所述支撑面212的内侧设置有第二插槽2141,所述第三承接件215朝向所述支撑面212的内侧设置有第三插槽2151。
所述第一插槽2131、第二插槽2141以及第三插槽2151可由相应的承接件凹陷形成,当然也可以通过其它方式形成,譬如相应的承接件的内侧面形成两相互平行的长条状凸起,该两长条状凸起的中间可形成插槽。
请参阅图4,图4为本发明提供的前框22的较佳实施例结构示意图。
所述前框22中间镂空,所述前框22包括有第一侧边框221、第二侧边框222、第三侧边框223以及第四侧边框224。其中所述第一侧边框221和所述第二侧边框222相对设置,所述第三侧边框223和第四侧边框224相对设置。所述第一侧边框221、第二侧边框222和第四侧边框224均为平板状。
当然所述第一侧边框221、第二侧边框222和第四侧边框224也可以为其它的形状,只要能够与相应的插槽适配连接,并将所述前框22卡合固定于所述胶框21即可,此处不一一列举。
请参阅图5,图5为所述前框22和所述胶框21连接后的剖视结构示意图。
在将所述前框22连接至图3所示的所述胶框21时,将所述第一侧边框221和第二侧边框222分别插入所述第一承接件213的第一插槽2131和第二承接件214的第二插槽2141内,并推动所述前框22沿着所述第一插槽2131以及第二插槽2141滑动,直至将所述第四侧边框224卡合连接于所述第三承接件215的第三插槽2151内。
之后,所述前框22通过所述第三侧边框223固定连接所述胶框21,从而将所述面板30固定于所述前框22和胶框21之间。
作为本发明一较佳实施例,在图4中,所述第三侧边框223相对所述前框22的平面凸起一固定件225,所述固定件225设置有固定孔(图未标示),而所述胶框21相应位置对应设置有螺孔(图未标示),所述固定孔通过螺母与所述螺孔螺接,进而将所述前框22固定连接所述胶框21,从而将所述面板30固定于所述前框22和胶框21之间。当然,也可以有其它的固定方式,只要能够将所述前框22固定连接所述胶框21即可,譬如焊接等,此处不一一列举。
本发明还提供一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括本发明提供的背光模组,其中所述背光模组包括前框22和胶框21。
所述胶框21包括胶框主体211,所述胶框主体211包括一用于设置面板的支撑面212,所述胶框21还包括有第一承接件213和第二承接件214,所述第一承接件213和第二承接件214位于所述胶框主体211相对的两侧边、并相对所述胶框主体211的支撑面212凸起;所述第一承接件213朝向所述支撑面212的内侧设置有第一插槽2131,所述第二承接件214朝向所述支撑面212的内侧设置有第二槽2141。
而所述前框22镂空,所述前框22包括相对设置的第一侧边框221和第二侧边框222,该相对的第一侧边框221和第二侧边框222对应插设于所述第一承接件213的第一插槽2131和第二承接件214的第二槽2141内。所述前框22还包括一第三侧边框223,该第三侧边框223位于所述第一侧边框221和第二侧边框222之间,所述前框22通过所述第三侧边框223固定连接所述胶框21。关于所述显示面板中背光模组的详细描述请参阅上文,此处不再赘述。
本发明在胶框设置相对的第一承接件和第二承接件,且第一承接件和第二承接件的内侧均设置有插槽,前框相对设置的第一侧边框和第二侧边框对应插设于所述第一承接件和第二承接件的插槽内,并通过第三侧边框固定连接胶框。显然,本发明不仅固定方式简洁,提高了固定程序的效率,还使得背光模组利于窄边框的设计。
综上所述,虽然本发明已以优选实施例揭露如上,但上述优选实施例并非用以限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。
Claims (16)
- 一种背光模组,包括前框和胶框,其中所述胶框包括胶框主体,所述胶框主体包括一用于设置面板的支撑面,所述胶框还包括有第一承接件和第二承接件,所述第一承接件和第二承接件位于所述胶框主体相对的两侧边、并相对所述胶框主体的支撑面凸起;所述第一承接件和第二承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧均凹陷形成有插槽;所述前框中间镂空,所述前框包括相对设置的第一侧边框和第二侧边框,该相对的第一侧边框和第二侧边框对应插设于所述第一承接件和第二承接件的插槽内;所述前框还包括一第三侧边框,该第三侧边框位于所述第一侧边框和第二侧边框之间,所述第三侧边框相对所述前框的平面凸起一固定件,所述前框通过所述固定件固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中所述前框还包括与所述第三侧边框相对设置的第四侧边框,而所述胶框对应设置第三承接件,所述第三承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧设置有插槽,所述第四侧边框卡合连接于所述第三承接件的插槽内。
- 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中所述第一、第二、第四侧边框均为平板状。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中所述固定件设置有固定孔,所述胶框对应设置有螺孔,所述固定件通过螺接方式固定连接所述胶框。
- 一种背光模组,包括前框和胶框,其中所述胶框包括胶框主体,所述胶框主体包括一用于设置面板的支撑面,所述胶框还包括有第一承接件和第二承接件,所述第一承接件和第二承接件位于所述胶框主体相对的两侧边、并相对所述胶框主体的支撑面凸起;所述第一承接件和第二承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧均设置有插槽;所述前框中间镂空,所述前框包括相对设置的第一侧边框和第二侧边框,该相对的第一侧边框和第二侧边框对应插设于所述第一承接件和第二承接件的插槽内;所述前框还包括一第三侧边框,该第三侧边框位于所述第一侧边框和第二侧边框之间,所述前框通过所述第三侧边框固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中所述第三侧边框相对所述前框的平面凸起一固定件,所述前框通过所述固定件固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中所述前框还包括与所述第三侧边框相对设置的第四侧边框,而所述胶框对应设置第三承接件,所述第三承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧设置有插槽,所述第四侧边框卡合连接于所述第三承接件的插槽内。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中所述第一、第二、第四侧边框均为平板状。
- 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中所述固定件设置有固定孔,所述胶框对应设置有螺孔,所述固定件通过螺接方式固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求7所述的背光模组,其中所述第一、第二、第三承接件的凹槽均通过凹陷方式形成。
- 一种显示面板,其中包括一背光模组,所述背光模组包括前框和胶框,所述胶框包括胶框主体,所述胶框主体包括一用于设置面板的支撑面,所述胶框还包括有第一承接件和第二承接件,所述第一承接件和第二承接件位于所述胶框主体相对的两侧边、并相对所述胶框主体的支撑面凸起;所述第一承接件和第二承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧均设置有插槽;所述前框中间镂空,所述前框包括相对设置的第一侧边框和第二侧边框,该相对的第一侧边框和第二侧边框对应插设于所述第一承接件和第二承接件的插槽内;所述前框还包括一第三侧边框,该第三侧边框位于所述第一侧边框和第二侧边框之间,所述前框通过所述第三侧边框固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求11所述的显示面板,其中所述第三侧边框相对所述前框平面凸起一固定件,所述前框通过所述固定件固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中所述前框还包括与所述第三侧边框相对设置的第四侧边框,而所述胶框对应设置第三承接件,所述第三承接件朝向所述支撑面的内侧设置有插槽,所述第四侧边框卡合连接于所述第三承接件的插槽内。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示面板,其中所述第一、第二、第四侧边框均为平板状。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示面板,其中所述固定件设置有固定孔,所述胶框对应设置有螺孔,所述固定件通过螺接方式固定连接所述胶框。
- 根据权利要求13所述的背光模组,其中所述第一、第二、第三承接件的凹槽均通过凹陷方式形成。
