Abstract
Description
例えば、従来では、ベゼルと表示器本体とを別々に梱包して輸送している。この場合、ベゼルを表示器本体に取り付けた状態で梱包して輸送できれば、梱包と輸送にかかる費用を削減することができる。
なお、ベゼルの取り付けには、スナップフィットとなるクリップを使用する場合がある(例えば、特許文献1参照)。
また、特許文献2には、部材間の仮止めが可能な連結具が開示されている。
しかしながら、部材の弾性を利用して部材間を係合固定するスナップフィットは、部材間を強固に組み付けるので、表示器の取り付け段階でベゼルを外す際に、ベゼルあるいは表示器本体を損傷させてしまう可能性があった。
また、スナップフィットが完全に係合しない状態で梱包した場合には、梱包中で外れたベゼルが表示器本体にぶつかって損傷する可能性があり、反対に梱包に印加された外力で予期せず係合固定(本固定)されてしまう可能性もある。
しかしながら、雄パーツが誤って2段目まで差し込まれないようにするため、雄パーツと雌パーツに複雑な係合構造を設ける必要がある。従って、連結具自体の製造が難しく、この連結具を利用する電子機器のコスト上昇にもつながる。
実施の形態1.
図1は、天井吊り下げタイプの表示器を示す斜視図であり、図2は、図1の表示器の分解斜視図である。図1において、表示器1は、車室内の天井に設置される吊り下げタイプの表示器である。ベゼル2は、表示器本体3Aの外周を覆うように取り付けられる。
表示モニタ3が閉じた状態から開閉ボタン4を押下することで、図1の矢印方向に表示モニタ3が開く。後部座席に着座した乗員は、開状態とした表示モニタ3の表示画面3aを介して映像音響を視聴することができる。
なお、図3を用いて後述するように、表示器本体3Aの取付部6に形成した係止孔7にクリップ5を挿入することで、ベゼル2の表示器本体3Aへの仮止めと本止め(本装着)が行われる。すなわち、ベゼル2を第1の部材とし、表示器本体3Aの取付部6を第2の部材として、この発明に係る部材間の仮止め構造が適用される。
ベゼル2は、表示器本体3Aを車室天井にねじ止め固定した後に本装着されるが、この発明に係る部材間の仮止め構造を適用することで、表示器本体3Aを天井に固定する以前においても、ベゼル2は、表示器本体3Aの取付部6に仮止めされる。これにより、梱包を1つにまとめることができるため、梱包と輸送にかかる費用を低減できる。
クリップ5は、図3(a)に示すように、例えば外側が凸に曲がった形状を有した複数のアンカー部5aから構成されており、自由状態で外側(取付リブ2bから離間する方向)に広がっている。
クリップ5をさらに挿入すると、アンカー部5aが内側に弾性変形して、凸の部分5a-1のみが係止孔7の内壁に当接した状態となる。
この後、さらにクリップ5を挿入していくと、凸の部分5a-1が、クリップ5の挿入方向に係止孔7の内壁を摺動する。すなわち、凸の部分5a-1が係止孔7の内壁に当接している状態では、アンカー部5aの弾性変形による反力は大きいが、係止孔7の内壁との接触面積が最も小さくなるため、上記反力以上の力をかけることで、クリップ5を挿入する方向にも抜く方向にも移動させることができる。
このとき、アンカー部5aは自由状態に近い状態まで外側に広がり、凸の部分5a-1よりも先の部分が係止孔7の開口縁部を強く圧接してクリップ5の抜け止めとなる。このようにして、クリップ5は係止孔7に完全に係止される。
また、ストッパリブ2aが取付部6側に当接して、クリップ5が図3(b)に示す挿入位置よりも挿入方向へ移動することが規制される。これにより、アンカー部5aが完全に係止孔7から外れる位置まで移動することを防止できる。
また、スペーサリング8は、クリップ5を通す貫通孔8aを形成したリング形状の仮止め用部材である。
このとき、クリップ5のアンカー部5aは内側(取付リブ2bに接近する方向)に弾性変形して、図4(a)に示すように、凸の部分5a-1のみが係止孔7の内壁に当接した挿入位置(以下、仮止め挿入位置と呼ぶ)となる。
なお、ストッパリブ2aがスペーサリング8に当接してクリップ5の挿入方向への移動が規制されて仮止め挿入位置が維持されるので、ベゼル2または取付部6に外力がかかっても、簡単に仮止め挿入位置から本装着されることはない。
このとき、クリップ5のアンカー部5aは、弾性復元して自由状態に近い状態まで外側に広がり、凸の部分5a-1よりも先の部分(図4(b)中で斜線を付した部分)が係止孔7の開口縁部を強く圧接する。
ベゼル2を取付部6に本装着する場合、仮止め挿入位置にあるクリップ5を筒状部9bから引き抜いてスリーブ9を外してから、ストッパリブ2aの端面が取付部6に当接するまでクリップ5を係止孔7に挿入する。
例えば、ストッパリブ2aの端面に当接可能な小片を仮止め用部材として用いる。この場合、サポータリブ6aに小片を配置してからストッパリブ2aの端面が小片に当接するまでクリップ5を係止孔7に挿入することで、ベゼル2が取付部6に仮止めされる。

- 第1の部材を第2の部材に仮止めする部材間の仮止め構造において、
前記第1の部材に形成された取付リブに取り付けられ、前記第2の部材に設けた係止孔に挿入されて外側に広がった状態に弾性復元することにより前記係止孔に係止される複数のアンカー部からなるクリップと、
前記取付リブと並んで前記第1の部材に形成されたストッパリブと、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との間に装着されると、前記複数のアンカー部が内側に弾性変形した仮止め挿入位置で前記ストッパリブに当接して前記クリップの挿入方向への移動を規制する仮止め用部材とを備えることを特徴とする部材間の仮止め構造。 - 前記複数のアンカー部は、外側が凸に曲がった形状を有しており、
