实施例 1 :
如图 2所示, 搬运装置 3包括: 基座 31和支撑臂 32, 基座 31可沿走道进 行如图所示的左右方向上的移动, 并能够控制支撑臂 32实现升降、 旋转以及伸 缩等动作。
支撑臂 32固定在基座 31上, 其包括伸缩部 321和支撑部 322, 伸缩部 321 的一端连接在支撑部 322上, 相对的另一端固定在基座 31的一转盘上并可绕该 转盘进行旋转。 支撑部 322 包括两平行设置的支撑杆, 安全防护装置设置在支 撑杆上。

12、 如权利要求 11所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述支撑臂包括可 相对于所述基座的一转盘进行旋转的支撑部, 所述支撑部包括两平行设置的支 撑杆。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述防撞器将所述 两支撑杆的外端部包覆。
14、 一种自动化物料搬运系统, 适用于液晶面板 TFT-LCD玻璃行业的自动 化搬运, 其中, 所述自动化物料搬运系统包括: 多个仓储拒、 设置在所述多个 仓储拒中的卡匣以及搬运装置, 所述搬运装置在所述多个仓储拒之间搬运所述 卡匣, 所述般运装置包括:
基座;
支撑臂, 连接在所述基座上, 在所述支撑臂上设置安全防护装置, 所述安 全防护装置可发送使所述支撑臂停机的指令, 所述安全防护装置包括设置在所 述支撑臂上的防撞器。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述支撑臂包括可 相对于所述基座的一转盘进行旋转的支撑部, 所述支撑部包括两平行设置的支 撑杆。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述防撞器将所述 两支撑杆的外端部包覆。

18、 如权利要求 17所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述支撑臂包括可 相对于所述基座的一转盘进行旋转的支撑部, 所述支撑部包括两平行设置的支 撑杆。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的自动化物料搬运系统, 其中, 所述红外传感器包 括分别设置在所述两支撑杆端部的红外发射器和红外接收器。
