本发明公开一种液晶显示装置, 所述液晶显示装置可以为电脑用液晶显示 器、 液晶平板电脑, 也可以为液晶电视, 作为本发明液晶显示装置的实施例, 如图 1和图 2所示, 液晶显示装置包括液晶显示模组 1 , 所述液晶显示模组 1包 括前框 11、 中框 12、 背板 13、 液晶显示面板 14和背光模组 15, 所述液晶显示 面板 14设置在前框 11和中框 12之间, 所述背光模组 15设置在中框 12和背板 13之间, 所述前框 11共用为液晶显示装置的前壳, 所述背板 13共用为液晶显 示装置的后壳, 所述前框 11为分体式结构, 包括多个构件单元 111 , 本实施例 为四个构件单元 ill , 所述构件单元 111为条形。
本发明所述液晶显示装置运用一体机的概念进行设计, 不设置前壳和后壳, 直接把液晶显示模组 1的前框 11共用为前壳, 把液晶显示模组 1的背板 13共 用为后壳, 只需要把前壳的一些结构移置到前框 11上, 把后壳上的一些结构移 置到背板 13上, 就可以直接删除掉前壳和后壳这两个主要部件, 从而减少了部 件种类, 降低了制造成本, 还筒化了装配工艺, 液晶显示模组 1 和液晶显示装 置在同一个生产线上完成装配, 还可以减小液晶显示装置的厚度、 重量, 实现 轻薄化设计。 另外由于现有技术中的前框又薄又窄, 但是平面尺寸较大, 所以 如果按照常规方式制作模具进行生产, 模具尺寸很大, 制造成本非常高, 如图 2 所示, 本发明所述前框 11采用分体式结构, 包括四个边框 112, 所述四个边框 112分别构成四个构件单元 111 , 由于前框 11被拆分成四个长条状的构件单元 111 , 这样模具尺寸大大降低, 从而降低模具开发成本, 并且还可以降低注塑生 产成本。
在本实施例中, 所述前框 11和背板 13通过螺釘 16固定连接,所述前框 11 上设有螺釘柱 113, 所述背板 13上设有通孔 131 , 螺釘 16穿过所述通孔 131与 螺釘柱 113连接, 从而把前框 11和背板 13固定连接, 所述中框 12上还设有避 让螺釘 16和螺釘柱 113的通孔 121 ,所述中框 12夹紧在前框 11和背板 13之间。 本发明利用螺釘连接前框、 背板和中框, 结构筒单, 实现容易, 由于螺釘 16是 设置在背板 13后方, 不易引起人们的关注。
在本实施例中, 所述前框 11和背板 13的外围尺寸均小于中框 12的外围尺 寸, 所述前框 11容置在中框 12内侧, 所述背板 13也容置在中框 12内侧, 这 样中框 12的外侧是一个平面, 光滑, 具有良好握持手感, 而且更美观。
本发明所述前框 11和中框 12均为塑料材质, 并在同一个模具 2中注塑成 型, 如图 3所示, 所述模具 2包括构件单元型腔 21和中框型腔 22, 所述构件单 元型腔 21环绕分布在中框型腔 22外侧, 所述模具 2可以同时成型前框的四个 构件单元和中框, 由于本发明对中框的强度要求较高, 一般应选择一体式结构, 即通过模具一次制作成型, 所以中框的模具尺寸较大, 本发明利用前框的构件 单元和中框尺寸相近的特点, 把四个构件单元型腔 21布置在中框型腔 22的四 周, 由于构件单元型腔 21的宽度较窄, 这样模具 2尺寸稍微增大就可以容置下 构件单元型腔 21 , 可以大幅降低模具成本, 另外本发明所述前框和中框采用极 冷极热工艺注塑成型, 可以制作出非常光洁的表面, 从而起到装饰作用。
如图 4所示, 为本发明所述前框 11的另一实施例, 前框 11包括四个边框 112, 其中两个边框 112相连接组成一个 L形构件单元 111 , 另外两个边框 112 相连接组成另一个 L形构件单元 111 , 如图 5所示, 为本发明制作上述前框 11 和中框 12的模具 2, 模具 2包括构件单元型腔 21和中框型腔 22, 所述构件单 元型腔 21环绕分布在中框型腔 22外侧, 由于充分利用了前框构件单元和中框 尺寸相近的特点, 使得模具制作成本得到降低。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组包括前框、 中框、 背板、 液晶显示面板和背光模组, 所述液晶显示面板设置在前框和中框 之间, 所述背光模组设置在中框和背板之间, 所述前框共用为液晶显示装置的 前壳, 所述背板共用为液晶显示装置的后壳, 所述前框为分体式结构, 包括多 个构件单元, 所述构件单元为条形, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所述四个边框分 别构成四个构件单元, 所述前框和背板均容置在中框内侧, 所述前框和背板通 过螺釘固定连接, 所述中框夹紧在前框和背板之间, 所述背板上设有螺釘柱, 所述前框上设有通孔, 螺釘穿过所述通孔把前框和背板固定连接, 所述中框上 设有避让螺釘和螺釘柱的通孔, 所述前框和中框均为塑料材质, 并在同一个模 具中注塑成型, 所述前框和中框采用极冷极热工艺注塑成型。
2、 一种液晶显示装置, 包括液晶显示模组, 所述液晶显示模组包括前框、 中框、 背板、 液晶显示面板和背光模组, 所述液晶显示面板设置在前框和中框 之间, 所述背光模组设置在中框和背板之间, 所述前框共用为液晶显示装置的 前壳, 所述背板共用为液晶显示装置的后壳, 所述前框为分体式结构, 包括多 个构件单元, 所述构件单元为条形或 L形。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框包括四个边框, 所 述四个边框分别构成四个构件单元。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框包括四个边框, 其 中两个边框相连接组成一个 L形构件单元, 另外两个边框相连接组成另一个 L 形构件单元。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框和背板均容置在中 框内侧。
6、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框和背板通过螺釘固 定连接, 所述中框夹紧在前框和背板之间。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述背板上设有螺釘柱, 所 述前框上设有通孔, 所述螺釘穿过所述通孔与螺釘柱连接, 从而把前框和背板 固定连接, 所述中框上设有避让螺釘和螺釘柱的通孔。
8、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框和中框均为塑料材 质, 并在同一个模具中注塑成型。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述前框和中框采用极冷极 热工艺注塑成型。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的液晶显示装置, 其中, 所述液晶显示装置为液晶 显示器、 液晶平板电脑或液晶电视。
11、 一种制作前框和中框的模具, 所述前框为分体式结构, 包括多个构件 单元, 所述构件单元为条形或 L形, 所述模具包括多个构件单元型腔和中框型 腔, 所述构件单元型腔环绕分布在中框型腔外侧。
