驱动盒 3 外侧壁设置凹槽 30 ,电源盒内侧壁相应位置设置凸棱,驱动盒 3 装入时,驱动盒 3 上的凹槽 30 与凸棱对位后沿凸棱滑动至电源盒内,三头插头插入孔座卡住。本发明为了方便对位安装及更换部件,电源盒 2 与驱动盒 3 采用卡接方式。除了本实施例中所述之外,也可在电源盒体内侧壁设置卡槽,驱动盒盒体外壁对应处设置凸棱,安装时将凸棱对准卡槽,将驱动盒推入电源盒内部,驱动盒 3 推入后金属插头刚好插入电源盒 2 的孔座内,孔座内有金属弹片,可夹持住金属插头,一方面起到导通作用,另一方面将驱动盒固定住。
所述的卡槽可根据实际卡接强度需要做变形,对应的凸棱也做相应变形即可,例如如图 6 所示,加深卡槽弧度,使卡槽截面成半圆或大半圆形状,卡槽开口处截面成长方形,电源盒上的凸棱形状对应即可。
驱动盒 3 上的电源插头 31 也可以采用连接线的方式,将连接线接入电源盒的孔座内实现电源接入。两头电源插头 31 也可采用三头的电源插头,驱动输出接口 32 也可以采用连接线形式代替可直插的电源插头,如图 5 所示,这样安装或更换也很方便,同时可起到加固电源盒与驱动盒连接的作用。
所述电源盒上的电源接口 21 和驱动接口 22 均采用外凸出于电源盒底壳的方式设置,具体实施时,也可采用向电源盒内凸出于底壳的方式设置。

另外,在驱动盒的面板上可设置工作状态指示灯 34 ,例如设置用于指示电源输入是否正常的指示灯和 / 或用于指示驱动输出是否正常的指示灯,这样,使用时,用户可根据指示灯判断驱动盒与电源盒的插口是否插紧,电源输入是否正常,在出现故障时也更易判断出问题所在,方便维修维护。
墙壁安装盒 1 可采用现有的墙壁开关或插座的墙盒,也可根据安装需要自行设计。
将上述实施例所述的驱动开关与 LED 光源组合,如图 8 所示,应用时, LED 光源独立设置于需要照明的位置,例如天花板上,驱动开关安装在墙壁上,通过线路连接 LED 光源,用户操作墙壁上的调节旋钮就可对 LED 光源的发光亮度进行调节,并实现光源的开启和关闭,非常方便。当驱动开关出现故障或损坏时,可将驱动盒单独取出更换,不必登高到天花板处更换维修。
驱动开关与 LED 光源组合时 , 可采用一个驱动开关体控制多个 LED 光源的方式 , 更加节省安装空间,使操作更加方便。
本发明中未具体介绍的部分均可采用现有技术中的成熟功能模块,在此不赘述。
需要说明的是,上述实施方式仅为本发明较佳的实施方案,不能将其理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,在未脱离本发明构思前提下,对本发明所做的任何微小变化与修饰均属于本本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

  1. 1、一种驱动开关,其特征在于:包括内部安装有驱动电路的驱动盒,该驱动盒安装于墙壁中,通过布设于墙体内的线路与被驱动LED灯连接。
    2、根据权利要求1所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:还包括电源盒,所述电源盒底面上设有电源接口及驱动接口,驱动盒上设有与之匹配的电源输入接口及驱动输出接口;电源盒安装于墙壁中,电源接口及驱动接口与墙体内线路连接,墙体内线路与LED灯连接,驱动盒通过可插拔的插头结构与电源盒实现电连接。
    3、根据权利要求2所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:还包括墙壁安装盒,电源盒通过墙壁安装盒安装于墙壁中,驱动盒装入电源盒盒体内,供电线路通过墙壁安装盒引入并通过电源盒上的电源接口与驱动盒上的电源输入接口连接;驱动盒内驱动电源由驱动输出接口引出再通过电源盒上的驱动接口引入到墙壁安装盒,再通过墙壁安装盒与墙体线路连接,该墙体线路与LED灯连接。
    4、根据权利要求2所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述电源盒盒体侧壁与驱动盒盒体侧壁对应设置卡位结构。
    5、根据权利要求4所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述卡位结构为设置在电源盒盒体内侧壁的卡槽或凸棱,对应的驱动盒盒体外壁设置凸棱或卡槽。
    6、根据权利要求3所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述电源盒与墙壁安装盒通过螺钉固定。
    7、根据权利要求2所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述驱动盒上的驱动输出接口为凸出于驱动盒体的插头,所述电源盒上的驱动接口为与插头配合的孔座。
    8、根据权利要求2所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述驱动盒上电源输入接口为凸出于驱动盒体的插头,所述电源盒上电源接口为凸出于电源盒体的孔座。
    9、根据权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的驱动开关,其特征在于:所述驱动盒内设置可调光驱动电路,驱动盒面板上设置用于调光操作的装置。
    10、一种LED灯,其特征在于,包括LED光源及独立于LED光源之外的驱动装置,所述驱动装置采用权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的驱动开关;所述驱动开关安装于墙壁上,通过线路连接LED光源。
