如图 1、 2、 3、 4所示, 本实用新型的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 包括带 触摸显示屏的显示器、 打印机和固定触摸显示屏和打印机的安装机架; 触摸显示屏 1包括电源模块, 无线收发模块, 信息数据处理模块, 信息 数据储存模块、 信息输入输出模块和显示模块 (图中未标出); 打印机 包括打印头 21、 打印主体 22、 打印纸卷 23和打印主板 24, 打印主板 包括电源模块、 数据处理模块、数据通讯模块、 数据存储模块、 电机驱 动模块、 打印头驱动模块、 自动切刀驱动模块、 声音提示模块、传感器 输入模块、 USB 和网络扩展模块和钱箱驱动模块 (图中未标出); 安装 机架 3包括一箱型架体 31和一可翻转架盖 32, 箱型架体由竖向板和横 向板构成, 竖向板为三块, 其中一块为铰接板 311, 该铰接板顶部设有 旋转轴 33与架盖一侧边形成铰接, 另外两块为左右侧板 312, 分别位 于铰接板的两侧且垂直于铰接板,左右侧板的长度小于横向板 313的长 度、且其顶部沿远离铰接点的方向具有从高到低的斜面,铰接板上设有 引线孔 314和电源开关 315, 横向板前端向前向下弯折形成倾斜的支撑 面 316; 安装机架的架体内套置有一塑料中框 4, 该塑料中框设有可容 置打印纸卷的凹腔 41和内置打印主体的方孔 42, 塑料中框顶部设有可 架挂于箱型架体竖向板顶部和横向板上的外翻边沿 43, 可容置打印纸 卷的凹腔靠近架体的铰接板,如图 5所示;触摸显示屏 1安装于架盖的 顶面且呈竖向的观看角度,即显示屏上下侧边的长度小于左右侧边的长 度, 架盖的前端设有翻盖提手 321, 打印头 21安装于架盖的底面且位 于翻盖提手的后方, 在靠近打印头处设有压纸轴 5, 打印纸卷 23安装 于塑料中框的凹腔中, 打印主体 22安装于塑料中框的方形孔中且位于 打印头的正下方,在打印主体与架体的横向板之间,还设有一打印主体 支架 6, 该支架的目的是调整打印机主体的倾斜角度使其能与打印头更 好的配合; 打印主板 24安装于架体横向板的底面, 横向板的底面在打 印主板的外围向下延伸有三面竖向侧壁 317, 其中一面与架体的铰接板 同向, 另外两面与架体的左右侧板同向,与铰接板同向的竖向侧壁设有
P0S 机外接设备的接口 318, 与左右侧板同向的竖向侧壁设有引线孔 319; 为了保护打印主板及使各部件能得到更好的屏蔽, 打印主板外围 套接有 "U"型金属底座 7; 为了使 P0S机更加美观, 箱型机架的外围 套接有塑料底座 8, 该塑料底座的底部镂空, 侧面预留有外接设备接口 81。 上述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机可以摆放于台面,也可通过一挂墙铁片悬 挂于墙壁, 如图 6所示。
以上只是本实用新型嵌入式触摸 P0S机一个实施例的具体说明,但 该实施例并非用以限制本实用新型的保护范围,凡未脱离本实用新型技 术方案的等效实施或变更, 如机架的架盖采用平移或顶起的打开方式, 均应包含在本实用新型的范围中。
本实用新型嵌入式触摸 P0S机 100具备开放系统, 可应用于多种 平台和应用软件, 也可连接多种外设, 如钱箱 200、 广告屏 300、 顾客 显示屏 400和密码键盘 500等, 还可使用 IC卡、 银行卡授权终端, 可 单机或联网, 还可以连接 Internet, 如图 7所示, 其应用范围包括:
1、 单机 /联网使用一一用于店铺收银:
单机时接入刷卡器等外设, 采用触摸的方式代替鼠标和键盘, 实现 收银等操作。也可以同时和云服务器结合,将店铺每日的营业数据保存 到云服务器, 店主就可以随时随地从云端读取报表信息进行査看;
2、 联网使用 1 _ _用于便利店、 餐馆接受外送订单
手机端订单信息发送到云服务器, 本实用新型嵌入式触摸 P0S机在 开机连接 internet状态下, 自动接收云服务器传送的订单信息,接受、 拒绝或者返单, 嵌入式触摸 P0S 机内的打印机会自动根据结果打印票 据, 在订单制作完成之后, 使用外接设置一扫描枪扫描票据上的条码, 最终完成订单的处理流程,在此过程中,嵌入式触摸 P0S机会把各个阶 段的结果信息发送回云服务器, 服务器再把信息传送到相应的用户手 机;
3、 联网使用 2—一用于电子菜单点餐
用户在单机点餐完成提交到后台服务器后, 饭店可以在普通 pc上 查看到新订单的信息,节省了点完餐一打印票据一送到厨房这样一个 过程, 当制作完成后, 还可以发出提醒;
4、 联网使用 3—一食堂预点餐机
在拥有员工食堂的公司中,员工排队打饭占用了休息时间的很大一 部分时间, 尤其是在员工众多的公司。使用本实用新型 P0S机, 员工可 以在排队前先在触摸显示器上选好自己喜爱的菜品,食堂工作人员在另 外的终端可以看到员工点餐的内容, 利用员工排队时间提前准备好菜 品, 既节省了打餐时间, 还可避免不必要的沟通障碍;
5、 联网使用 4一一取号、 排队机
在银行大厅或者热门饭店,在高峰期排队是常常发生的事情,本实 用新型的 P0S机在安装了特定软件后,客户就可以在该机的触摸显示器 上选择相应服务,该机的打印机会为客户打印出号码小票,方便客户办 理相关业务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种嵌入式触摸 POS机, 包括触摸显示屏和打印机, 打印机包 括打印头、 打印主体、 打印纸卷和打印主板, 其特征在于: 所述 P0S 机还包括一安装机架,该安装机架包括一由横向板和竖向板构成的箱型 架体、 以及一架设于箱型架体顶部的活动架盖;所述触摸显示屏设置于 架盖的顶面,所述打印头设置于架盖底面的一侧,所述打印主体和打印 纸卷设置于架体的横向板上,所述打印主板位于架体横向板的底面; 当 架盖与架体扣合时, 打印主体位于打印头正下方。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 触摸显示屏包括电源模块, 无线收发模块, 信息数据处理模块, 信息数 据储存模块、信息输入输出模块、 声音模块、提示灯模块、 显示模块和 触摸模块, 信息输出模块与打印主板连接。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 打印主板包括电源模块、数据处理模块、数据通讯模块、数据存储模块、 电机驱动模块、 打印头驱动模块、 自动切刀驱动模块、 声音提示模块、 传感器输入模块、 USB和网络扩展模块和钱箱驱动模块。
4、 根据权利要求 2或 3所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述活动架盖以一侧边铰接于箱型架体的一竖向板顶部,形成可翻转的 架盖, 所述打印头位于架盖铰接边的相对一侧。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 架体横向板的底面在打印主板的外围向下延伸有竖向侧壁,竖向侧壁上 设有 P0S机外接设备的接口和引线孔,设置有外接设备接口的竖向侧壁 与铰接有架盖的架体竖向板同向。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 架体的竖向侧板为三块,其中一块为与架盖铰接的铰接板, 另外两块为 与铰接板垂直的左右侧板,左右侧板的长度小于横向板的长度,左右侧 板顶部沿远离铰接点的方向具有从高到低的斜面。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述触 摸显示屏呈竖向的观看角度,即显示屏上下侧边的长度小于左右侧边的 长度。
8、根据权利要求 7所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述箱 型架体上嵌置有一塑料中框,该塑料中框设有可容置打印纸卷的凹腔和 内置打印主体的方孔,塑料中框顶部设有可架挂于箱型架体竖向板顶部 和横向板上的外翻边沿。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 机架横向板自由端向前向下弯折形成倾斜的支撑面,打印机主体和机架 横向板之间设有打印机主体支架。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所述 机架的横向板底面设有 型金属底座, 打印主板位于金属底座内。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的嵌入式触摸 P0S机, 其特征在于: 所 述箱型机架外套接有塑料底座,该塑料底座的底部镂空,侧面预留有外 接设备接口。
